This website, DealBeds.com, is just terrible. They shouldn't even be allowed to run a business. I'm a truck driver and these folks caused me to lose a whole day of work. They claim to open at 9am, but they didn't show up until 11am and didn't unload my truck on time.

I bought a mattress on 11/14. When I didn't receive any answers or updates about the shipment, I decided to cancel my purchase and requested a refund. I was aware that there would be a $199 cancellation fee. However, it is now December 3rd, and I still haven't received my refund. The customer care has been terrible, and this whole experience has been awful. I only have one question for DealBeds: Where is my money?

I ordered a dresser on November 22nd, but it's now December 19th and I still haven't received it. I've made over 10 phone calls, but the customer service has been really bad. I don't think I'll ever get my item. Dealbeds keeps blaming the shipping company, and the shipping company blames them right back. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company before. They keep promising to call me back with a solution, but they never do. I have to keep following up every 2 days. This company is absolutely terrible.

I had sum issues with an order and was thinking I had been scammed when nothing arrived. I wrote to the company and they responded within hours and remedied the situation, sending another order the next day. In the end, I think it was a shipping company issue. And while the item did get a little bumped in shipping, it was still a good buy at a good prince. I am just grateful for the great customer service (especially after the nightmare of going through Amazon for issues). Thank you!

I recently bought an adjustable bed from DealBeds.com. At first, I didn't bother reading the reviews and ended up feeling a bit regretful about my purchase. However, they promptly provided me with tracking information the following day. The bed arrived exactly when they said it would. Unfortunately, there was a minor problem with the bed, but they were kind enough to answer my calls and guide me through the process of reattaching a loose part that occurred during transit. Surprisingly, the model I initially ordered was out of stock, but they went above and beyond by sending me a superior version so that I wouldn't experience any delays. I can't speak for others, but I'm genuinely satisfied with my overall experience.

I bought a mattress and an adjustable i3 frame on March 23. But on August 26, the motor broke and the bed doesn't adjust anymore. This guy Kevin from DealBeds gave me wrong info about the frame warranty. The warranty is so weak, and now I gotta cough up $260+ to fix a bed that's only a year and a half old. I don't think you should bother with DealBeds.com 'cause their frames don't hold up and the warranty is garbage. Plus, I'm pretty sure this design is trash and the motor will break every year. You'd be better off getting a sturdier frame that'll last longer.

I bought a Serta mattress from DealBeds.com on August 15th. It's now October 21st and I still haven't received it. I called customer service multiple times, and each time they assured me that the mattress would be delivered soon. They just wanted to keep my money. But now they're saying that the Serta factory doesn't have the materials to make my mattress. Despite this, they won't cancel my order unless I pay a $199 fee for the return of an order they never even delivered. It's been a complete nightmare dealing with DealBeds.com, and it seems like many others have had similar experiences. It's like they're trying to hide negative reviews on their website, just like those fake China companies.

This company, DealBeds.com, is absolutely terrible! We bought an adjustable bed frame, but they sent us a cheaper model than what we paid for. The paperwork didn't mention anything about the 25-year warranty that was supposed to come with it. They also promised us a 10-year Guardsman protection plan, but we never received it. They said they would call us back, but they never did. When we finally got fed up and asked them to take the bed back, they said it was past the 30-day return policy. They intentionally make promises to make sure it goes past the 30 days. Then, this guy named Paul, who claims to be a manager, lied to us and even had the audacity to put words in my mouth. He was incredibly rude! All the customer service agents will promise you anything just to get you off the phone. Don't order anything from this company! They don't deserve to be in business! Be warned!

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. This is the WORST company I've EVER done business with! We ordered 3 beds on march 12th. When they were finally delivered almost 2 months later, only one of the mattresses was correct. I had ordered one Queen for my husband and me and two full size mattresses for each of my children. One of them wasn't the right size mattress and the other didn't even show up! I spent months calling dealbeds and being told the issue was being fixed and the beds would be replaced, only to end up with more excuses to why this hadn't happened yet. I waited 7 months to actually receive the correct products, and that was after making so many calls I literally lost count and having to threaten reporting their company to ComplaintsBoard.com for fraud! Here is a word to the wise, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DEALBEDS. This company is either trying to scam its customers or they truely have their heads up their [censored]! A dung beetle would do a better job running a company than these folks. Run away!

Avoid doing business with this company. My experience with dealbeds.com has been an absolute unending nightmare. They constantly lied to me and did not follow through on anything they said. I will try to make my story as short as possible because there is not enough room in this review box to fully detail everything I went through with this company. People need to understand why they need to avoid this horrible company and what they can expect to go through if they do decide to place an order. I ordered a mattress the website said would take 2 weeks to deliver. This was perfect for me since that was the time frame in which my old mattress was going to be picked up. I figured I might end up sleeping on the floor for a few days or have 2 mattresses for a few days. Boy was I wrong. I ended up having to sleep on the floor for 2 months because dealbeds lost the mattress I ordered, not once, but twice. I never even got the mattress I originally ordered, but a replacement mattress that is defective and that I am unable to return because dealbeds support never got back to me. Over a 10-week period, I had to place weekly, sometimes more, phone calls in order for this company to do anything. I got a range of excuses such as "it's already been received by the shipping company and you will get a phone call in a few days to set up delivery," "the shipping company hasn't yet scanned in your delivery. Wait a few more days," "the shipping company can't locate your mattress and will do a dock search to find it," "oops we can't find your mattress. Let's order another one," "oh yeah, we were going to order you another mattress. Let's do that now," and "there is a material shortage." It had been 8 weeks after I had placed my order. I had slept on the floor for 6 weeks. My back was killing me and I was desperate for a solution. Dealbeds said they would give me a free upgrade. I accepted and told them about a mattress that I had slept on before that I liked. They said they had that mattress and it cost less than the mattress I had originally ordered. So a partial refund, no upgrade. Fine, except I don't get the partial refund. I had to call them 2 more times to get the partial refund. The mattress I got was nothing like the one I had told them I liked. After sleeping on the floor for 2 months I tried to make do with what they gave me. After a couple weeks I discovered why it was so uncomfortable and not at all supportive. It was defective. It was dipping in several places. I contacted them and they wanted to try to charge me $200 to return the defective mattress they sent me. I sent them everything they asked for to start the return process. After 3 weeks, they never got back to me. I was tired of dealing with their BS and I started a chargeback claim with my bank.

I ordered a mattress from DealBeds.com on June 6 and have not received the mattress. I cannot get in contact with anyone from the company. I placed the order with free in home set up. After purchase, they called to tell me this was not an option due to COVID-19. I completely understood that reason and asked if I could cancel the order. I was put on hold and then told that they could indeed do in home set-up, but it would be 4 weeks as opposed to 2-3 weeks. I was fine with that. We finally got tired of waiting and decided we could get the mattress in ourselves and set up on our own. I have tried calling daily, but there is no answer and I am sent to voicemail. I have sent multiple emails through their customer service portal, and no reply. I paid via PayPal on 6/6.Order number is 379763. I ordered a mattress from dealbeds.com. 10 days later I had called to cancel the mattress was told it was still in the warehouse and never shipped they would refund me. They never did. I dispute the transaction with my credit card company only for them to say they never got the mattress return n still charged me. I never received the mattress I had canceled it before it even shipped.

I have purchased a Prodigy Comfort Elite adjustable bed that has the lumbar support but I received the wrong model. I got in contact with your customer support person by the name of Mary, who was always VERY rude to me on the phone and by email, trying to get this resolved but it took months until I was actually able to have someone come to my house and pick it up but I still haven't received a refund for returning the wrong model I received. I sent MULTIPLE emails to Mary which most of them were ignored as well as many pictures that she requested but she never did anything to resolve the issue. I asked Mary to allow me to speak with someone else but she refused to transfer me to someone that could actually listen to me and care about my issue. Anyone is able to tell I received the wrong model because the one I purchased has a bar in the middle for thee lumbar support but the one I received is plain and has nothing in the middle.

I ordered a bedroom set from dealbeds.com I received the set about a month later. The night stand was damaged and I reported to the company the same day it was delivered. 3 times now I have called dealbeds and the employee tells me the same thing every time, that the night stand is on back order and it will take 4 to 6 weeks. It now has been almost 3 mos. I emailed dealbeds three times with no response. Unhappy customer.

I ordered Homelegance Allura 4-Piece Bedroom Set Featuring Touch-Engaged LED-Lit Headboard, Nightstand, and Mirror on March 21 and still have not received them, order confirmation # *** was told in a previous telephone conversation on April 19th that I could cancel this order that was charged on my *** cards in the amount of $1629.00 in April as long as the order had not been filled. I tried calling numerous times because im yet to receive a shipping confirmation and all I get is the message "the voicemail box is full." When I checked on line it says my order has not been filled. I want to cancel this order and get a refund on my *** card, but see no way of doing this online or over the phone. Is DealBeds a legitimate company or have they stopped doing business? All I want is a refund for merchandise I have never received and no longer want.

Purchased 2 single adjustable bed s on 1/11. In may one side stopped working. Called the warranty company and did troubleshooting. They said I needed a new power source but they are on back order. I the reached out to deal beds directly to resolve this issue. I believe for spending nearly 3000.00 I should get a replacement. They told me that they would get right back to me. This was last week. I continue to try calling and there is no answer now.

I ordered, and paid through***, an adjustable foundation and mattress that was delivered on May 18. I immediately called the co. To tell them the foundation is ripped and I do not want it. At the time I also wanted to return the mattress as well. I was told I would have to pay for shipping on the mattress, which I agreed to. 4 weeks later the products still were not picked up and I called to ask if they would pick them up faster if I kept the mattress and was told "Yes, it would." It is now July 1 and the foundation remains in my garage taking up the space for my car. There have been many calls and no solution. My DealBeds REF # ***. I am hoping you can help get this merchandise out of my garage. Thank You

DealBeds.com Mattress that arrived is not the one I was assured by rep

Mattress that arrived is not the one I was assured by rep. They are charging $200 in shipping for incorrect product. My mattress, the Serta Perfect Sleeper Morley Luxury Firm, was NOT the same mattress as I was assured by the customer service rep. I was looking for a Serta Perfect Sleeper MOLENDA Luxury Firm which I used to own, and called to make sure it was the same. I went ahead and ordered after chatting with them, but whatever arrived was NOT WHAT I USED TO HAVE. With most mattress retailers, this would be a non-issue. Whatever the reason, they will replace it with a full refund, no questions asked. Dealbeds.com is charging me $199 IN SHIPPING COSTS and trying to make me feel like they are doing me a favor for an incorrect product. They say they are covering the packaging fees and that's good enough. I've spoken to 3 different supervisors and not one of them "has the ability to do anything else." After many emails and at least 2 hours on the phone, I gave up.

I purchased a bedroom set $1629. on 3/17, I called to check on this order after a couple of weeks. I was told it should be shipping soon. As of today 4/11/22 nothing yet and my card has already been charged back on 3/17 in amount of $1629. This week it will be a month (4/17). I just want to get my order, this is a gift, and if I am not going to get this order, I need the money back to look elsewhere. If the order will be here this week, I can wait. This time frame should be noted some where before placing the order, so customers are aware it will take a long time.

I purchased a bed set and accessories online on March 17. In less than 24 hours I needed to cancel the order. I was told I was able to cancel and I would be refunded that amount I paid for the mattress. I did not receive the refund nor the mattress. Date of Transaction: 02/04 Amount Paid: $ 1588.10 Order #*** Nature if their business is Beds & Mattresses. The above amount includes two items: iDealBed 3i Custom Adjustable Bed Base & Serta iComfort Hybrid CF1000 Medium Mattress that was paid for. The dispute is on the ''Serta iComfort Hybrid CF1000 Medium Mattress" Company has sent a cheaper mattress which is not the Hybrid version. All the information via pictures and codes were sent to them, and they have acknowledged their mistake. On repeated calling and talking to their Manager, they have been giving the runaround for the last two months. I am asking for them to send the correct version of the mattress and pick the wrong one sent to me. They are asking for a deposit which i do not agree with, since this was their mistake. Manager/Kevin has not responded to my request OR given any other options as he stated he would call me on this. Bad customer service.

DealBeds.com On March 29, I ordered an adjustable bed from Deal Beds

On March 29, I ordered an adjustable bed from Deal Beds. Upon delivery on April 5, the delivery driver backed down my driveway in a very large truck causing damage to my sprinkler system. Also, the delivery driver physically dragged the box with the adjustable bed frame into my garage, and he complained that he wasn't able to lift it because he was delivering by himself. The salesman at Deal Beds, Eric, assured me that Deal Beds would be putting in a damage claim for me. After many follow-up emails and no response, I called Deal Beds July 26,2021 as a follow-up. Well, the customer service rep (Eric) that sold me the adjustable bed no longer works for Deal Beds, and his supervisor (Paul) was very condescending and nonchalant about the damage that was caused to my property as a result of the delivery service with whom Deal Beds contracted! I have video and photos of the damage to include the driver's callousness. I will NEVER do business with this company again!

I filed a request to have my split queen left side replaced after it's legs snapped back in November and STILL don't have one. Keep being told to wait I have the *** split queen adjustable bed and the legs on the left side gave out when the frame randomly bent in. I filed it with the warranty back in November and waited til December to call and find out what happened to my bed. I was told they were working on it so I called again in January to find out the guy who was supposed to order the bed got fired the same day he was to put the order in. They claimed it would take a few weeks to replace it. So I called AGAIN in February for them to still claim 3 weeks. Now here we are in MARCH! These guys don't give a care about costumer service or disabled veterans or they would have upgraded me or, at least, given me a temp bed until this one could be replaced. Now my wife's side is breaking!

I purchased a mattress and adjustable bed from them in January. I received a frame no mattress was told it was damaged I then called deal beds for weeks before finally getting a replacement mattress I opened the frame and mattress to put it together and the frame is broke. One side does not move and hangs down lopsided when you lay on it this is also starting to tear the mattress. I have called atleast 15 times and sent many messages and have yet to receive. Response I spoke to my finance company who referred me to ask for Abe or Abraham I have done that and everytime get the same story a concerned representative that is so sorry and promises to have someone call me back and I have never gotten a call back. This bed has cost me more than I'll end up paying for it and it's not even usable.

Order # *** I ordered a five piece bedroom set from deal beds, when I received it over six months ago the bed didn't have the right brackets and the dresser was damaged. I called and sent pictures the day I received the bedroom set. Deal beds said the dresser was on back order until February. They sent me the wrong brackets for the bed. After numerous calls to deal beds they always say they are looking into replacing the dresser and they will call me back which they never have. After six months of this I demanded a refund. They said someone would call to arrange pickup and then they would issue a refund but of course no one has called. Week after week it's the same run around. The dresser is still in the box sitting in my garage. All I want is a refund for the damaged dresser. Please help me Thank you

I order a iDealBed 3i custom adjustable bed back on the 20th of June from DealBed and upon sitting it up I realize the base did not fit my bed. Immediately that same day I requested a return, and a full refund. However, I have been getting nothing but the run around since the beginning. I have sent several emails, as well as spoke with their rep and supervisor. And both has insisted it has to be something wrong with my bed and not there's. As a paying customer don't I have the right to request a refund for a product if it doesn't accommodate the piece it was order for? The one rep even suggested I take something and stuff it between the 2in spaces to fill the gaps on each side of the bed. All why laughing. At this point I wanted nothing more to do with this company. My experience has been the worst ever with no resolution. Oh the only resolution is take my chances on exchanging it and hoping the next one will fit or pay for return shipping at $390. Why do I have to pay for return?

I purchased a iDealBed iQ5 Luxury Hybrid Series Mattress on 12/19 the price was $1099, however, they had an extended time period Black Friday/Cyber Monday 20% sale which lowered the cost to $879.20. Order no. /reference no. is *** The Mattress was delivered on 12/29. The mattress was advertised as being approximately 14", having 6 layers of foams designed to relieve pressure, provide memory contour, as well as temperature control (having various depth), and it had dual support full edge encasement, a high-density base foam, and 1000 individual dual pocketed. I received was 10 1/2" which meant some of the supporting, comfort layers could not have been in the mattress. The 3 1/2" less of the layer's support made a difference. Have tried to work with them on a resolution for 6 weeks, to no avail and asked for a refund. Read a review where customer states the company had picked up the mattress but still waiting for a refund 5 months later. Do not want the same thing to happen to me.

Kept getting different stories from Customer Service about why no delivery - it's been shipped, problem is with XPO logistics (they never received). Canceled order/refund request 9.24. Called again 10/2 for refund request - still NoRefund. *** enter order number and zip code (XXXXX) this link tracks the Serta mattress order and it is still showing estimated delivery Sept 14 and that order is being prepared. Despite this when I would speak to Dealbeds.com (XXX-XXX-XXXX) "Zach" they would tell me it has been shipped and the problem is with XPO - clearly misinformation since the Serta site says it is still in preparation. (in fact why is it not showing canceled since I have received emails from DealBeds.com that the order is in fact canceled) - just not giving me my money back.

I am a first responder that purchased a bed from DealBeds.com. To date, I have not received my refund for a product I never received. I have been awaiting a return of my purchase price of $1804.05 from DealBeds.com since May 5 when I was given assurances from manager Paul Be*** a check would be sent in the mail. It is now 6 months later and I have not received a check, nor have I received any communications from DealBeds.com. I have no product and they have my money. I originally purchased a King Reverie 7T Adjustable Bed from DealBeds.com. The purchase was made on April 4 in the amount of $1804.05 (Invoice No. XXXXXX). Two attempts were made to deliver the product but both times the item was damaged. After the second damaged delivery I demanded my money back. I spoke to DealBeds.com manager, named Paul, who told me the refund was submitted to Ecommerce Bank and that I would be reimbursed shortly. I called Dealbeds.com to cancel an order, got a different automated message each time having nothing to do with the company, then hung up on. I placed an order with Dealbeds.com on 7/8 for the item called 1 × Coaster Safeguard Full Loft Bunk Bed with Workstation and was charged the full amount of $749.95 for the product on 7/10. The order number is *** and the payment method was a ***. Because I haven't received any communication from the company about the order being filled, let alone shipping/tracking information, I tried to call their customer service line to cancel the order. I called the only number they provide 4 times in a row, got a different automated message each time that had nothing to do with Dealbeds.com, then got hung up on. For example, one time it said I reached a towing service and another it said the number was available from my calling area. I have also tried reaching them through email and have not gotten a response. I am worried that this is not a real company or they have gone out of business and I have no way of reaching them to get my money back.

July 11 placed order *** for Simmons Beautyrest BR800 Plush Euro Top Mattress, and box spring. $899.00 charged to AmEx. 7/28 email from DealBeds.com advising order status changed to "Awaiting Shipment". 8/4 received email advising status "Shipped". Continued checking status, no change in 10 days, contacted shipper, they apparently lost it. Contacted DealBeds, they're very sorry, will try to locate and will call back. No call back, I called DealBeds. They offered to upgrade me to a similar mattress that they had in stock and could ship directly. Said they would send me list of similar models available that day. No email received. Rec'd text from XPO (shipper) 8/20 advising they have delivery details, will contact me when order rec'd. No change in status as of 8/22, called XPO, they still haven't rec'd shipment have no idea when they will and have no more info. Called DealBeds customer service 8/22, put on hold for 10 minutes and then transferred to voicemail to leave a message. Extremely unhappy. Want DealBeds to make good on offer to promptly deliver upgraded mattress.

Placed order on 8/21 and still haven't received item as of 10/12. Placed order & paid in full for 2 mattresses fr DealBeds online on 8/21 and it said delivery w/in a week. I called on 8/31 inquiring and was told it was shipped and I'd get a call for date and time. I then called on 9/9 inquiring and was told it was shipped to Serta factory and not me & Serta would call for delivery. I waited until 9/16 & called & they said it's at a company called XPO in Franklin, MA and an agent will call me to give delivery date & time. I called on 9/22 and XPO told me they lost the order & they don't have anything for me & to call DealBeds. I called DealBeds & they said they'd re order & call me. I never heard & called them on 9/30 & promised I would have it delivered to my house by 10/2 & I never got it. I then called on 10/9 & said I never got the delivery as promised & they promised it was absolutely delivered to my house by 10/12 & I waited all day and nothing, so I called the delivery co. Alegro, who delivers for DealBeds and they said they'd call the delivery driver and call me back with the time of delivery; I never heard back and then I call them around 6:30pm ET and they told me the couldn't get a hold of the driver but will have someone else definitely deliver it my house by 8:00pm ET on 10/12. It is now 9:00pm ET and I have not received a delivery or a call. I want to cancel order and get a full refund. Thank you

Ordered a New mattress on 09/02 and today is 09/18 and the mattress still is not delivered. I placed Order *** 1 product totaling $744.44 A Serta Perfect Sleeper Kleinmon II King Size Mattress was ordered on 09/02. No initial notification was received about when the mattress would be delivered. I called Dealbeds.com after the order was placed and was told by the representative, the mattress would be delivered by Friday, 09/04, or Saturday, 09/05 and that I would receive a one day notice call before the mattress would be delivered. No notice or mattress was delivered. I then tried calling again about the mattress delivery and was told by the representative the mattress again would be delivered sometime between Wednesday, 09/09 through Saturday, 09/12 and again No notice or delivery of the mattress. The last attempt *** called and left a voicemail on behalf of Dealbeds.com and said the mattress would be delivered either the following Wednesday, 09/16 or Saturday, 09/19. Today is Friday, 09/18 noon time and I called Dealbeds yet again and no answer so I left a voice message and I have yet to receive a one day notice call about delivery tomorrow, I'm assuming since the Wednesday delivery never took place. I don't know when the mattress will be delivered and it has been almost 3 weeks since I placed the order in a 1 to 3 week delivery timeframe. At this point I would either like the mattress delivered or a full refund.

Dealbeds won't repair or replace non-functioning adjustable base or refund mattresses per their return/sleep satisfaction policy. I purchased an adjustable bed (2 x Twin XL) and mattresses (2 x Twin XL) for $6346.00 on June 22. Items delivered July 10. One adjustable base didn't work. I also purchased extended warranty and repair service. Called and emailed multiple times to arrange return or repair. Calls and emails went unanswered. Requested return on July 19, within 10 days of delivery per retailer website. Multiple calls and emails. Did not receive response. Filed dispute with bank. Merchant presented unsigned form with incorrect date saying that I signed that everything was operating. I never saw form until retailer submitted with their response. Also, mattresses purchased came with 120 night sleep return policy. Requested return within 10 days of receipt. Dealbeds would NOT arrange pick-up. Instead, they kept urging me to "try for longer". After dispute with bank, they finally agreed to pick-up mattresses and refund. *** freight picked up adjustable bases x 2 (free bases I received with purchase of mattresses) and mattresses (2 x Twin XL) on November 6. I have since called and emailed Dealbeds multiple times and they claim they have not received items from*** despite*** tracking information that items were delivered to Dealbeds warehouse. I have called Dealbeds multiple times to arrange repair of non-functioning adjustable base. They have not repaired or replaced.

Caller purchased a bed from the above company and had to setup a time to have the beds delivered. Caller said she called to setup the time, and was told that they would call 30 mins before they arrive. Caller stated she was told the appointment was scheduled for 10:30 and thought she would receive a call around 10am. Caller said she was in appointment and could not take the call. Caller stated her daughter, who is a minor answered the door and signed for the bed. Caller was told at the time of scheduling that if the bed was damaged, she would need to write "damaged" on the receipt. Caller said because her daughter signed for the delivery and did not write "damaged" on the receipt, she would need to take pictures as soon as possible. Caller said when she arrived at home she noticed the damage to the bed and called the company to come and pick up the bed. Caller was told by the company since her daughter signed for the delivery they may be limited as far as what they could do. Caller contacted ComplaintsBoard.com and they advised her the company was not accredited through them. Caller states she later had the bed finally picked up after spending two weeks in her living room. Caller stated this caused her an inconvience because of her walker. Caller was told once the bed reaches Dealbeds they would refund her money. Caller stated it has been two weeks and she has yet to receive a refund. Caller stated they did not clarify how they would refund $1,000 but she was told by the manager of Deabeds in Orlando that she would obtain the refund. Caller stated because of her disability she is unable to write out a full complaint by hand or online. Caller stated her daughter has shared custody and is not home every day. Caller would like for this phone call to suffice as a complaint.

It was set to be deliver curbside without my knowledge Order number ***, 3/22/21I placed an online order for a 10 piece king size bedroom set for approximately $2400. I didn't think anything of it when I was not offered the white glove service. After all I was ordering a 10 piece king size bedroom set. Prior to my product being delivered I consistently checked the he website for delays since we are still in the Covid era. I happened to stumble across the delivery am I order stating I only have basic. After investigating I was made aware that I would not receive the white glove delivery and that my items would be placed curbside. I was frantic after learning that information. I called the one 800 number and spoke to a representative that told me depending on the brand that you purchase White glove delivery it's not offered during your purchase. So basically since you're not offered it the basic delivery service is automatic. I am flabbergasted! How in the world what a business not offer a white glove delivery on a 10 piece king size bedroom set? I have purchased appliances and furniture, big furniture before and the white glove delivery was not an option it was automatic. I called in multiple times I've emailed multiple times to no avail. These people are a scam artists. I never received a delivery because I canceled several days after ordering. They would not allow my cancellation they put in what they wanted to put in they stated that my items were broken which is not true because I have never received the item. The delivery people did show up one day when I wasn't home they called me on the telephone to reschedule and that's when I made them aware that I had actually canceled the delivery many days ago. The delivery lady thanked me and said goodbye. This entire ordeal is a travesty especially now during Covid times. I feel their beds or taking a vantage of people since some items are not available in our local areas. I would have never taken to the Internet for this type of item nor will I ever again. Unfortunately, Covid it has people doing things that they've never done nor should ever do again. The outcome I am looking for is basically to receive my full refund. I was also told oh you will have to pay a return delivery fee. I asked so how much is that? I've never been told how much it is not that I wanted to pay it but I just was interested. I only asked in pure curiosity. These people are not honest. They absolutely make me cringe and I do not recommend them for anyone. I wouldn't purchase a number two pencil for a penny let alone a 10 piece king size bedroom set. So I asked everyone to please take my experience as a teachable moment of what not to purchase online. Especially from dealbeds.com! Please stop giving me the runaround and credit my card for the purchase. Give me my money!

Bedroom set ordered Aug 30, 2020 was initially not delivered within the time frame they advised. Once delivered, 1 item was missing and never sent. I ordered the Homelegance Lorenzi 4 piece bedroom set on Aug 30, 2020 for $799(Order #***). I called many times after several weeks of not getting my order and was always told, they were waiting for the maker of the items to ship it. On Oct 14, 2020, I was given a courtesy refund of $39.95 for my inconvenience with the delays. My order finally arrived after 11.5 weeks on 11/12 and was missing the nightstand after I unboxed everything. I immediately called Dealbeds and was told by a Cust Svc rep that the shipper had it and would call me for delivery. They never called, so I called back and again Customer Svc said they would call me, and also gave me the # to the shipper. I spoke to the shipper and they said they would call me to schedule delivery for 11/14. I never got a call. I called back and spoke to the shipper again, that said they would deliver 11/14. I waited all day and they did not show. I called again and they said they would call to schedule delivery. I missed the call, but called back and again scheduled another delivery and again they did not show. I contacted Dealbeds to get them involved and they again said they would follow up with the shipper and personally get back to me. I waited several days and no call from Dealbeds or this shipper. This went on for a few weeks with lots of time of me waiting on hold, getting hung up on many times before I got a rep, and many wasted hours. I was frustrated so stopped calling for the holidays, and then called again in January, with the same lack of resolution. Everytime I called at this point, I was asking reps if I could have another adjustment for the additional inconvenience of them not providing my full items purchased, which we were at this point, several months past my estimated shipping date. Each rep said yes, I would get a courtesy credit, but they could not do it until I got my nightstand. One rep Kevin even said it wouldnt make sense to get a adjustment based off the delay date we were speaking, when my issue still wasnt resolved, and I may call back asking for an additional adjustment if it takes longer, so they would rather wait til it was resolved to determine my adjustment amount from the inconvenience of how much time it has taken. I wait again and still no call, no credit, no nightstand, By this point, I had made about 20 calls and was tired of waiting. I called and got Mary on 2/8, she said give her 1 day and she was escalating my issue, would contact the shipper, then me, and get my nightstand to me, Again no contact. I called 2/9 and got Mary again, she said she needed 24 more hours. My patience was running thin at this point that we are now at 5.5 months since I ordered the bedroom set, but I gave her 1 last 24 hrs. Again no call. I called 2/10 and immediately asked for a Supervisor. I spoke to Paul. I told him I was tired of all the back and forth so I would like a refund for the nightstand, which was $129.99, plus the additional courtesy credit I was promised by many reps since 11/12 (3 months) of me trying to get my nightstand. Paul offered to try to get the shipper, which I told him I was tired of dealing with at this point. He and Mary informed me the shipper said they had a hard time contacting me. Which as I explained in this complaint, is not true, I called them many times, as well as Dealbeds reps said they also called many times. Paul informed me I would not get the full value refund of the nightstand since it came as a set so he would refund me $69. That was very upsetting that out of $799 for only 4 pieces, he was reducing my refund. In additional he refused to give me a courtesy credit for the additional 3 months that I have been trying to complete my order. Multiple reps promised this to me, I would have never been so patient in all the waiting, calling, sitting on hold hours, if I was not going to get a credit for the inconvenience. I was so upset I told him I needed to end the call. He refunded only $69 anyway.
