I hate mail changes, don't want carbon copies of all e-mails I send out to list address of recipient . Want my BCC back . You've slowed down my connections, inserted changes without permission and raised my guaranteed price of $14.95 a month to $19.99 without so much as a by-your-leave ! No wonder people are leaving you for comcast . Mildred Nelson
