They came to fix my sewer line after AWR called them
They came to fix my sewer line after AWR called them. They said they'd fix the damaged lines inside and outside. They used PVC and put a sleeve and a boot on it. But there was a crack, so they changed it. They didn't put gravel under it, so it collapsed. They fixed a part in my basement but left a hole and dirt. The warranty company stopped the bid, but they didn't finish the job. They wanted $29,000 to finish it, but it was too much. Other contractors said so too.

I was hella confused, but he said I had a belly in the line causing water to back up. I asked for a price and he said $7k. But then *** hit me with an estimate for $9,850. That's way too much, so I hit up Florissant City Hall and their plumber said it's the outside sewer line that they gotta fix. He also said Drain Surgeons were trying to rip me off. I want my $175 back.

I called Drain Surgeons on May 15th, 2022 to fix my sewer drain. I asked them to call me when the technician was on the way, but they didn't. I waited for a while and called my tenant to see if the tech had arrived. She said he did, but she didn't know what he was doing because he closed the door. I called my tenant periodically to check on the status, but she didn't hear anything most of the time. I had her knock on the door several times, but he didn't answer. I told her to open the door, and the tech said he pulled out a trash bag and some wipes. He closed the door again. I called Drain Surgeons and asked to speak to a supervisor, but they said they were an after-hours call company. They said they would leave a message for a Drain Surgeon's supervisor, but no one called me back. I received an invoice for $1210.00, and I called Drain Surgeons to discuss the charges. The first technician I hired was professional and efficient, and his bill was only $180. The second technician was unprofessional, didn't call, and lied to my tenant. He charged $1210.00 for 5 and a half hours of questionable work. Drain Surgeons refuses to acknowledge the second technician's poor quality.
