4/23, I hired Wikiwiki Express to move my household goods to Molokai from Honolulu. I got an estimate three times from Wiki Wiki Express. In the middle of the move, Chris, the owner, demanded a much higher payment and threatened to have his crew walk unless I agreed. I was completely stressed and had no choice but to agree. When the furniture arrived on Molokai, I discovered that many items were missing and many items were damaged due to improper packing. The damage and the missing items amount to $2000. I was also overcharged over $3000 compared to the estimate. I can give more details, but because of lack of space, I'll wait until asked. The service was terrible. I can't help but feel that as a single senior woman, I was ripped off and taken advantage of.
