My husband I received a Vissani Wine chiller that was bought from home depot in August 2012- the extened warranty was also purchased. The wine chiller went out in December 2012, it was still considered under the manufacturers warranty, however they have been giving us the go around ever since the initial contact. Not to mention if you go www.mcappilance.com there is not a Vissani link--hello it's magic chef. Anyway, it was the 2nd week of February before they had a local company come look at it. He said it was not repairable and he would tell the company. TWO WEEKS LATER we call the company and oh hey, we get an email saying we will get a refund...but they will not reimburse for the extended warranty. I do not want a refund, I want a working wine chiller or I want all of our money back! In thier warranty information it says that they will replace the equipment. Liars!
they leave you on hold FOREVER, transfer you to a MILLION PEOPLE! (however they do speak English, up side) and you can not email them because the company workers don't have e-mail!
Irritated.
What happened to integrity, and customer service. What happened to manufacturing quality appliances.

Do not buy from them, terrible company, don't live up to they word/goals/mission statement/objective!

no it wasn't, they said they would replace the wine cooler. They are not replacing it.

When the extended warranty was $185 and the chiller did not even last for 6 months...yes they either need to replace the chiller and let my purchased warranty cover that or they need to reimburse me for the total amount.

Also, if you want to get picky, your lack of efficiency in writing is hilarious. Maybe learn how to type before you criticize others for having typo's.

lol yeah...it was awlful. It took 2 hours before I talked to someone who actually knew what to do. I tried to add in my complaint but my Ipad would not let me: They are reimbursing the people who originally purchased it because it was on a CC. So now we have to contact the gift giver and tell them that their gift is broken. :-( Just all around is crappy. No one wants to tell someone "hey the gift you got me is great but its broken now and they will refund you your money" that is just an awkward situation. I just want them to replace it, add the extended warranty to the replaced product and let that be it.

Bought this fridge less than a year ago, ok n the past couple months the freezer is constantly full of frost and the refrigerator does not stay cold.

It has been less than 6 months since I bought this 10 cubic foot refrigerator...so upset I could spit rusty nails! Have to contact the company...not happy seeing these other posts. I also purchased this at Home Depot.

I am having the same problem with one I bought in March? Did they warranty it? Who did you call?

No offense but if Tasha is in junior high she know more than this married adult about extended warranty and how it works. Here is how these things work.

They replace the product if they can after trying to fix, and if they can't they give you your money back.

Like other people have said, "they offered you what was offered by terms of the warranty.

Tasha is in a teen, she is in junior high, for you to argue with a teenager (someone in junior high) shows how mature you are.
