Domino's Pizza - Bad service and very long wait for delivery and old cold food delivered.

Hello on april 24th I place and order around 3pm, that order consisted of 1 medium pizza, stuffed crazy bread, and 8pc hot wing, I paid over $26 for this order. So time progressed I called numerous times to find out what was going on with my order I was told the same thing the driver left out so my grandson waited downstairs for them to come they were not there. So I called again and was told the driver had left this was a stretch in time and I couldn't understand why I was being told he left with my order because couple hours had passed I asked the young lady that answered the phone not to send me that old food that sat for hours please make my food fresh so she agreed. So here I was waiting again for my food to be delivered and it came way too fast I knew that they sent me hours old hard, cold food that got me really upset. I called back and asked for a refund I was told I would get my refund back that didn't happen, no one came for the old stale food that they delivered to me and my family and no new order was delivered this is horrible service to a paying customer and I actually gave him a tip no manager called me to find out what happened I was told for days he would call me back. So I placed another order yesterday 4/27/20 for few items which I shouln't have paid for this order I used my own piece of the pie rewards for the pizza why? Did I have to do that I had courtesy pizza from a previous order that I couldn't redeem. The reason why I paid for this order because no manager had called me back about the previous incident so I finally spoke to a manager yesterday and that order was wrong too, I hope that you can resolve this issue with everything that's going on I understand that most food chains are very busy but the service I received was horrible. I am asking that you handle this matter asap I won't be ordering from this store for a long while don't want anyone to mess with my food. My question to you is how will you contact me or will someone from this store reach out to me? Refund for order placed on 4/27/20 and I was given credit for order on 4/24/20 but after my next order was messed up too. Please refund money I paid on 4/27/20 back to my debit card and leave my credit of $27 at the store as I am unable to get to the store thank you
