I jus bought a car from Butler Toyota Inc. and it was great! The people there were super helpful and got me a good deal on my payments. Big thanks to Mrs. and Mr. for all their help.

I went to Butler Toyota Inc. to buy a 2022 Toyota *** yesterday, but it was a terrible experience. They gave me an E price that was $2,600 less than the MSRP, but on the buyers order, they charged me the full price and added another $2,000 for a *** service that I don't even want. Then they added $99.00 for misc tax and another $18.00 for misc tax, both of which are *** fees. Finally, they added sales tax and doc fees, which I can handle. So, they are trying to charge me almost $5,000.00 in *** charges. It's not right, and someone needs to stop this quickly.

This Toyota place is a total rip off. These guys are scammers. We took our Toyota in for a small fix (it was running hot on I 75 on our way to the beach) and they told us we had a bad engine in less than an hour. Then the new car sales guy came over and tried to sell us a new car to get us back on track for our vacation. Obviously we told them to fix the car so we could leave. After waiting for 6.5 hours, we left with a new radiator cap and no problems since. We wasted the whole day and missed our beach reservation.

I went to Butler Toyota on 3/22 to rotate my tires for my 2010 Toyota***. They told me I only had 0.5 quart of oil left in the motor. They said my car was "old" and it could be a bad piston ring. I checked under my carport and found no oil leaks. I went to another Toyota dealership in the area to find out why my Toyota was using oil so fast. The second dealership said I had 4.2 quarts, not 0.5 quarts left in my engine on 3/24/22. I think Butler Toyota has an oil checker who is not good or wants me to buy a new car. I won't go back to Butler again.

I went to Butler Toyota Inc. because my car's transmission was acting up. I told my seller that I wanted to finance through my credit union, but he said they could do it indirectly. While I was there, they ran my credit through eight different banks without my permission. I was upset because I knew my credit score would drop. They offered me a down payment and monthly payment plan that I didn't agree to. I wanted to hear from my credit union first. When they finally requested a pre-approval, I found out they were charging more interest than my credit union. I asked for a buyer's order and said I would bring a check back, but the financing guy said I could only get the car if I agreed to finance through them. They made it seem like other buyers were interested in the car I wanted. I left with a lower credit score and no car.

I emailed Macon Butler Toyota Finance bout my refund that I'm owed when I traded my car in. No response. I emailed Butler Toyota in Macon, GA bout my refund that's due to me when I traded my car in for a new one (at a diff location). I sent all docs on 28 Sept 2020. I called and emailed a bunch of times asking bout the status and how long it takes to process. No response or call back.

I got my Toyota car from Butler Toyota on May . The price was around $19000 with taxes. But, when I financed my car with ***, they financed $3100 extra ($2500 for extended warranty & $600 for gap insurance) without asking me. When I found out, I went to the dealership on May and asked them to remove these things from my financing. They gave me a form to fill out and said it would take 4-6 weeks to process. It's been over 3 months now and I still haven't seen the amount go down. I called Southeast *** and they said they haven't received any processing from the dealership to remove the extended warranty and gap insurance for a refund. When I call the dealership, they don't answer. I've been trying to reach them for a week and have made over 10-12 calls.

Sales guy said we had a deal on a used car, but then said it got sold to another Butler place and I gotta pay more now. They made me apply for financing and checked my credit. When I went to buy the car, they said they sold it to another place and I gotta pay extra fees. Like $600 more than we agreed on. Car was still at Toyota place, not the one they said they sold it to. I'm mad they took my money info and then tried to charge me more. Also weird they sold it right after I said I was coming to buy it. I told Toyota HQ and they said dealer would call me in a day. They didn't. I got emails to prove it. I said I was coming at 9am and they sold it at 10am. They just wanted more money from me. Dealer hasn't talked to me about it.

I went to Butler Toyota Inc. on Feb X XXXX and I gotta say, I feel like I got ripped off big time. Nobody gave me any paperwork or went over the charges with me until after I paid them and gave them my title. I wanted to back out of the deal right away, but they wouldn't let me. The next day, they still wouldn't let me out of the deal even though the car had some issues and I was overcharged. The tint on the car was so dark it was illegal, but they did agree to fix it after I complained. They wanted me to pay $300 to fix it myself though. When I got home and washed the car, I noticed scratches and swirls all over it. I couldn't see them at first. And to top it off, the check engine light came on. Of course, they had an excuse for that too. All I wanted was to back out of the deal, but they just wanted to charge me more money. They're a bunch of professional crooks if you ask me. They charged me $1750 for a warranty without even asking me if I wanted it. And there were $2500 of bogus charges added in. I put $19k down on a car worth around $29 or $30k, but they financed $23k and it ended up costing me $42k. That's just not right. I feel like I got scammed by these guys. The car looks nice from a distance, but up close, it has paint issues. I felt like a total idiot when I finally looked at my paperwork. They made a sale and made a ton of money off of me, and now they don't care. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer involved because there are cameras in the business that can prove they didn't show me any figures or paperwork until after I paid them $9000 in cash.
