Purchased Samsung 40" LED TV from Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad. It had been delivered on time but for installation samsung representative was suppose to come. Called up customer care and placed a request for installation of TV.
Executive mentioned on 19th Oct, Engr would visit site between 10 am to 08:30 pm and shall call you up 1 hour in advance before visiting the place.
Followed up on 19th Oct morning just to get sense when engr would be visiting, no response then called up in afternoon same thing happened no response. Been at my place since morning took off from office and at evening 05:30 pm got an answer your query has been escalated to supervisor. They are in touch with engr.
Few moments after again I called up to review what is the status and came to know engr would come tomorrow. Totally frustrated with the service management, if they were not able to do the installation they could have mentioned in morning rather then keeping waiting and wondering. Dont know if a person would come tomorrow or not, as there is no mechanism to track the person who would visit.
