I recently ordered a part for my Bosch dishwasher from Unlimited Appliance Parts, but unfortunately, I received a coil for a GE oven instead. I was quite disappointed with this mistake, so I decided to give them a call to see what could be done about it. The customer service representative told me that I needed to return the wrong part before they could send out the correct one. I was a bit frustrated with this, as the wrong part was only valued at $24, while the correct part I had ordered was $110 and had already been paid for.

Unlimited Appliance Parts (UAP) gave me some trouble with my order. They said they could ship to my P.O. Box, but then they used FedEx, who don't ship to P.O. Boxes. They should have used a different company or rejected my order altogether. When I tried to contact their call center, I got someone who couldn't really help me. They just repeated the information that was on my order. So, I decided to get in touch with FedEx myself. After that, I at least found out where my part was headed. Unfortunately, by then it was already over a week past when I thought it would be here. I don't know whether it will arrive, and it was frustrating to have to do the work of identifying and chasing down the package myself.

Yo, I gotta tell you about this Unlimited Appliance Parts site. At first glance, it looks all slick and fancy with nice pictures and all that jazz. So check this out, I was looking for this thang called a spider bracket for my washer and I was tryna find it on the world wide web for the best price possible. And guess where I found it? On Unlimited Appliance Parts' website, y'all! They said they had it for 108 bucks and they were gonna ship it for free. Ain't that somethin'? It was about 15 bucks cheaper than anyone else I could find sellin' it.

Normally, I get my stuff on Ebay or Amazon, but I had to jump on this opportunity. But then, I started looking for some reviews on the company, you know, just to be safe. Now, I ain't sayin' that UAP is perfect or anything like that. But for me, they came through where others couldn't. So I'm just one happy customer right here, y'all. Signed, sealed and delivered.

I gotta say, I ordered this water valve for my Whirlpool fridge from Unlimited Appliance Parts on their website and it was supposed to be brand new, but I ain't so sure.

When I got the box, it weren't in no sealed plastic bag like you'd expect from Whirlpool. And to top it off, there was some magic marker writing on the dang thing! Now, I ain't no expert, but I'm pretty sure that ain't a good sign for a supposedly new part.
