This place is the worst, I bought a car from them and it took like 4 months to get a checkup. Then they told me they lied about the car's condition. I had to spend so much money to fix it up and when I tried to give it back they wanted $7,000. They don't care about their customers at all.

This dealership is not good. They trick you with their sales tactics. They show cars on their website that they don't even have. I made an appointment to test drive a car that they said they had and gave me a price for it. But when I got there, they said they didn't have it or any of the other cars they listed on their website. They still keep listing these cars with their VIN and stock number even though they don't have them. I wasted my time and gas driving there. Don't trust them.

but instead they tried to take advantage of me. That's when I decided to check out Corwin Toyota in Colorado Springs. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. They didn't try to pressure me into buying anything and they were willing to work with me on the price. I ended up getting a great deal on a truck that I love. The whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Corwin Toyota to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. They treat their customers with respect and honesty, unlike some other dealerships out there.

We bought our RAV-4 in 2019 and it was good, but returning it has been a nightmare. My husband is in the military and using the SCRA to terminate our lease has been terrible. Toyota Financial has been awful and the dealership didn't help. We sent Toyota Financial my husband's orders, letter, and contract, but they wanted a letter from his Commanding Officer saying he would be active for 180 days or more, even though his contract is for 8 years. We finally got the letter and it took 4 more days to process. GM Financial approved our Chevy's return with the same paperwork. The dealership took 2 hours and still couldn't take the car back without Toyota Financial's approval, so we went to a different Toyota dealership. Toyota Financial was confused why they couldn't take a verbal statement. Toyota advertises as pro-military, but this process was incredibly stressful. We won't buy a Highland anymore and suggest other brands for military using the SCRA. The vehicles are good quality, but this process left a bad taste in our mouth about Toyota. We switched back to Honda.

I got a new 2020 Toyota Tacoma from Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs on February 18. Today, I took it for the first oil change and tire rotation at 4,152 miles. I dropped it off at 9:15 this morning and got it back at 2:00. As I was driving home, the low oil light came on and I stopped to check the oil. The dipstick showed no oil at all. I called the dealer and they sent a tow truck to pick it up. They told me 2.5 hours later that the vehicle was fine and no damage was done. They said it was only 2 quarts low and they are not offering to do anything. They have my vehicle and I don't feel confident in their word that the engine is fine. I want to file a complaint to get a resolution in my favor and not just take the dealerships word that my brand new vehicle is fine after being cranked up numerous times with no oil in it.

Liberty Toyota ain't helping us fix our car. We got my hubby's car from them, so they gotta fix it before anyone else can touch it. But they couldn't figure out what was wrong even though I told them. And they don't communicate well either. I had to talk to the boss man to get them to send our car to a local *** who can actually fix it. The service contract people said it was cool to do that and that our contract covers the problems we're having. I explained it to them on the phone and they knew what was up right away. But Toyota had two dudes look at it and still can't figure it out. That's some BS. Our car is with the *** now, but we're still struggling to get it fixed because Toyota hasn't done what they're supposed to do. Even the *** is fed up with them. Liberty Toyota needs to get their act together and treat customers better. We've been trying to get our car fixed for two and a half weeks now. That's ridiculous for a simple problem.

Dealership no fix clutch/transmission issue even though truck no make it to 10k mile service. Me buy brand new truck from Larry H Miller Liberty Toyota few months ago for over $40k. It 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road 6MT. Me even buy extended warranty so me can have peace of mind. On way to work on Wednesday (1/8), truck start to smoke from transmission and no catch in gear. Me have to pull over to side of road and call tow truck back to dealership (1030am). Dealership rep tell me that clutch completely burnt and me need to replace clutch for $1700. Truck have less than 10k original miles on it and it was serviced at same location for 5k mile service and everything come out okay. Dealership rep tell me that Toyota no cover this problem under warranty, because it NORMAL wear and tear. To further diagnose problem, they need to tear into transmission, which it will cost me extra $1200 more to diagnose problem. When me look at warranty information, Toyota say that if damage caused by abuse, such as racing, then they no cover it under warranty. Me never race truck or abuse brand new truck. It absolutely ABNORMAL for clutch to burn out completely in less than 10k original miles. When me ask rep what wrong with truck, all he say was, "Me no know. It above my pay grade." Me even email General Manager, Mr. Justin Lombardi, regarding this problem yesterday (1/10) and me still no hear anything back from them. Me attach email that me send to GM. Brand new truck sit in their parking lot since Wednesday.

Dealership took my car as trade, but the person trading it wasn't the main owner or on the loan. I talked to the boss (***) about it and said I didn't give permission to trade it. I asked for my car back and offered to buy it for $16k, which is what the dealer spent to pay off my loan. They said they had to spend money to get it ready to sell. I said they should get the money from the person who wasn't authorized to sell it. I sent them documents showing I owned the car, but they haven't responded to my calls or emails. They're asking me to pay fees for my own car. I hope the ComplaintsBoard.com can make them give me my car back without extra fees. Thanks for your help.
