ECMS Express One of the worst

I ordered from Amazon.com, a present for my spouse serving in the military in the Philippines, they decided to send my package through ECMS Express. Tracking shows the package left LAX in Los Angeles CA on Sept 26, here it is now Sept. 30 and not a single peep out of this shady shipping company as to where the hell my package went. Package was supposed to be a Birthday present and when ordered was suppose to arrive before Oct. 5 ECMS left package to sit for 7 days before picking it up! NOW my package has completely vanished from the face of the Earth. Nice way to treat Serving Military Members Amazon by shipping stuff through a shady company like ECMS Express

Recommendation: NEVER EVER USE!

ECMS Express I ordered a product from GOAT and they marked it delivered on the app, but it never arrived

I ordered a product from GOAT and they marked it delivered on the app, but it never arrived. When I checked the tracking number, it said ECMS is handling the package, but there have been no updates from them. I don't understand why GOAT would trust this company with package delivery because it's making them look bad. They really need to go out of business soon! If you see ECMS Express handling your package, consider it lost. This is the worst service I've ever experienced!

ECMS Express Poor delivery service

Hello! I would like to send a complaint about this shipping:

Shipped with ECMS Express - ID: APELAUS257237764

The order was done thru Amazon and supposed to be delivered 2-3 weeks ago, but it never happened.

The delivery person called me and sent me an SMS, so I provided extra details and google map location for the delivery. But he never came back.

Last time I called the delivery company it was last Friday and they told me they will deliver on Monday (today). Instead they just canceled the shipping and returned it to the seller.

Amazing!

ECMS Express I tried to call ECMS Express Inc

I tried to call ECMS Express Inc. but couldn't get through because their mailbox was full and no one was available to answer my call. The tracking information stated that my package was undeliverable and the receptacle was full, but no delivery was attempted and no notice was left. I was at home the whole time. I also filled out the "contact us" form on their website but haven't received a response yet.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from GOAT on 11/13/2022 with tracking number #***. It's been stuck in Customs since 11/22/2022, and I haven't received any updates or information. I've tried contacting customer service through phone and email, but there has been no response. It feels like nobody is working or this company might not be legitimate. I really need my delivery or a refund as soon as possible.

I've tried reachin' out to ECMS through phone, email, and their support ticket on their website, but they ain't responded or done anythin' about it.

ECMS Express This company is so hard to reach, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack

This company is so hard to reach, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. It's painful when I find out they're the ones handling my shipment. I placed an order on December 1st and haven't received any new updates for days. I really need the package in two days, but their customer service number is like a ghost town. I sent them an email and they finally replied after days, but didn't even answer my question. It's just so frustrating.

ECMS Express I bought 2 things from ECMS Express, and now they have them

I bought 2 things from ECMS Express, and now they have them. I found out from *** that the packages are on hold because they need the receiver's info. I tried calling, emailing, and stuff to get in touch with ECMS Express, but no luck. Their voicemail is full, and they don't respond to emails. I'm willing to give them the info they need to deliver the packages, but without a response, I can't make sure they won't get lost while waiting.

I ordered sum shoes from ECMS Express Inc. (https://www.ecmsglobal.com/en-us/index.html) on 11/12/2022 and I got a shipping confirmation but nothing else then I saw something that said flight arrival/departure and then it went dead silent so now I'm not able to contact them because they don't answer the phone and they send emails that aren't helpful in any find of way so I had to call my bank and try to get them to cancel the charge because I basically got scammed out of almost *** and still not getting answers from ECMS or *** Shipping and the tracking number they gave me for *** says that they haven't received the package but has been waiting on it since 11/18/2022.

Order placed thru *** on 11/30 and I was told the order shipped on 12/13. I checked the tracking number on ECMS website using tracking number ***XXXXXXXXXX and the message says it has arrived at their facility 0n 12/12/22. It has been 22 days since it arrived there and each day that goes by the tracking history does not change. I tried to call and they never answer the phone which is unprofessional and I am stuck trying to figure out what happened to my order that seems to be stuck at their warehouse, so they say. I have reached out to *** and they are having issues getting a response too. Why use and pay them to ship when you get no updated information and they do not answer the phone.

I bought an order from GOAT for *** on November 12, 2022 and they used ECMS Shipping. The tracking number is *** Usually, I get the company packages pretty quickly, but for some reason, it's taking a really long time this time. So I've been tracking my package and it's been stuck on the same date for over a week now. I've tried calling them, but they never answer the phone. I wrote a complaint to the company twice, and they only answered once, without telling me where my package is or when it will be delivered. Honestly, I deserve to know where my package is. It's been almost a month since I first ordered it. I just want to receive my package now so that I never have to use this company again.

ECMS Express On ***, I bought some wheels for my car from a service called ***

On ***, I bought some wheels for my car from a service called ***. They sell stuff from *** all over the world. The 4 wheels were sent to me separately by ECMS Global, but I haven't heard anything from the shipper since I got the packages on 1/13/22. On ***, ONE out of the four wheels arrived at my door through ***, but they didn't let me know it was coming. The other 3 wheels are still stuck with a status on *** that says "Shipment information sent to ***." I reached out to *** support, and they told me to contact the shipper (ECMS). I've tried all the ways to get in touch with ***, like calling their US phone number, but it just goes straight to a full mailbox. I also sent them emails through their main and US-based support addresses, but I haven't gotten any response at all. I'm really worried that my expensive wheels will end up getting thrown away, and I won't be able to do anything about it.

ECMS Express I bought a pair of sneakers from ***, an online sneaker seller

I bought a pair of sneakers from ***, an online sneaker seller. On 12/14/2022, I got a message saying my package was sent and they gave me a tracking number ***. I started tracking it right away. It said on Dec 18 it passed customs and was at JFK. But there haven't been any updates on the tracking page since then. I messaged them a few times using the contact us feature and also sent an email to the *** they provided on 12/22/22. I haven't heard back from them. I tried calling the (XXX) XXX XXXX many times but no one answered. This isn't the first time someone complained about this, and I don't understand why they let this happen or why a company uses ECMS for deliveries when their customer service is non-existent. I want to know what's happening with my delivery. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, but now I don't know if or when it will arrive. And if the package is lost, I'll have to go through the hassle of getting a refund.

ECMS Express I ordered shoes from Goat company, and everything went smoothly on their end

I ordered shoes from Goat company, and everything went smoothly on their end. However, there seems to be a delay with my package because of ECMS Express Inc. They have been unprofessional and difficult to reach. I reached out to FedEx, and they informed me that ECMS has not yet shipped the order to them. I was under the impression that it would be received by Tuesday, the 26th of this month. It has been in transit for five days now, and they are telling me that it needs to go through transit before being sent to the third party, which is FedEx. The company's explanations don't make sense because when I check the tracking, it shows that it has cleared transit and is in New York, "flight arrival New York." However, it hasn't moved since then for days. I just want to receive my package as soon as possible, especially since I paid extra for expedited delivery. ECMS Express Inc. has inconvenienced me and has not acted professionally throughout this whole process of trying to resolve the issue and get my package to me quickly. I'm extremely upset, and this is not how you conduct a business.

ECMS Express I ordered a pair of shoes from **** on December 8th

I ordered a pair of shoes from *** on December 8th. They promised to deliver within 7-10 days, but they didn't send my order to ECMS until December 20th. I contacted *** to find out why it was taking so long, but they had no information. I really wanted these shoes for the holidays, but that didn't happen. I tried reaching out to ECMS global, but they haven't been helpful at all. According to their website, my shoes left Amsterdam on December 22nd and still haven't arrived. I've been on a 13-hour flight before, so I know it doesn't take 6 days to arrive. Whenever I call ECMS, I get an automated message saying all agents are busy, no matter what time I call. I can't even leave a message because their mailbox is full. I just want to receive my item so I never have to deal with *** or ECMS again. I don't understand why *** would outsource an order abroad when they have so many locations in the US, especially during the holiday season. ***'s customer support hasn't been helpful either, just like ECMS.

ECMS Express On April 17th, 2023, I ordered a pair of sneakers from GOAT

On April 17th, 2023, I ordered a pair of sneakers from GOAT. They authenticated them right away. The shipment arrived at a nearby airport on April 23rd and cleared customs on April 24th. I had to call this company multiple times in the first few days, wondering if I could pick up my package from the airport. There was no movement on a package that had already cleared customs for 4 days, and it's only a 30-minute drive from my destination. After calling hundreds of times, I finally reached someone in operations. He then transferred me to a woman who said they still had the package and their transportation team hadn't picked it up. Two days later, they told me they lost my package because they didn't scan it correctly. They told me to tell GOAT to give me my money back. They tried to blame ***, but I already had a missing package request with them, and I knew they never received the package. After I told them this, they changed their story and said they use a third-party company to deliver their packages to *** facilities. They claimed to have 15 missing packages with them at the moment. Please avoid this company at all costs. My tracking number is ECGGHXX012470653.

After numerous attempts to contact ECMS & locate a package that may have been lost, I have found it impossible to get a response. The tracking for the package hasn't update in two weeks, & ECMS will not respond to assist me. The package is very valuable & I am concerned it may have been lost. I just want to know what's going on & if it's going to be delivered.
