I placed an order online, now granted it was for just sodas, however, my order was for nearly 20.00. In any case, nowhere did it state that I couldn't place an order for just sodas, and my order went through without a problem. After nearly an hour I called the store to check on the status of my order. The first representative who answered Lied to me and insisted that the sodas had been delivered. I went out on the porch and told her that there was nothing on my porch. I asked if it was possible that the sodas had been delivered to the wrong house. She caught an attitude with me and stated again, that they had been delivered. I patiently repeated that there was nothing on my porch. She then placed me on a long hold and then another representative got on the line. I explained to the new representative that I was checking on the status of my order, and he told me that since the order was just for drinks, that the delivery person has refused to make the delivery and it had been cancelled. I asked if the money would be put back on my card, and he said it would. I just wanted to say that the way that my inquiry was handled, and the way I was treated on the phone did not sit well with me at all. The customer service was awful, and left me feeling as if I was not valued as a customer.
