on Sunday, May 10th, I had a pizza delivered to my home at 603 Branchton Road, Slippery Rock, PA. Evening (dinner time)
The delivery man brought the pizza and then left. Shortly afterwards, I received a text from my ex asking "who was at my house and who was talking when" the pizza was delivered. I am in the midst of court for harassment and stalking.
YOUR Delivery man called my ex, and reported what he saw at my home. I have texts to verify this information. Texts are legal in a court of law in Pennsylvania.
I immediately called the local Dominoes in Slippery Rock to report this behavior and was told that it did not happen and "My driver wouldn't do that"
Again, I have the texts to prove that this happened. I am very dissapointed that your management in this location failed to protect my rights.
I am following up in court with this issue. It is on a long list of things that my ex has done. I should not be afraid to order delivery. Now, I am.
An apology or "I'll look into it" would have been nice...but NO. Complete and utter disregard for my privacy. Dominoes will not be back at my home.
