Chrysler Dodge Ram review: Chrysler dodge ram 3500

My son purchased a brand NEW 2022 Dodge Ram 3500 to start business October 17, 2022 from Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Ft Pierce. The truck broke down December 8, 2022. It was taken Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Margate for repair because it broke down near there. It was determine the transmission was defective and it took until March 2023 for it to be replace. The truck was repaired and broke down again in less than two weeks. It broke down the same month it was repaired in March 2023. Here it is May 2023 and the Dodge Ram 3500 is still in the shop for transmission issues. The lemon law did not work because the weight of the truck was too heavy. Neither, Chrysler Corporation or the dealership would not swap out the truck. I was told the truck could be traded in at a loss of $15,000 to $20,000. They did not provider comparable truck for use during the wait for the repair.

There's loss of income and business failure. Credit score destroyed. Got a lawyer, but of little use in this case. Chrysler wants to deduct milage on the truck. The truck ran for less than two month and now in the repair shop for five months. Chrysler is refusing to reimburse the amount paid for renting a comparable truck. Not to mention, they did not provide a loaner vehicle the for the first 3 weeks the truck broke down the second time.

It is my opinion that Chrysler Corporate has no honor or consideration to their customers. This truck was purchased new and it was no good. There should have been a full pay off of the truck with no deduction.
