Bad experience in carrefour tala mall I will never buy again from there... It was my turn to pay my purchasing after 15 minutes waiting the cashier to count my items he said I have a system problem and I were with my family and holding my baby girl the guys there never care about the customers I already filmed the situation and sent it to the mother company... Totally disappointed
Warranty
As a customer of Carrefour, in the middle east, I have been treated poorly by your brand representatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
I bought a Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 from Carrefour in Dubai (21.01.2022) and I was guaranteed warranty in all GCC. I returned to Riyadh and my brand new mobile of less than one month malfunctioned for no reason. I went to Carrefour in Riyadh (21.03.2022) and they accepted the mobile and promised to get back to me. Two months passed and I didn't hear from Carrefour in Riyadh. I was under the assumption that some necessary communication was taking place between your representatives in Riyadh and Dubai.
When I reached to Carrefour in Riyadh, I was advised that the mobile is out of warranty.
I complained to Saudi Ministry of Commerce and they forwarded my complaint to Carrefour in Riyadh. After much stalling, Carrefour in Riyadh called and asked me to come to receive a replacement mobile. When I arrived on Nay 31st, 2022, I was manipulated into accepting the same malfunctioning mobile.
I am very upset about:
1. The two months wasted waiting for fixing my mobile by Carrefour in Riyadh
2. The attempt made by Mr. Turki Al Shammari (Supervisor, Khurais Rood Carrefour Branch) who tried to trick me into accepting the same broken mobile.
3. The attempt made by Mr. Mohammad Al Gazwani (employee in Khurais Road Carrefour Branch) to blackmail me emotionally into dropping my complaint.
4. The two hours wasted negotiating with staff in the same branch trying to resolve the issue.
In the end, kindly note that the attached Arabic SMS contains a promise from an employee in HQ that promised a new device.

Dear Carrefour,
I would like to make a complaint about the overuse of plastic in your shops in Istanbul. The fruit and vegetables are wrapped in plastic, e.g. bananas, lemons, apples, etc. and sometimes there are only one or two fruit / vegetables in the wrapping, which is a complete waste of plastic in my opinion. I do not understand the point of this, knowing that bananas and lemons have their peels to protect them (and therefore do not need an added layer of plastic). As one of the largest supermarkets worldwide, shouldn't you lead as an example, and ensure your actions are sustainable and environmentally friendly? Without a change of the overuse and overproduction of plastic, our environment and climate will keep on worsening. With barely any recycling going on in Turkey, I think it is only right to minimise the use of plastic in supermarkets.
Desired outcome: It would be great to see a change in the use of plastic at the Carrefour in Turkey. Instead, use paper bags or anything that is biodegradable.
Excessive delay in shipping and delivery
I placed an order for Samsung Refrigerator (order Number - [protected]) on 25th May 2022 thorough Carrefour web store UAE for within 48 Hours delivery commitment. The bank had already credited from my account also I got new statement reflecting that transaction. But after booking it was shown it will be delivered before 29th May. It has been 8 days now still the delivery not yet received, contacted many times to Carrefore help center, but shockingly they dont have any idea about the delivery. every time I called them they are answer will be same, "it will be delivered next day". Still after many calls and complaints there is no proper response from Help center. The help center guys dont have any access/idea about the products and contacting them is useless. Unfortunately I disposed my old refrigerator expecting the delivery of new one. Now me and my family suffering due to this delay. I wonder this big 'reputed' company and no response and no commitment. I buy many thing through online with other store and never had such a problem. The system for Carrefour egypt
1- carrefoure delivery men in egypt canceling the orders without even trying to call the client
2- unprofessional delievery men , they choosing to deliver the products at another time and when i mentioned that they should come at the time that i choose for the order they cancel the order
3- a cash on delivery orders are canceled immediately once it is a water bottles
4- unprofessional managers who do nothing with the complains , they are controlled by the fools delivery men and they even cant solve any probelm
Missed items in orders and refund back
For several times mistakes in delivery items happens without apology or compensation , previously missed items weren't delivered although i clamed them several times and finally they deduct total amount of orders although they know that the items are not available.
and I have to wait for more than 2 weeks to check if amount was returned or not.
only once when i insisted for days every single day to call for Missing 2 Packs of MAYA water bottles to be delivered and finally after 5 days of complain every day they did
Still have 2 hanged amounts were not refunded to my debit, one of them repeated order as an application error and the total amount which was deducted weren't refunded since 4/27/2022, the other order # [protected]
another mistake in Order # [protected] - full amount were deducted in the morning and by night the delivery got me uncompleted order and i have to wait god knows when this will be refunded .
The question here : in your stock you knows what's available and what's not so why you deduct total amount in advance before checking as a consequence it's me that suffers and it's only me that lose time reaching to agents doesn't know what they are talking about ( please review calls on 15/5/2022 regarding the last issue for order # [protected]
Please feed back as this is not a proper way to treat customers or an after sales in the middle of huge competitive delivery companies

I order a set of lamps (2 pieces) from carrefour application (MAF Carrefour) on 24/4/2022 (order No. [protected]), received it on 25/4/2022
I do the following to return the product or refund my money as the product is not the same as the discription on the site:
27/4/2022 send email to [protected]@mafcarrefour.com without any response from Egypt carrefour after sales team. Also I send message via carrefour application.
29/4/2022 call the hot line 16061, 8 minutes for music listening without redirect to customers service.
5/5/2022 call the hot line and give full details about the issue and ask for product replacement or money refund (reference No. 1960669).
8/5/2022, as there's no response or call from the side of carrefour's team, I call the hot line again, and again re-give full details about the issue (reference No. 1984921)
10/5/2022, two members of carrefour's customer care call me on the same day and ask about the issue details again! Then no one come to return the product
11/5/2022, call the hot line for the third time, [ Carrefour reference number: 2008158 ]
To this time nothing has been done.

From the link, you will find that the lamp light is white, while I receive it with yellow light (as attached photos, the Arabic side state that the light is yellow while in English side say that the light is warm (yellow) white!
Until now the problem is not solved yet. Kindly take your actions.
Desired outcome: Refund the money
Fuel payment at faverolles-sur-cher
I used a mastercard to try to buy fuel at the Carrefour fuel outlet in faverolles-sur-cher on 30th April 2022. The fuel i choose (unleaded 95) was not available so the payment was declined. I tried again, choosing a different fuel (unleaded 98), the card was declined again. I tried my partners visa debit card and his was also declined.
We moved to the 2nd pump at the outlet and bought €50 of petrol (unleaded 95) successfully at that pump. This amount was deducted from my partners account correctly.
On Monday 2nd May my card had €211 pending from the declined/failed transaction on my mastercard and my partners visa debit card had €150 taken from his account. This still hasn't been resolved.
We were on holidays in France at the time and could not contact any customer services in France, all numbers were "not available" when I tried them.
Because of this we ended up not being able to access €360 of our money while on holidays and it meant we were very restricted. Our money has not come back into either of our cards as of today 13/5/2022 and we need this issue resolved immediately.

I want to make a complain in carrefour Egypt (maadi city center branch) regarding an online order # [protected] and # [protected]
This order was supposed to arrive yesterday from 9 to 11:59 pm as its clear that the app gives you the ability to choose the time that suits the clients , but unfortunately the courier called me at 6 pm asking me for the location so I told him I am not at home and I'll be there at 8 pm before the order time which is starting from 9 to 11:59.
At 7 pm the courier called me again telling me that the order will not arrive on time and will be postponed to the next day stating that maadi city center branch reason to postpone the order is that( there's no couriers available to deliver orders after 8 pm) which is why you let me choose the time and you don't deliver on the time I chose !
I called the customer service department 3 times to tell them I need the order urgently as it contains cheese and yogurt for my kids dinner and the lunch box for the next day school, but unfortunately they didn't do anything and there was no reply for my calls.
So I want to raise a complain and need indemnity for not delivering my order privatizing my kids from their usual dinner.

I went to shoppong at carrefour fortress Lahore. Paid the bills and leaving. But the staff came up running andblamed me of theft, a product of worth not more than 1000rupees and the bill already paid was of 7860 rupees. The security incharge Hafiz nadeem misbehaved And demanded 20thousand rupees to let me go as my 3years old twins were with me. He and his staff tried to sexually abuse me and harrased me badly. The security incharge should be asked about his act.

I have ordered a Braun electric shaver series 9 pro from Carrefour egypt online website and it clearly states that the delivery is next day (27/04/22)and free.
The company has charged my debit card instantly and the amount was deducted at once from my bank account.
I waited 2 days but nothing is delivered and no calls received.
I sent text message through the website ( around 6 texts on daily basis but no response.
I started calling the customer service on daily basis and they opened a ticket on the first day of my complaint but no response.
Ticket number(1919309). Then I received a call finally to tell me that everything will be ok and then they closed the ticket and mentioned that the problem has been resolved.
I kept calling on daily basis ( for about 6 days ) and they kept acting like they will solve the problem at once but actually they didn’t care.

I'm writing this email with utter disappointment and With Heavy Heart to Lodge a COMPLAINT against your E Commerce App Handlers specially Mr Adish from Lahore Fortress Office.
For the first time I used your App to Order Groceries for my Home. I select items and paid the Bill Via Credit Card after utilizing 453 rupees worth points as well.
But First Surprise to me was, my order was cancelled without mentioning any reason.
Luckily I got my reversal in 4 5 working days. But I didn't receive my Points woth of 453 rupees back in my app.
This incident was happened on 3rd April and from that day I am constantly contacting E Commerce Management via Email via Calls via WhatsApp but till today no one bother to even cater my issue.
I'm am really disappointed by the lame, casual and unethical behavior with attitude of your Carrfour employees.
I got the Cell No. of Mr Adish from Emporium Mall Branch Manager. I contacted this man personally and gave all the details. He assured me at least 4 to 5 times whenever I contacted him myself regarding the issue.
But I'm astonished to see the non caring non complying attitude.

If my issue will not addressed then I have a complete right to Raised this Rigid and arrogant behavior issue from your end to all the Social forums to all the related forums. I order groceries from carrefour app on 30 march 2022 my order number is [protected] and the amount of my bill is 4744 pkr which I paid from my easy paisa account carrefour has two delivery options here in pakistan one is express and other is normal in express delivery service groceries will deliver in 60 minutes and in normal delivery it will deliver in 6 to 8 hours some of my items was booked in express delivery whose amount is 1705pkr and some items was booked in normal delivery whose amount is 3131pkr but they dont deliver both of the orders but they refund the amount of express delivery in 15 minutes which is 1705 pkr on the other day when the time of normal delivery come they cancelled it too and do not refund my amount of 3131pkr till date I call on their customer service number [protected] again and again but they didnot respond on my complain I request you to kindly look upon my complain and reslove my issue asap I am very depressed because of this

Online order of personal use items that were not delivered nor refunded since one month
I ordered personal use items from carrefour online on 24 Feb 2022 same day delivery. I waited for few weeks and then started calling and messaging customer care via calls and whatsapp. I eventually cancelled the order and request for refund they said it will be refunded very soon. They sent me confirmation email and sms that my request has been submitted. Since then I am tired of calling and messaging them it seems I will not be refunded.
