Cannata's King Cakes

They called my mother a liar after all of this happened to her. I would not order from this company! Here is the email she sent them- This is the SECOND time I am having to contact you about an incorrect order. I did not pay $43.70 for an empty box. Yes, you read that right, AN EMPTY BOX. Oh, it had something inside of the EMPTY BOX, ANOTHER EMPTY BOX. Is this somebody's idea of a sick joke? After my OTHER INCORRECT ORDER, you made it right by sending me the CORRECT King Cake. We loved it so much that we placed an order for another one and this is what we get? I want my money back or if someone there can do something right and send me the order I placed. This is ridiculous. When I picked up the box at my front door and realized there wasn't anything in it I could not believe it! Then when I open it to see what is shaking inside, it is another closed up empty box. You cannot tell me whoever packaged my order made a mistake and accidently did this. How do you mix up a king cake with an EMPTY BOX?
