i bought a kav 2010 edition yeterday.i tried to get my activation code from the net nut the site does not open up.also when i tried to install the antivirus on my computer the activation window vanishes away automaically as i get a local area network.

Please advise what happened. I did the same thing and send them about 50 e-mails and many attempted phone calls. They never were able to give me an activation code that worked but they didn't credit me for the time not used. I need help.
