I went to one of your locations in Norwalk Ct, I gave my dog for a day care. and when I came back to pick him up, I was told that they will not charge for day care and for the bath I asked them I did not ask for a bath only day care they told me Well what had happened was that. when giving him a bath he started bleeding I was ok, when they brought the dog he was bleeding big time I asked them this is due to a bath then they changed the story by saying two other dogs were fighting and my dog got in the meddle and they bit his ear, I asked them when this incident happened did you call me or my wife they told me yes the GM did, I asked my wife she said no one called then they said oh sorry no one called.

I was furious why no one called so that we can come and see our Dog or pick him up, I went the next day to complain to the GM he was not there so far the GM has not called, I have all this on video when I was at your store picking up my dog, I want to know the real story what happened to my dog or I will get a lawyer, plus your GM still have not called me to apologies and tell me what happened to my dog.

PS I gave my dog's name is Banji on Friday the 10th of this month and I keep calling your property in Norwalk Dogtopia and the GM is nowhere to be seen.
