Ordered pizza I never received, stated not on gps get for over five years plus no problem with delivery. Never tried to call to attempt to find location... Refusing to retuen my money for his trouble> 4th time contacting dominoes. Franchise area was to call me back. If no contact by 4:00 pm cst monday I will have no choice but to contact the bbb and tv stations and newspapers. I have purchased dominoes exclusively for over 30 years and recommended them over pizza hut. I am now using pixzza hut and big surprise there gps has my address listed. I am now letting everyone I know how worthless dominoes is/ due to a worthless franchise and a little over 25.00 charge and corporate complaint area refusing to follow up you have lost hundreds if not thousands> I am making it my mission to let everyone know that dominoes steals money from customers by refusing to reimburse money spent on order dominoes fraudulently refused to deliver. Btw I am a paralegal and am close to filing a law suit and inviting the media to attend so everyone in the dallas metroplex will hear how dominoes cares only about money and not its customers. If I had been contacted by the franchise area and my money refunded this complaint would have went no further. 30 plus year loyal customer destroyed because dominoes has a worthless franchise in crowley. Last evening I logged into my account and ordered a large three topping pizza from my local store in Mahopac, NY at 4:17 pm to be ready for pickup at 6pm. I had received an email prior to 6pm that our order number 235 was ready for carry out pickup.
When I arrived at my store the employee told me there was no order ready for me. I told him I had elected to pay for it when I ordered it online. I gave him my order number and he could not find it in the system.
Today I checked my credit card and there is a pending charge of $8.66 from Dominos 3488.
Please cancel/credit that charge to my VISA card. In the future I will opt to pay when I pick up the order and not in advance as I have done previously. Thank you, Peter Gebhardt
Pizza with almost no toppings

on July 6th at exactly 6:00 pm I called in an order for carry out to the Domino's located at 11990 us hwy 17 bypass in Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. My order was taken and I was told it would be ready in 18 minutes. I drove to the location and upon arriving I paid for my order. I was going to pay with cash but the girl at the register said she did not have change for a $50 bill. So I said that I would just pay with a credit card. We looked at the board located in the lobby and it said that my order would be ready in 8 minutes (only one order in front of mine. I told her that I would wait outside until my order was ready. After 10 minutes I went back into the store expecting my order to be ready for pick up. Surprise ! The board now said I had 18 minutes before my order would be ready. She was as confused as I was. I waited another 15 minutes when she looked at me and said that she was going to wash her hands and make my pizzas. So now my original 18 minutes has turned into 35 minutes and my order hadn't even been started. I told just forget it and that I would like my money back. Again to my SURPRISE ! they said being I used a credit card it would take 48 hours to credit my account. During all of this going on the store manager did not once speak to me or offer any assistance. I think this was very unprofessional and I hope all of your locations are not run in this manor.

annoying commercials
Please stop force feeding that damn stupid risky business commercial on tv. I sat to watch a couple 30 min shows back to back and that stupid frickin song and commercial came on the same channel 5 times in an hours time. I swear I will never order your product ever again until that commercial is long gone. I dont hate your pizza, just hate annoying tv commercials.
