I already paid **** and haven't heard anything from the shop
I already paid *** and haven't heard anything from the shop. I called corporate, but still no action taken. I'm from out of State and need my truck to go home. Please assist me!

On 12/20, my 2014 *** legacy got towed to AAMCO Transmission in Arlington Heights, IL. They told me that my transmission needed to be replaced, and the cost was $6,812.05. After waiting for 3 1/2 weeks, I finally picked up my car on 1-13-22, late in the evening. As I drove away from AAMCO, I immediately noticed that my car was pulling and jerking. It took me 3 days to realize that my transmission was leaking oil. Frustrated, I took my *** back to AAMCO Transmission in Arlington Heights, and they confirmed that the transmission needed to be replaced again. I asked for a refund because I can't afford to be without a car for another 3 weeks. I rely on my car for work, and I haven't been able to work for the past 28 days and counting because my car hasn't been fixed properly or in a timely manner.

My car, a GMC Acadia 2008, had a problem with starting up. It suddenly stopped somewhere and I couldn't get it to start again. I had to tow my car to this AAMCO place in Arlington Heights. It was around 3/4 when I brought it in, and they said they would inspect it and let me know what was wrong. They called me later and said that I needed new spark plugs and motor oil. I agreed to it, so they changed them. They called me again around [protected] to let me know that I could pick up my car. I went there, paid $451, and got my car back. However, as soon as I started it, there was a really bad engine noise, like a rattling sound. I could barely make it to the next gas station. Anyway, about 3-5 minutes after I left the shop, my car stopped again and had the same issue as before - it wouldn't start. I had to take the car back to AAMCO Arlington Heights. They told me that I now needed a new engine. So, my question is, why did they charge me $451 when that wasn't the solution to fix my car? To sum it up, I spent $451 and now my car needs a new engine, and it can't even move.
