Poor service, bad communication, No puppy - needs to improve CX as business!
It is interesting that they only show 5 stars review on their site not 164 1 star review like this one." I had high hope when I first engage them as I am encouraged by what they stood for in terms of animal rights. They collected the money, but could not deliver the puppy in time frame as discussed or promised. No customer service, no one answer the phone at customer line. Travel department is non-responsive. Typical company run by Gen Z (Poor and arrogant communications especially the "sales manager") - if they ignore, they assume may be you and your complaints will go away (this seems to be a pattern see other review from (9/3/2023, don't just take my word for it.) No respect for customer privacy and they record all conversations. No one to escalate my issues. Make promise and never fulfill them, lots of "sand bagging". Lack of accountability to be a trusted service provider. Pushing for their transport which is additional $800 at first on top, when puppy is only 90 miles away? Often provide status or excuses without actual fact. Poor communication and does not know how to manage communication in a trustful fashion.
Update: Finally received a text from Travel 30 mins before they close for the week, with no concrete commitment that puppy will be delivered. The sales manager was arrogant and refuse to resolute customer concerns head-on by hiding behind "puppy first" as the reasons for his behavior. I have no issue with health check, but they need to provide truthful communication not repeatedly give out "false hope".
Overall a company that had right ideas but poor executions.

Nightmare Experience with Pawrade: Disabled Puppy and Ruined Life
Let me tell you about my experience with Pawrade. It was a complete nightmare. I was promised one thing and given another. The breeder recommended a certain type of food, but the transport company did not use it. When the puppy finally arrived, it wasn't even the correct one. And to make matters worse, it had a 20% chance of survival.
I was refunded my money, but that doesn't make up for the fact that this poor puppy was in such bad shape. It had bilateral eye ulcers and had lost all vision. It also had abnormal hind legs, markings that were off, and hypoglycemia. The list goes on and on.
To make matters worse, this puppy can't even get insurance because of the pre-existing health issues. It's been a financial burden on me, with over $5,000 in medical bills to date. And there's still a high probability of poor eyesight and more health issues in the future.
I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with Pawrade. They have a UPS box in Maryland, but their tax payer is out of Texas. It's clear that they're not a reputable company, and they're not looking out for the well-being of their puppies.
I've contacted the USDA, FBI, and all local authorities. My lawyers are suiting up, and I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure that no one else has to go through what I did.
In conclusion, if you're thinking about buying a puppy from Pawrade, I urge you to reconsider. This is a buyer beware situation, and you don't want to end up like me - with a disabled puppy and a ruined life.
We just purchased a puppy from Pawrade and are in the waiting stages of her travel arrangements. We are just now seeing all these horrible reviews and are sick to our stomachs. we are getting very vague responses and are terrified. What breed of puppy did you get?
Disappointing Experience with Pawrade: Questionable Practices, Delayed Shipping, and Health Concerns
So, I was scrolling through the internet looking for a new furry friend, and stumbled upon Pawrade. I gotta tell you, I read so many good reviews that I got super excited and decided to give it a try. But, unfortunately, my experience wasn't as great as others.
First off, even though it said the pupper I wanted was ready to go at 9 weeks, I ended up waiting an extra month. And when I tried to chat with the breeders, I never got a response. What's up with that?
And don't even get me started on the paperwork. It was like getting a mortgage. I had to submit a photo ID, a pic of my face, and even a selfie! Like, come on guys, this is a bit much, don't you think?
And then, just a week before my baby was supposed to be shipped to me, I got a call saying the lil' guy had a pre-existing condition. They made me sign all sorts of crazy papers saying I won't file any health claims. And then, two days later, I got another call saying that my pup had an undescended testicle, and I had to sign even more papers for that.
Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if Pawrade is trying to pawn off sick puppies on people. It's almost like they're getting them from puppy mills or something. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the experience and wouldn't recommend it.
Killer Service Recovery and the Coolest Corgi: My Experience with Pawrade
Man, I'm stoked about this company and the service they provided. So, I initially found a puppy I digged on but the breeder was sketchy, so I was like "nah, son" and asked for a voucher to check out some other pooches. But, I had already ponied up some cash, so I was a little peeved. But, let me tell you, these guys came through in a major way. The service recovery was on point and everybody I spoke to was super chill and put my happiness at the top of the priority list. I called them like, a lot, probably too much, trying to get my voucher and they all helped me out and answered all of my questions which was rad of them.
Once I got my voucher, I picked out the coolest corgi pup in the world. The little dude was 11 weeks old when I got him and he's already made friends with my two other dogs which is tight. The wait for delivery was a bit of a bummer, but man, once I got him it was totally worth it. Been with him for over a week now and he is seriously the most snuggly and well-behaved pup ever. He already knew the name I picked for him and was already trained to use potty pads, which is dope.
All in all, my experience with Pawrade was super smooth and I ended up with the dopest pup ever. These guys are killer and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new furry friend.
Pawrade Review: Disappointing Purchase of Unhealthy Dog - Avoid!
So, I just got a new dog from Pawrade and let me tell you, I am not impressed. I mean, yeah, the website was easy to use and all that jazz, but once I actually got the dog things started to go south.
First of all, I had to pay the full price for the dog before I even got any information about the breeder. And then, when I finally did get the breeder's info, I still didn't get any pictures of their facilities or anything. That should have been my first clue that this wasn't gonna be great.
But the real kicker came when I went to pick up the dog. The breeder wouldn't let me see the parents and the dog was covered in filth and had gross gunk in her ears. Like, seriously, how hard is it to clean your dogs and take care of their hygiene?
And on top of all that, my vet told me that the dog had ear mites and was being fed some weird food that no one had ever heard of. Like, what the heck Pawrade? Can't you at least make sure the dogs you're selling are healthy and being taken care of properly?
I'm gonna file some claims and see what happens, but honestly, I'm not holding my breath. All in all, I'd say steer clear of Pawrade if you're looking for a new fur baby.
Pawrade: The Ultimate Solution for Safe and Easy Furry Friend Adoption!
So, when my partner and I decided that it was time to add another furry friend to our family, we were pretty jazzed to find a bunch of new and exciting ways to make that happen! My better half hit us up with a link to Pawrade.com, where you can find your soon-to-be BFF and link up with a breeder in one go. Our eyes immediately went to a precious little pup named Simone, a Cavapoo who melted our hearts and stole the show.
However, when we realized that Simone would need to make the trip from St. Louis to Seattle, we started to have some serious second thoughts. We were worried that travel would be tough on our little fancy pup, and weren't sure if it was worth the risk.
Lucky for us, the folks at Pawrade are out of this world. Not only are they a pro team of friendly, expert animal lovers, but they're also completely dedicated to making sure every critter who passes through their site is safe, sound, and healthy. They had our back and our pup's well-being through every step of the process - from scheduling her flight, to giving us detailed care instructions once she touched down in the PNW. Honestly, we felt more ready for Simone's arrival than when we had our first kiddo!
And here's the big finish - when Simone showed up, she was in perfect condition, not a scratch or bruise in sight. It was like she'd just gone on a fun adventure instead of crossed the country. We seriously recommend working with Pawrade if you're looking for a new buddy - not just because they hook you up with amazing pets like Simone, but because they truly care about their animals and their customers. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
My Horrible Experience with Pawrade: A Warning to Fellow Pet Buyers
So, let me tell you about my experience with Pawrade. I was in the market for a new furry friend and stumbled upon this website. I will admit, I didn't do my proper research beforehand, which is a mistake I will never make again!
I decided to take the plunge and purchase a dog from Pawrade, but little did I know the nightmare that was soon to ensue. I shelled out almost four thousand dollars - yes, you read that right - and hoped for the best. After they received my payment, the customer service took a nosedive. Suddenly, requests for updates were ignored and the delivery process seemed to be shrouded in mystery.
I finally reached the end of my rope and disputed the charge with my bank. Thankfully, they reimbursed me for the dog, but I was still left with a thousand dollar charge for transferring the debt to a collector. Talk about a headache!
So, my fellow animal lovers, please do not make the same mistake that I did. Pawrade is only interested in making a quick buck at the expense of their customers. If you're on the hunt for a new companion, I strongly encourage you to do your research and consider all of your options. Look for local breeders or shelters - not only will it be cheaper, but you'll be ensuring that you're getting a happy, healthy pet.
Trust me, it's worth the extra effort to avoid the stress and frustration that comes with dealing with companies like Pawrade. Save your money and your sanity - stay far away from online dog buying sites, especially Pawrade.
Warning: Terrible Experience with Pawrade.com - Stay Away!
So, guys, I stumbled upon Pawrade.com and oh boy did I regret it! Like many other peeps said in their reviews, things went down after I paid the deposit. Once they got that moolah, everyone went straight radio silence on me! Can you believe that? Sheesh!
Naturally, I was worried and tried messaging them, calling them like a mad person, but zilch! Nada! Nothing! It wasn't till I blasted them with a message asking for a refund that they finally woke up! But did they give me my money back? You guessed it, HELL NO!
And that's not even the worst of it. I was given different delivery dates, wrong invoices, and still didn't get answers to my questions. One of the reps even had the guts to tell me my opinion wasn't valid! Say what now? Since when is that an acceptable response?
When I demanded to speak to a manager, I got Charlie, and boy was he useless! It's no wonder his staff acts that way. And when I pointed out how they broke our contract and failed to do their part, Kelli had the audacity to say that they only made one mistake. Yup, they made just one little error that ended up costing me close to 700 bucks! And still, no answer to my lingering questions!
Charlie promised to call me back, but did he? You guessed it, NOPE. And when I called to ask about it, Kelli told me he's been stuck in meetings all day! Riiight!
This company is as shady as they come, and so unprofessional it hurts. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and consult my attorney to try and salvage the situation. My honest advice, STAY AWAY!
And one last thing, people, keep an eye on those text conversations! They might not match the ones saved in the portal!
WARNING: Terrifying experience with Pawrade - vicious, destructive, and unsocialized dog. Stay away
Wow, where do I even begin with my experience with Pawrade? I was really excited to find an older, socialized dog with basic potty training on their website - and the reviews made it sound like it was going to be a dream come true. But let me tell you, I couldn't have been more wrong.
The dog I received, a 16-month-old labradoodle, was supposed to be gentle, sweet, and bright - but she turned out to be anything but. The moment she arrived, she went into an extreme over-the-top, dangerous, fear-of-strangers-and-new-places mode that left me absolutely terrified. I didn't know what to do with her, but I tried working with her on an extended lead - which didn't go well - and things escalated quickly from there.
This dog completely destroyed my house in a matter of hours, and started howling 24/7 (I have the video evidence to back it up). When I asked Pawrade about returning her because of her extreme behavior, they told me they couldn't send anyone out for five days. FIVE DAYS! What was I supposed to do in the meantime?
In an attempt to avoid disaster, I tried to work with her on an extended lead - but the moment I made the mistake of letting her off, she tore away and shredded her crate. And to top it all off, she even bit me. That's not just unacceptable - it's downright scary.
I tried to return her, but the first retrieval service refused to take her because she was "too vicious and snarling." I was left all alone with a vicious dog at 1:30 in the morning, and I was terrified in my own house. The next day, with the advice of a vet, I dosed her with Benadryl just so I could reattach her leash - and it wasn't until she was medicated that she calmed down enough to be manageable.
This dog was nowhere near socialized, and was absolutely petrified of life in general. And when I asked about a refund, Pawrade had nothing to offer me. My only option was to pay for transportation to return her to the breeder. It was a humiliating experience, and it broke my heart.
Pawrade claims that the dog showed no signs of fear or viciousness - but I have video evidence to prove otherwise. I strongly suspect that this was a backyard breeder situation, and it's clear that Pawrade is more interested in making a sale than in ensuring the happiness and safety of their animals. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did with Pawrade, so I'd advise staying far, far away. Save yourself the heartbreak and the hassle.
Pawrade Review: Connecting with Puppy Mills Instead of Loving Homes - Don't Support!
Hey there, just wanted to share my experience with Pawrade. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using this site if you're looking to adopt a new furry friend. I learned the hard way that by supporting Pawrade, I was also supporting puppy mills - something I didn't want to do. My advice? If you want a breed-specific puppy, try contacting your local shelter. They can work with you to find the perfect pup without supporting unethical breeding practices.
But if you're set on going through a breeder, definitely make sure you can see the facilities and meet the parents before committing. That's something Pawrade didn't offer, and I ended up regretting my decision. Sure, I thought I was "rescuing" my pup by buying him through this site, but in reality, I was unknowingly supporting a business that didn't have the welfare of animals at its core.
The thing is, there are plenty of bad reviews out there about Pawrade - and they're not wrong. Sure, the company quick to reply with "their version" of events, but they're not really willing to take responsibility for their actions. To me, that's a huge red flag. A reputable company should be willing to admit when they've made mistakes and take steps to improve their business practices. But with Pawrade, it seems like they're always making excuses for their mistakes instead of owning up to them.
Even the Better Business Bureau gives them negative reviews, and that alone should be a warning sign. Plus, there's not enough transparency when it comes to the breeder you're working with. That's a huge issue, especially when we're talking about living creatures here. If you're going to buy a pet, you should know exactly where it's coming from and what kind of conditions it's been living in. It's only fair.
To me, it's all very purposeful and shady. I wouldn't trust Pawrade to connect me with a healthy, happy pet, and I'm not alone in that opinion. If you're serious about adopting a new furry friend, there are definitely better options out there that won't make you question your decision. Don't waste your time or money on a site like Pawrade - your future pet deserves better.
Pawrade Review: From Puppy Love to Disaster - Buyer Beware of this Deceptive & Unreliable Broker!
So, let me tell you about my experience with Pawrade. I was so excited to see this cute Miniature Long Hair Dachshund on their website - I mean, who wouldn't be? So, I ordered her right away. Yeah, maybe I should have been more cautious, but I was blinded by puppy love. Anyway, they made me sign some papers through DocuSign before I even got to meet the dog. That should have been my first red flag.
But, the real trouble started after that. The dog had to travel from Missouri to Massachusetts, taking like a million detours along the way. Imagine, the poor thing went from almost Canada to Virginia before finally arriving almost two weeks later. When I asked the driver if she was walked as promised, they revealed that they hadn't taken the dog for a walk at all! Can you believe that? The dog was traumatized and even had parasites! I had no idea what I was getting into.
So, I called Pawrade to complain, but they just kept ignoring me and fobbing me off. After a month of trying to reach someone, I finally spoke to a manager who referred me to MetLife. But when I called MetLife, they told me that they wouldn't cover pre-existing conditions. So, I took the dog to two veterinarians, both of whom told me that she was from a puppy mill and not a pure breed. They also found that she had a large lump on her side, which they say could be from crossbreeding. I mean, what the heck? If two trained doctors told me she wasn't a purebred, I think I ought to believe them. Pawrade even had a vet check the dog out before shipping her, and they didn't disclose the lump on her side. Talk about deception!
To make things worse, this dog had infected my other two dogs and two cats. I was left with five infected animals and giving them all medicine twice a day for ten days. It was exhausting! And, do you know what Pawrade did while all this was going on? They refused to disclose the name of the breeder. They wouldn't even reply to my inquiry. It was clear to me that they just didn't care what they were selling, anything to make a quick buck.
Feeling absolutely fed up, I tried to dispute the charges with my credit card company, but Pawrade knew how to play that game. On day 89 (just one day shy of the automatic 90-day resolution window), he reversed the charges. I was furious. And if that wasn't enough, he even threatened to report me to the credit bureaus for disputing the charges! What a jerk!
I can't believe I had to go through all of that. Pawrade is just a cheap broker that doesn't care about the welfare of animals. They don't stand behind what they sell. And to top it off, my credit card company said I'm out of luck with disputing the charges because it's considered livestock. Are you kidding me? A living, breathing animal is considered the same as a power tool? Something needs to change.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Save your time, money, and possibly your sanity, and go elsewhere. Pawrade? More like Paw-terrible. They don't deserve anyone's business.
My Negative Experience with Pawrade: Lack of Integrity, Misrepresented Health Issues, and Unsafe Transport
I recently had a less than ideal experience with Pawrade while trying to purchase a puppy. My furry companion had a heart murmur that was conveniently left out of her vet records when they were sent to me. This was a major issue that I should have been informed about prior to purchase, as it meant that my puppy would require more financial investment than just regular vaccines. I ended up having to contact the vet directly to find out about the heart murmur, and when I brought it up to Kelli at Pawrade, she told me to take it up with the breeder. The problem was, I had no way of contacting the breeder as that's supposed to be part of the pet concierge service I was paying for. I asked to speak to a manager, but I never received a call back. Instead, Kelli just continued to send me text messages that weren't helpful.
To make matters worse, my puppy also had parasites, which Pawrade didn't mention until just one day before transport. They assured me she was on medication and would be re-checked prior to transport, but then five days later, I received an email saying she had been cleared at the vet re-check exam and was being picked up for transport. That was completely unexpected and made me suspicious. When I looked into it further, I found out that my puppy was never re-checked at all, and Pawrade had lied about it. I asked for a copy of the supposed "cleared" report, but they just kept sending me the report about when my puppy was diagnosed with parasites - it felt like a complete waste of time.
I also had serious concerns about the transport of my puppy. The transporter was not vetted by Pawrade, they had just been hired off of Facebook. The post on Facebook said that the transport would only cost $450, but I had actually paid Pawrade $800 for it. This made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, and I was further frustrated that they had underpaid the transporter, who was also not vetted. Pawrade seemed to only care about getting the sale complete instead of looking out for the health and safety of the puppy.
When I tried to reach out to Pawrade for help, they completely ignored me. I uploaded all of the vet records to the app and called numerous times, but no one ever bothered to call me back. That lack of concern further exemplifies their lack of integrity.
I strongly recommend doing your homework before purchasing a puppy from Pawrade. The Better Business Bureau only rates them 1.5 stars out of 5, and TrustPilot has multiple complaints, as do other consumer sites. Be wary of any reviews on their own website, as they are likely controlled by Pawrade themselves. I even posted my own experience on their Facebook page, but they deleted it right away - an obvious attempt to silence legitimate customer experiences. It feels like they lack integrity and care only about the sale.

So I saw pawrade on facebook and a female shih tzu named alexis. I wanted a brindle colored female. I ordered and paid for her in total even though only down-payment was only required this was on 6 17 2024. I the bought supplies and royal canin nutri cal as was insisted by pawrade to prepare for Alexis homecoming. Then told that alexis was to be picked up...

This occurred Nov- Dec 2023 and Jan 2024. We have had an unbelievably terrible experience with this company. Prior to purchasing the puppy, staff was amazingly helpful and promised us we would be able to zoom and connect with the breeders. After we purchased, communication significantly decreased. It took 2 weeks to have our first zoom with the puppy and it...

The reality is, Pet Pay company engages in racketeering and fraudulent pet sales hiding behind a payment service. Admittedly I did initiate a purchase for a dog online. I gave my credit card information. However, as soon as Pet Pay charged the card, The bank sent me a Fraud Alert text. On this Alert I decided to further review Pet Pays record online...

Hey everyone, so I checked out pawrade.com and wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, the staff was super friendly and quick to respond to my inquiries. However, one thing that does concern me is that they don't require genetic screening from their breeders. Like, what's up with that?! That's a pretty important step in ensuring the health of the puppies, ya know?
Additionally, despite their claims of not supporting puppy mills, I'm a bit skeptical. I mean, if they're not requiring genetic screening, then what other corners are they cutting? It's important to make sure that the puppies we bring into our homes are coming from responsible breeders who prioritize the well-being of the animals.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for getting a new furry friend from a reputable website, but I just want to make sure that the process is ethical and humane. So, if you're thinking about using pawrade.com, just do your due diligence and make sure you know exactly where your new pup is coming from.
Overall, I'm giving pawrade.com a "meh" rating. Could be better, could be worse. Just proceed with caution!
Unfortunate Experience with Pawrade: Sick Puppy and High Medical Bills
So, my daughter got a cute little golden retriever puppy from Pawrade and we were all excited until day 3 when we noticed something was wrong. We had to rush the little guy to the vet and turns out he has parvo! Can you believe that? And the bill is a whopping 13 thousand bucks! I mean, come on, we just got the poor thing and now we have to pay an arm and a leg for his medical expenses.
Now, we're wondering what steps we can take to get this covered. Should we hire a lawyer? Do we talk to Pawrade customer service and request some sort of reimbursements? We just want to make sure this doesn't happen to other people too, you know? It's not fair to sell sick puppies and not take responsibility for it.
Anyway, I gave them a 1-star review because you can't give zero stars. But honestly, if they can help us out in this situation and take responsibility for their actions, I would love to change my review. So, Pawrade, what's it going to be?
Terrible Experience with Pawrade: Unreliable, Unresponsive, and Unprofessional
So, let me just start off by saying that I had a pretty crappy experience with Pawrade. It all started when I had to change the dates for picking up my pupper. When the day finally came though, I couldn't get a hold of these guys for the life of me! I mean, come on, who just ghosts a customer like that? Not cool, man.
After hounding them with messages, I finally got a response from them at 11pm, saying that my puppy might be driven to me the next day. Uh, excuse me? That's not what I wanted at all! And get this: they had originally convinced me to have the dog driven to me when I had asked for a flight instead. Talk about a bait and switch!
At this point, I'm pretty steamed. If these guys don't get their act together, I'm gonna have to report their sorry behinds to the BBB. I mean, I just wanna get my hands on my furry friend, ya know? So yeah, that's my review. Don't waste your time with these jokers.
Pawrade.com Review: Avoid at All Costs - Unhealthy Pups & Attitude Problem
Hey guys, listen up! I gotta tell you something important about Pawrade ('pawrade.com'). I bought a pup from them once, right? But six months down the line, we found out that she has a genetically malformed femoral head. And let me tell you, it's been a nightmare trying to make Pawrade pay for her medical bills and surgery. Like, seriously, this company is the absolute worst. They plainly don't care about you or your pup's wellbeing and they have no qualms selling pups that are unhealthy. I swear, if it were up to me, I'd rate them zero stars. Stay away, ya'll!
Pawrade Review: Shady Business Practices and Negligence - Don't Trust Them with Your Puppy's Health
So, let me tell you about my experience with Pawrade, or should I say "Pawfake"? Yeah, I'm gonna be real with you here - this company is shady AF. First off, they claim to provide vetted breeders and puppies that are up to date on shots. But let me tell ya, my 14 week old pup came with only ONE parvo shot and ONE combo shot, and TWO rabies shots. What kind of nonsense is that? My vet was super ticked off, and honestly, so was I. The last thing I want is for my fur baby to get sick and possibly die because of someone else's negligence.
And it gets better (or worse, depending on how you look at it). When I tried to file a claim, they straight up told me they would only reimburse me for ONE shot. Are you kidding me?! It's bad enough that they didn't give my pup all the necessary shots in the first place, but now they won't even take responsibility for their mistake?
But wait, it gets even worse. When I took to their social media page to voice my concerns, they went and deleted my comments. Like, what kind of cowardly move is that? It just goes to show that they can't handle any criticism, which is a surefire sign that they're hiding something.
All in all, I would never recommend Pawfake to anyone. If you're looking for a furry addition to your family, please, for the love of dog, look elsewhere. Don't risk the health and well-being of your pup just because some sketchy company promised you a cute Instagram-worthy pooch. Trust me - it's not worth it.
Don't Trust Pawrade: My Disappointing Experience with Buying a Puppy Through Their Website
I had an experience with Pawrade that I would not want anyone to go through. It's been 9 whole days since I communicated with the breeder and the company, and I still have no information about my flight or any responses to my emails or texts. I regret ever trusting this company and I urge you not to make the same mistake I did.
I fell in love with a puppy on Pawrade.com, and I thought that was it. It turned out to be so much more. After waiting for almost two weeks, I had to go through the frustrating process of disputing my credit card payment. I also had to break it to my husband that we were not getting our dream puppy after all. It's a painful experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
I admit that it's my fault for not doing enough research about this company. I was so caught up in the excitement of getting a new puppy that I overlooked the crucial part of doing my homework. But I hope you don't make the same mistake I did.
Please, I beg of you, look for another company to buy your puppy from. Spare yourself the headache and stress that I went through. It's a lot of money to be dealing with an inconsistent company that doesn't even provide updates on the puppy's progress. And, as I've also read from other reviews, most of the puppies on this site are unhealthy.
When I tried to do my own research about Pawrade, I found nothing to indicate fraudulent activity on Better Business Bureau or any search for scams. But I care about your well-being, so I'm telling you now that this company is not worth it. It's not worth the potential heartbreak and disappointment that comes with it.
So, please, take my warning seriously. Look everywhere else, except for Pawrade.com.
Pawrade.com Review: Sick Pup, Misleading Information, and Disappointing Experience
So, I gotta be honest with ya folks - Pawrade.com left me and my furry pal Cora with a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. We got Cora from a breeder in Indiana, and the poor pup was infested with parasites when she arrived. It was a major bummer, especially since we had to delay her delivery to deal with the parasite problem. Luckily, we had insurance to help with the cost, but it's still been a struggle to get Cora healthy and happy.
It's frustrating, because these breeders seem to be taking advantage of us animal lovers who just want to give a good home to a cute pupper. And it's not like we can just return a sick dog like it's a pair of shoes that don't fit - once you're in love with that furry face, you're in deep.
I definitely should have checked out the organization's ratings before committing to buying from them, but I guess that's on me. However, it's shame on Pawrade for selling sick pups in the first place. Come on, people!
Cavalier Kings are supposed to be friendly dogs, but Cora definitely seems like she's been through some mental trauma - probably from her unfortunate start in life. I don't think anyone who cares about animals would want to support a company that puts profit above the well-being of their furry friends.
And now, on top of our vet payments, we're stuck dealing with a loan from the company we got Cora from - and to top it all off, we're not even 100% sure we got the dog we thought we were getting. The website listed her name as Donna, but the paperwork said Cora - what gives, Pawrade?
All in all, I wouldn't recommend using Pawrade.com to anyone looking to add a furry friend to their family. Stick to reputable breeders and organizations who actually care about the welfare of their animals, and don't make the same mistake we did. Woof.
Friday afternoon pawrade told me the dog had a genetic defect hole in its skul. I told them cancel the order. They said to late we set the transport date for Monday and you didn't cancel within 3 days. No dog no $2600 nothing. According to them they sold the puppy to someone else. Pawrade got paid twice.
