This is huge disrespect that discord has only 5 reviews. Me and my gang were hitting about 7 houses a day by IP logging people on discord. The cops caught on so we had to beat him up. We stole the keys to his cop car and flipped it on the black market the next day.

Both their support team and their moderation team is flawed and corrupt
Both their support team and their moderation team is flawed and corrupt. They won't help you at all they will just respond to your email denying whatever you have requested and ignore any other requests from there. Overall they treat everyone unfairly and without any sort of respect, I have yet to even meet or find a person who has gotten their account appealed or has received some sort of major help from them regarding a problem on their account.
Nonexistent support, 0 respect for longtime users. An account lasting over 5 years was suspended and subsequently deleted with no warnings or specifics of wrongdoing. After monopolizing VOIP on the internet, this is what happens to companies you think you can trust.
If you boost a server, then leave to test bot settings your boost goes to purgatory for a week, its 'unused and unusable'. Their support refuses to fix it despite the fact that I paid for it. The support for this company has been going further and further into the toilet every day.
I was mislead to believe that I had to have this site, Discord, in order to view the Science Fiction Convention Arisia's online panels. I signed up for it, but did not download the app. Now, I'm getting emails from them. There is no way to unsubscribe from the Discord emails. The phone number says it cannot be reached from my area and hung up. This was very misleading. This company is terrible.
People are rampantly losing their accounts to hackers that have annihilated discord's security. They are ignoring the victims and prioritizing memes and celebrities. They are doing nothing to protect the data security of their users and paying nitro customers. This is the worst consumer support I have ever seen. This company is egregiously ignoring real dangers to its users.

Terrible customer support. I was in a server where the owner got DCMA'D and everyone in the server also got banned. Innocent people have lost their accounts, their friends, and memories over false claims by Discord. It has been a complete mental stress for me as I suffer from anxiety and depression and I have lost all my friends over nothing and I can't even come in contact with them anymore. I'm lonely and not sure what to do with my life anymore.
Customer Service Deleted my account! I mistakenly entered the wrong age. Thrice, had I sent the requested documents to support and thrice they ignored it and sent a request for the same documents I sent. This is unaccetible.
Discord doesnt care at all about security issues, theres bots constantly spamming malicous links that will get your account hacked, ive reported it many times and discord does nothing at all its ridiculous how bad their trust and safety team is, theres tons of reddit threads of people never getting their support tickets answered.

They give no specific reason for bans, moderate on emotion only, and are awful to get in contact with. Avoid Discord.
Discord has a bunch of lazy workers who are on their support and safety team. If you get your account disabled and ask them for a reason or explanation they will either reply with the same message they sent you before or just ignore your message completely

Discord has a terrible support system. In November my account was suspended and disabled for violating terms of service. When I went to request its unsuspension, all I received were robot emails that didnt help. Now discord has this thing where after 30 days, a disabled account is automatically deleted. By the time I finally received an email from a real support staff, they reported to me that my account was already deleted. They failed to get back to me in time before my account was deleted.

Discord claims many users violated their ToS but do not disclose the violation to said users. They only respond with generic response and close the case. There is little communication given between the user and the company. If a user violated the ToS, evidence should be easily provided as proof to both parties. They kick their users to the curb and forget about them.

Although I will not make the claim that the company itself is infallible by any means, I believe the service that it provides is generally good. I have been using Discord for years now, and I have not had any issues personally. They've definitely made some rather dubious decisions involving enforcement of policy over time, but again, I believe the service itself to be generally good.

Then I called their phone number and the head of support which they responded with blocking my IP and phone number quite literally for just trying to contact them. Every other company has proper customer support online but with *** you just get stonewalled without any response but copy paste *** bot answers.

Don't support a company that doesn't have the ability to include everyone. How can you have an event held for your software with features that are then not made available to everyone? Contacted support and received no help, so I've decided to cancel my nitro subscription and make sure my friends and followers do the same. I wish to say there were better alternatives to Discord out there, the bugs and issues are tiresome and create constant headaches. I might still have to use Discord, but will definitely not be spending any of my own money on it!

Terrible support! My account was disabled/banned from discord, giving me a very vague TOS violation which isn't even what i did. I tried contacting support for further questioning and wanting answer because i wanted to learn what i did so i don't do it again. I had discord for more than 7+ years and this is how they treat their long time user.I got a reply from a robot and consist getting a reply from a robot and not an actual human. Please stop doing automated replies. It does not help anyone. My discord account was important to me and it had school/work stuff on it. As well as important personal information.

I then asked to have my nitro subscription canceled, but they conveniently dodged that request too. My ban was eventually lifted, so I offered to report the technical issue and provide details to aid in a fix, but I continued to get canned replies stating my ban was still in effect. I used to think highly of Discord based on their business roadmap decisions, strong privacy stance, and their public-facing image in general. But this treatment from their support system is completely unacceptable.

This company openly ignores security issues. They allow anyone to submit support tickets with any email address via their support form. They do not have recaptcha to block bots from abusing their support system. And when asked, they told me that accounts found spamming the support team via the form would have action taken against them. That means that if someone has my email and spams them, I could get banned without knowing it. Additionally, someone HAS been opening up tickets and listing my email address. When pressed about this support refused to acknowledge the duplicate tickets and told me that someone must have accidentally used my specific email address. This team is at the very best oblivious to actual issues, and at the worst going out of their way to ignore security issues on their platform. It honestly baffles me that a company with almost a 1 star rating is still doing so well.

At the time it happened I was just in a call with some friends talking about Dungeons&Dragons and suddenly, I get logged out. I try to log back in and I am disabled.They did not send me any notification about it until I emailed them and all I get is the same cookie cutter response of "I violated the terms of service and community standards, my account will not be reinstated" but it does not tell me why. Discord has stolen money from me with their obfuscated "Nitro" plans. I was gifted a Nitro plan but could not redeem it because I had a Nitro classic plan active. I was told by support to cancel my Nitro classic plan and have an active Nitro plan to get the gift. Instead I was charged for the Nitro plan and the credit on my account was never used. When I wanted to use the remaining 11 months of my Nitro classic plan I couldn't access them without having an active Ntiro classic plan. I was assured by support if I bought a Nitro classic plan it would use the credit. It didn't. I was charge for 3 months and the credits were never used. When I complained to Discord they kept referring me to articles to walk me through the issues. I told them they weren't helpful and I wanted my money back. They told me they wouldn't because I have to file a claim 5 days after a purchase. So now I'm out $80. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CRIMINAL COMPANY!

Terrible company, terrible customer service. Bans innocent users while predators run rampant on the platform, because much of their revenue (in the form of nitro) comes from predators using nitro as payment. Have reported several of these people, tickets are either ignored, waved off, or get a bot response copy paste stating "it's unimportant to report specific people because discord wants to deal with behavior not individuals." Tried my best to report these people committing illegal acts on the platform but all it got was my account banned despite having a history of sever previous reports. This is due to blanket bans on whole servers, even if you are investigating. Predators aside, they ignore identity theft, non consensual *** (people pretending to be others or 'catfishing' and selling the nudes of these people), and so on. On the off chance that you receive a human response it will be after the account is permanently deleted.

Customer support is really bad, and they have no power to do anything. I went ahead and made a second account, well phone verification is needed. The rep told me over and over again that there was nothing he could do. Super unhelpful kind of felt like talking to someone who was abusing there power. The whole thing left me with a very sour taste because he kept saying that the security team handles that, went to LinkedIn to connect with there security and no one on LinkedIn has the title of security. At all. Which tells me 2 things either one, they dont have a security team and he made that up or 2 they outsource it. I ended up having to go to *** for help and that was more helpful then discords support. With that said the guy that worked there also doesn't show up on LinkedIn. So... I wonder if they also outsource that too. IDK the whole experience was terrible. I would advise you discord to change this process if possible moving forward especially if you plan to work with business moving forward.

Discord has users waiting weeks and possibly MONTHS just to get their account back and to not have all their information leaked by hackers. Discord's security is also god awful. YOU ALLOWED TO CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESSES OR PASSWORDS WITHOUT CONFIRMATION FROM THE OLD EMAIL ADDRESS OR 2FA/SMS CONFIRMATION. Every other platform with MILLIONS of users has the security feature where you have to confirm from your old email address or 2fa to change your PASSWORD or EMAIL ADDRESS. Discord does not have this, meaning, their security is EXTREMELY flawed. I have been waiting 5 days just to get a response from discord as I was hacked and all they need to do is RESPOND which they don't because they have BOTS do all the work for them. I have no idea how their support team works and they don't give us ANY INFORMATION about the support team what-so-ever, they just have people wait for DAYS and MONTHS and some of them don't even receive a response EVER, because they have a BOT close their ticket. The support team needs LOTS of work. I really need Discord to get back at me because my card credentials and personal information are saved on the account and my friends are also at risk of being scammed by the hacked account.

my discord account got an email that stated that my account has been falsely disabled for partaking in a server dedicated to target harassment and having violence/ partaking in harassment. I was invited to a server by a friends' friend, I joined the server for a couple of minutes with no messages sent to see what was going on, but I was unverified, so I didn't bother to look any further. Right as I left and then rejoined it out of curiosity to try to verify my account got disabled from the server getting banned even though I had nothing to do with the server and the group of people in it. I used to have a subscription to Discord's Nitro monthly subscription service, which I have just cancelled. The reason for my cancellation, and this complaint, is that I was charged more this month for it than I was last month. I was charged $12.97 CAD for April 2022 and $13.37 CAD for May 2022. The price of the subscription per month is $9.99 USD (which is approximately $12.90 CAD). I was not given notice that a price increase was happening (required by law), nor have they changed the price on their website. I have tried contacting their support team for clarification about this. However, they would not give me one. The reason being that I "was not contacting them using the email address linked to your account." I have tried to prove to them that I was, however, they seemingly ignored my attempts in doing so.I am looking for clarification behind the price change and a refund of $13.37 CAD for my subscription for the month of May, as it was increased without my consent or knowledge.

I received an email this morning that my Discord account has been disabled for posting illegal sexualized content or being involved in servers with such content. This claim is absolutely untrue. I have not posted or have been involved in any servers with any type of sexual content and never in my life have I seen or distributed any content that would possibly involve anyone under the age of 18 on any platform. On 5/3/22 My account received the message that it has gotten falsely disabled for "Your account sent threats to others, participated in targeted harassment, incited violence against individuals or communities, or was involved in a server dedicated to these behaviors." This was from a server I only joined for about 4 minutes, no messages sent, and I didn't know any of the contents of the server since I was unverified. One of my friend's friends invited me so I thought there would be nothing wrong going on in the server. I joined at the worst time and my account had gotten disabled. I had boughten a service called "Nitro" this costs 10$ per month. a family member who oversees this financial account suspected it to be fraud and back-charged the order. Due to the back charge Discord incorporated had banned my account named "Mother Aurora#***". The company had Sent a Email stating when the back charge was canceled they would reinstate my account. After canceling the claim and submitting a request in their forums I have only received the same email with the same instructions. I have sent Several messages stating my charge backs have been canceled with no response except that of a automated message.

My account was hacked, and the hack involved charging me numerous times for discords premium service. My Paypal account was linked to discord, and was used to buy previously cancelled subscriptions. I reported this incident, and only ever received automated responses through email. I secured my account by changing the password, and again requested a refund for the fraudulently charged subscriptions. Discord still did not appropriately respond. I then went to paypal, where they obliged a refund, as the incident was obviously fraudulent. Within minutes my discord account was activated, citing a terms of service violation for initiating a chargeback to discord. I was told that my account would not be reactivated until I requested paypal to rescind the chargeback, however I was given no confirmation that I would have the charges reversed. They still have not come close to even properly communicating, let alone resolving the incident. I have had that account for years, and use it for my university studies. The sheer disregard for their user base, and even paying customers, is embarrassing to say the least. They simply do not care. When it comes to helping their users, they are unavailable, and ineffective. When their user then tries to resolve their own issues due to discords ineptitude, they are punished by discord. They should be barred from charging for subscripted services without being able to support issues concerning them.

My discord account was hacked by Russians. They purchased items from discord, reset my 2FA and locked me out of my account. Discord's support has not responded in over a week. I had paid a nitro subscription for 1 year on that account in March worth *** USD. I have not been able to get any response for a refund for the unauthorized purchase on my account.
I had joined an adult server, someone had posted something that violated discord tos standards. I do not know what exactly was posted but the server was banned and my account was disabled. Discords reasoning was that the things posted were illegal, and depicted minors in an ill manner. I do not know if this would help but I have contacted discord twice trying to explain what I believe happened and have not received any response beside a bot. Discord in its policies say that it will verify age when signing up. My 11 year old and his entire class of 5th graders use Discord. They have been spending hours on it lately and its taking time away from their homework. This issue needs a proper lawsuit but I want to start by filing a Complaintsboard.com complaint before I take to the courts. The platform is using false advertising, its potentially unsafe for kids and its pushing its regulatory responsibilities on the parents of kids who dont even know sometimes that their kids are using Discord. Also, by default, all of discords settings allow for data sharing back to the platform and most kids dont even look at them when they sign up. This complaint is behalf of all parents who have kids under 13 and use Discord. This platform should change its ways or should be banned.

Over the past 6 years, I have spent 600 dollars (100 dollars per year) on a subscription service to Discord *** On 2/1/2022, I was tricked by a phishing scam from who I thought was Discord Support contacting me about an issue I had recently experienced on the platform. Discord is supposed to have a feature in place that disallows users from messaging other users without being a friend or connect to the server, but the scammer somehow bypassed it making me think it was legit. Upon clicking on the link, and putting in my credentials, I was logged out of my account and my two factor authentication was replaced by the person who hijacked my account. I received no notifications of any kind to my phone or email that is verified on the account. I attempted to reset the password, but it appears that the hijacker used the "backup codes" on the account to replace my 2FA with their own. The backup codes are accessible with a password only. More details will be provided in the attachment. Upon attempting to reach out to Discord Support multiple times on this issue, I have received several responses telling me they couldn't remove the scammer's 2FA from the account. Related ticket numbers are *** and ***. I have been waiting almost a month on a resolution. They made no attempt to use my email, phone, or payment method to verify who I was and re-instate the account claiming they couldn't remove 2FA when their is clear evidence that they've not only removed it for me before but also for others.

Discord is a communication app. I have been using private groups to communicate with friends and family reliably and simply. By terminating my account for no reason and giving me nothing to work with, as well as refusing to answer support calls, they are greatly impacting my day to day and social life. They are also impacting my ability to be in touch with friends and family.
They have had their bot respond in an unhelpful manner and are not helping me at all resolve the solution of my account being disabled. They say I have declared a chargeback when my bank has said that they cannot even perform one since the purchases have not posted from when someone hacked my account and that I have violated their terms via the chargeback that I cannot perform. They said they would respond "soon" but i still haven't gotten any details of what's happening or going on and how to fix the problem. This all happened on 05/04/22 around 9 a.m. and I'm filing a complaint here because they apparently don't answer unless someone bigger gets involved.
Support for users is horrible if you need help with anything you wont receive a response in months, if your account is disabled you cant even try to resolve the mistake since you're account is deleted after fourteen day and support takes from everything I've saw is three months.

The account was good and accessible for many months after the phone verification, until I decided to remove the phone number from the account for privacy on November 22nd and then they locked me out of my own account again. I contacted Support and they wouldn't remove the phone requirement and said they do not care about privacy but rather want phone number for their own uses to always be linked to my account. This is a huge privacy concern and unless they are willing to unblock the account without my phone number always attached to it I think everyone should know that's what they do with a review. And *** and *** ask for phone numbers sometimes too, much less often than Discordapp, and when they do it is a ONE TIME use for their verification, they do not tie the phone number to your account like Discordapp does. I'm very disappointed with their non-privacy and that Discordapp has no care for customer privacy and satisfaction I want them to care for customer privacy and if they absolutely have to ask for phone verification, it should be a one time verification with not having for it to be tied to your account. Since I already verified with a phone number and removed it on November 22nd for privacy, my account should be accessible now.

After they deactivated the account, Discord continued to charge me for the Nitro subscription every month until February 2022 (13 months), when I discovered what was happening and cancelled the subscription. When I contacted them about a refund, I didn't hear back from them and had to send another email about the problem. I will start off by stating, if you can check my logs, I have previously joined these types of servers and have instantly reported them, then left them. In the past couple of months, I have maybe done so at least 20 times, and I would say 90+% have been taken down. I don't use these servers for personal gain as I always report them and get them removed from the platform. I believe the reason for this ban is that I may have made a mistake and forgot to report/leave a server and it might have been taken down before I could manually report and take it down myself. I have never sent a message in these types of servers nor used them for personal gain. I will be honest, I thought I was doing the community a favor as I felt happy with myself taking these servers down, almost like a superhero lol. In the future, I will never even try to join and take down these servers as, I have learned my *** dealing with this kind of stuff is too risky as one slip up can lead to this ban that just occurred and I will NEVER violate another tos agreement, as now I have fully read it and understood it to its full extent. I really do deeply apologize and I regret my decision of breaking my tos rules. I registered an account with Discord in order to create a 'Server' for my online community. I 'friended' one other user - a person that was assisting me with creating the server because my knowledge of Discord server creation is limited. This was the only other person that I have communicated with. I didn;t join any other servers or communicate with any other person via the service.Without warning, my new account was 'disabled' (automatically) due to an alleged breach of Discords Terms of Service - deemed to be for 'Spam Behaviour'. This simply is not the case.I communitcated via their website as directed to try and re-establish the account. That was 48 hours ago. I am yet to receive any response other than an automated 'bot' reply. I have also tried to communicate via Twitter.Firstly, 48 hours is an unacceptable amount of time for an organisation of Discord's size and influence to take to respond. Secondly, it appears that mine is not an isolated incident. A cursory *** search of Discord customer support higlights it to be utterly unfit for purpose. There are hundreds of individuals that have had similar experiences to me that have not received a response for weeks. It is harmful for individuals that have grown or built communities to have their accounts disabled (whether it be correctly or incorrectly) and then have no means of communicating with Discord. To have one, very poor, channel for complaints, personal data requests, abuse reports etc... is unacceptable. Discord need to be held for account - they have hundreds of millions of active users, they have an annual turnover of hundreds of millions of dollars and a net worth of over 10 billion. They need to do customer service better.

I have been a long time user and subscriber to *** Nitro and just recently I had an issue where a Nitro gift subscription that I had sent to my girlfriend had some error that didn't apply to her account properly, so I bought her a second one and it worked fine. When I contacted support with this issue they basically told me I was out of luck it must have been claimed by someone else(Being sent in a private server with just the two of us makes that impossible). Being that I was told I was out of luck I was advised by a friend to file a dispute for refund via PayPal, which I did. Upon doing so my Discord account was instantly disabled and I was told by support that in order to get my account back I would need to retract the dispute and send them proof of doing so. So essentially my account is being held hostage over a $10 purchase. I contacted PayPal this morning and had them cancel the refund request, which they did so without question, and I am currently awaiting a response from Discord on the matter. However, to make things even worse, the second Nitro subscription that I had bought, and was claimed by my girlfriend has suddenly vanished from her account. So Discord has not only taken my account hostage but they have also revoked her Nitro subscription and not returned a single cent to me. I honestly don't see how this can even be legal for a company to operate in this manner, and on top of that they have the worst support of any company I have ever seen. Some customers even here are claiming Discord has taken months to get back to them, which is completely and absolutely unacceptable. I just want my Account back and for my girlfriends Nitro sub, which I paid for to be returned to her.

During that time, I have NEVER had any issues with payments or chargebacks, however Discord does not take any of that into account. They tell you there is no way you could be hacked unless you clicked on a malicious link, shared your token, etc. Not once did their support team ask how account was compromised, instead they jump to the conclusion the user is lying.My account was compromised because I foolishly clicked on a malicious link that seemed to come from a legit account (HypeSquad). When I realized what happened, I immediately contacted Discord, and spent over a week trying to get support, including asking them multiple times to delete my account.Now, I am being punished because I disputed the fraudulent charges after it appeared, that by all counts, Discord would not assist me.My account was finally re-enabled after being warned that Discord would disable it if further chargebacks occurred. This is completely unreasonable because the only reason the charges were disputed is due to the length in time it took Discord to actually address my issue. The charges were fraudulent, however dispute that, Discord is choosing to still hold me liable when it is their support team that dropped the ball.

On 2/12/22 we responded to the user, "Your account was banned because we have received an additional chargeback issued through your Discord account" under ticket #***, unfortunately more chargebacks were filed and the account was banned a second time in violation with our TOS.
The user reached back out on 2/16/22 under ticket #*** in regards to an additional disabled account appeal and we responded with, "Your account was banned because we have received an additional chargeback issued through your Discord account. Per your previous request, your issue has been marked as resolved but should you need further assistance you can respond to the ticket to reopen the request." We then provided a list of the chargebacks found on the account per the user's request and lifted the ban. No further response has been received afterwards.

On December 16, I was locked out of my Discord account and required to provide a phone number for "verification."The event that led up to this was I was using my Discord account as normal which is over 3 years old. In one of the Discord server I was a member of, had a rule breaker that was being rude. I attempted to message a moderator in the Discord server to report the rule breaker. The moderator I messaged had their DM blocked. I then tried to message a 2nd moderator who also had their DM blocked. I then messaged a 3rd moderator who had their DM blocked and then I was locked out of my account by Discord for suspicious behavior.I went to Discord support and emailed them my full situation. I explained to them how old my account is and how the issue was a false positive given my circumstance. I received a reply from "***" who did not appear to read the contents of my email and said I was using a VPN and that I need to register a phone number to continue using Discord.I replied and explained to him I was not using a VPN, nor did I violate any Terms of Service that would justify a phone verification lock on my account. *** did not appear to read this response either and repeated his comment of "It looks like the account needs to have a phone number." This suggests to me either *** is a bot who is not properly reading my issue, or is a human that is not doing his job properly.I am requesting a supervisor at Discord to look into my issue and please rectify it. I have proven I am not a bot, and I have provided information on what I was doing that lead to me being falsely locked out of my account and required to provide a phone number. This was a false positive incident, and I am requesting this phone verification on my account to be removed as soon as possible.

I fell for this as I knew the person I thought I was talking to which was hijacked right before and my email was immediately changed by the hacker, I checked my email where it said for help to contact Discord, so I did. I cannot understand why there are no double approval from past to new email when adding a new one, and why we don't have trace on what's the new email could be. No 2FA confirmation as well.I tried to retrieve the account with my phone number still on the account, as I had 2FA active, but no code was send by SMS instead received an SMS saying to check my email, which was not mine anymore.. January 22 2022 17:14 PST, two days later I finally had one reply saying my ticket will be escalated but no nothing has been done since. However, on the hacker side, they changed the account name-tag, email, password, remove all my friends, removed all the server and possibly deleted all servers i owned, including community servers with 200+ users. I am really worrying about all my personal data that Discord kept for the past 6 years I have been using this account, including all my past financial information as I was a Nitro user. They can now request all these data without being the owner of the account, without me giving my approval for it.. Weve reviewed and confirmed this violation, and we will not reinstate your account. Based on their response pattern, it is evident their support team are either too lazy to read peoples tickets or illiterate. I received an email that my account was disabled for engaging in the theft of paywalled content, so I got super confused and thought I got hacked at first because I know that Ive honestly never sent anything like that on Discord. When I opened a ticket inquiring about my disabled account and billing information as a nitro subscriber, I got greeted with a generic, copy-paste response that I concluded that I violated TOS and that they wont be reinstating my account. They clearly did not read my message because that response answered nothing but only repeated the first email they sent me. Of course, I already read the reason from my email on the reason why my account was disabled. Hence, thats why Im contacting Discord, so theres no need for them to echo the reason again. My account likely wont be reactivated due to how incompetent their support team are with their responses.Their inappropriate response to my ticket did not ensure my safety, my billing information, nor did it clarify anything about my disabled account. The thing that matters most to me is whether my billing information is safe from hackers and removed from Discord, so I wont be charged me unknowingly while my account is disabled. I told them multiple times, including in my first ticket and in the title about a high suspicion that my account might have been hacked when it was coincidentally disabled a week after I downloaded a suspicious file from someone.

My account was hacked recently due to an exploitive flaw in their account system (even with a strong password and a 2FA enabled), resulting in compromising emails and my bank accounts. After numerous attempts to contact support, I have yet to get a response, let alone a result. I have been a loyal customer of ***, supporting them in the early days of their development, for 5+ years and spent over $500+ in their Nitro service.Based on others testimonials, this hacker has been at this for months/years, using the same trick to gain access to these accounts, changing the email/passwords (Despite them having 2FA) in under 1 minute and locking the owners out of their accounts. The accounts are then searched for their Private Information and set to be deleted in two weeks before Discord Support gets around to stopping this and restoring ownership of the account. Their incompetence to swiftly resolve this simple issue of confirming ownership to their paying customers, while their private information is being stolen, is not only incompetent, but shows a lack of concern to those who help them become the $7 Billion dollar company they are today. All I want if for Discord to Confirm that my account (Zath#***, which was attached to *** belongs to me and return control of it to me before the inevitable permanent account deletion on Jan. 17th, 2022, a process that would only take roughly an hour to do (Look up account activity, see there was questionable activity on Jan. 2nd at 2:11pm, change the account back to the original Email and reset the password). In which case if my account is deleted, I am told that it will be too late for Discord to do anything to recover it, and that I wont even receive any compensation for this major inconvenience. It would also be nice if Discord can change it to where an Email/Password change requires a 2FA code, to prevent this type of thing to happen in the future.

On Thursday, 1/27 we replied "Our team conducted an investigation and have reverted your account back to your original email. We apologize for the delay. During this investigation we temporarily suspended the account. You should have received an e-mail with steps on how to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, your account will be re-enabled."
The customer acknowledged this action. This case and ticket is now closed.

My Discord account of nearly 3 years (since its installment March 3rd, 2022 at 1:14:00 AM, PST) was; without warning or regard - forcibly, abruptly and electronically disabled despite not having participated in discriminatory action or wrongdoings as I was directly accused of by Discord's staff. As stated in my initial Ticket to Discord (TICKET#***) (ACCOUNT ID#***, "My membership in and outside of any server within Discord has never been in associating regard nor the interest of illegal or non-abiding TOS content. My account was mistakenly disabled for association only despite performing no illegal activities in question. I kindly ask that my account be reinstated, and that action is taken to fix the mistake that was initiated by an oversight as I have not and have always refrained from in good faith; "dehumanizing or discriminatory content or incited violence towards an individual or community" by all accounts."I had requested an appeal regarding the account in question, but unfortunately no reconciliation was provided. I have notified Discord's trust and safety team stating I will provide and adhere to all requests no matter the extent in order to reinstate my account so that I may have my personal data and immediately contact those in dire need on my associate lists ASAP as I often provided legal and health aid for the individuals in question. As stated in my Ticket - "These individuals have contacted familial, state programs and *** within their area but often do not receive help or alleviation for their issues...It is within my best interests to be able to continue helping and providing support for these individuals in question."To which Discord's reply remained I was in violation of TOS, without further detail.I am in fear for those I wish to help and unsure how to proceed. On 3/10/22 we responded to the user via ticket #***, "*** has disabled your account for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Weve reviewed and confirmed this violation, and we will not reinstate your account."
