Very please with our small move from White Rock B.C. to Calgary Alberta. Donna arranged the move and the timeline she quoted was spot on. We received a call the day before confirming the trucks arrival time and the fellas arrived for pick up and delivery on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to everyone involved in our move.

Could not of been more pleased with the service we got for moving our things from Vancouver island to near Calgary. Price was as estimated, the service was prompt and professional and everything turned out to be as it should . This was achieved with the recent road closures and it being winter. From the office staff to the movers at both ends they were all courteous and good to communicate and deal with. Would reccomend.

I was planning a long distant move, and found it quite stressful figuring which company to use. Finally decided with this company, and couldn't have been happier. They answered all my questions along the way, and Tony who showed up, was excellent. My husband said the delivery person was also very good, and kept him informed as where he was and his eta. We had a small bedroom suite to be shipped from Surrey, BC to Edmonton, AB. Canada PRO Moving Inc. was able to accommodate our needs with the best price we found. Being a 1st time user of their services, I was very impressed with their speed of communications. Their sales agent through to their movers, from pickup to delivery, they treated us as if we were frequent long time and very important clients. I could not have asked for any better treatment from start to finish. Without hesitation, I would use them again.

We moved from Calgary to Victoria and they were awesome! Donna answered any and all questions I had. Brad, Jeremy, and Danny did a great job getting everything out of our place and into our new place super quickly and carefully! Just finished unpacking and nothing was damaged at all. They even arranged it so they showed up with our stuff about an hour after we took possession of our place. I highly recommend this company for your move! We were super nervous about moving across provinces and had heard a lot of mover horror stories, but these guys were above and beyond.

We moved from Calgary to North Vancouver and were extremely pleased with the service provided. Jennifer and Donna in the office provided excellent service keeping us informed of our moving dates and making adjustments we felt necessary due to Covid 19 restrictions. Tony came by to assess us needs and review the process. The move was smoothly carried out despite heavy snow in Calgary. The drop off in North Vancouver was equally smooth. All furniture that needed to be disassembled for moving was put back together upon delivery. We couldn't be more pleased and we recommend Canada Pro Movers.

We engaged Canada Pro Moving in April to move our furniture from BC to AB. From the very beginning, Donna was very helpful in answering our questions and concerns swiftly. The movers were especially great, they were careful in handling of furniture and would make sure not to bump or scratch the floors and walls. Some of our furniture needed to be disassembled to be moved so we really appreciated that they re-assembled this for us upon delivery. We also had to change our delivery date at the last minute, but they were able to handle this to delivery on time. Would definitely engage them again for my next move!

We moved from Vancouver BC to Calgary and had our moving stored for 1 month before delivery. We were very pleased with the customer service provided since the first email we exchanged with Donna (and later with calls from Jennifer). She answered all my questions and requests, always very polite and efficient. Pick up and delivery was on time, quick and careful. The communication flow kept us informed from time to time and helped to make the move stress-free. Both crews in Van and Calgary were extremely professional, calm, and friendly. I strongly recommend Canada Pro Moving Inc and will choose them again if I ever have to move.

Used Canada Pro for a move from Penticton to Canmore in January/February . Due to Covid, there were constant changes in the move schedule. yet Donna and Jennifer in the office were polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. I also drove them crazy with dozens of questions and clarifications about the process - since it was my first time using movers. They were unfailingly cheerful and easy to deal with. When the moving day arrived, the communication from Tony was great. He and the crew arrived on-time and had everything done quickly and efficiently. And the drop off a few days later was on-time, everything was present and in great condition. Tony and the crews were friendly, professional, and polite. I will use Canada Pro again for my next move without hesitation.

Canada Pro moving did a good job for us. I was nervous moving across the country and many moving companies seemed to have pretty bad reviews. While I can only speak for myself, Canada Pro were professional and friendly and the process was about as stress-free as could have been hoped for. We had 3 movers who picked up our stuff and a different 2 who delivered it. They were all normal, nice guys, they documented everything, wrapped it well, and had a good sense of humour. We're still unpacking stuff but haven't found anything missing or broken. The move did end up costing more than we initially thought, however that does seem to be a case of us simply having more weight than we initially figured. I dealt with Jennifer in the office and Tony was the head of the team who collected our stuff. I'd recommend this company, they're basically straight shooters. I would absolutely use them again for future moves.

We got quotes from all of a dozen moving companies but upon doing some research which included ComplaintsBoard.com reviews and speaking to Donna decided on Canada Pro Moving. We planned our move with Donna from B.C. to Alberta a month prior to the actual date, she followed up on several occasions and the truck arrived on time the morning of the move. We're confident that Tony's expertise in loading and the placement was instrumental in not only managing to get all of our property to fit on the truck but having no damages upon arrival in the 1200 km trip. In closing we found moving after 30 years in the Okanagan filled with a bit of anxiety and stress but Donna was very reassuring throughout and upon meeting Tony and Brad when the truck arrived we had little concern at that point. Tony provided scale tickets empty and loaded and explained all the charges and although it was a bit more than we anticipated it was due to a common human error of underestimating the weight of ones belongings, We felt we would not have saved any money with a U-haul and would have had to load and unload the truck ourselves. Hope this review helps and we would hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to any of our friends and family..

I highly recommend this moving company! From start to finish they were incredibly kind, punctual and professional. Nino and Tony were exceptional! Right when the Covid pandemic was announced in mid March and the universities announced they'd continue studies online, we panicked as we needed to move my sons stuff out of res at ubc and somehow bring back to Calgary. My family member (thankfully) had just come home for a visit and of course, has been home ever since... As we are in Calgary, we weren't confident we could safely make the road trip out there to pack up all his things and bring back due to Covid and road conditions. I read several reviews of many other moving companies (thank god) as there were so many horrible/laughable reviews. Canada Pro had excellent reviews so we went with them. We arranged through Jennifer (amazing) for CANADA Pro Movers to go in and pack up all his stuff. She gave me a quote and there were no hidden fees. The price was more than reasonable. Within less than a week my requested items arrived. I couldn't be more grateful for them to do this for us during these crazy/uncertain times. If we ever need movers in the future we will definitely go with them again. Also will be recommending to friends and family.

Leave it to these professionals. I moved from a storage facility Squamish, BC to a storage facility in Canmore, AB in early November. Getting quotes online and reading reviews certainly doesn't give you much confidence, as the reviews can be all over the place. However, I decided to go with this company based on availability and reviews. And now I am adding to the good reviews. Do yourself and the professional movers a huge favor by taking a photo of your belongings or give a detailed inventory of your items (as best as you can) beforehand. In my case, I underestimated and forgot about the woodworking items from my partner. This resulted in a hefty overweight problem. The company gave me a big break and did not charge me what they should have charged me. They are honest and hard working people and really relieved my stress during this moving time. I was very worried about the hand-made wooden furniture made by my partner and the possibility of it breaking. They did a great job with packing and all of them arrived intact. Between the office team (Jennifer and Donna) and the moving team (Tony and Danny), the communication was smooth and trustworthy. I have had stressful experiences with other companies due to poor communication (arrival time, route planning, etc.). Just trust these guys, step back, and let them do their job.

I was originally invoiced $1,276.80 for a move from Calgary, AB to Burnaby, BC. They required a $250 deposit to complete the booking and then when the movers picked up, another $500, with the remaining $526.50 to be paid when the delivery was complete. All payments were completed via electronic transfer from my bank account, so there is an electronic trail. The problems started when the movers came to pick my belongings up. They were 1.5 hours late and because I had to book the elevator, the security guard had to wait 2 hours for them to arrive (he started at 09:00). I was required to pay $500 via electronic transfer once they picked everything up. I obliged and they went on their way. I was originally quoted the arrival time in Burnaby to be September 2 or 3, with no guaranteed time or day. On the safe side, I booked the elevator in my new building in Burnaby for September 3. I was told my Jennifer and Donna that the movers who picked up my stuff would know the exact date that my belongings would be delivered. When I asked the movers in Calgary, they didn't know what date it would arrived and told me, "they were just the drivers". I was expecting a phone call (or email) a day before the arrival date to confirm the exact date and time of the delivery, but nothing was sent to me. On the morning of Sept 2, I got multiple phone calls from Jennifer, which I had to ignore because I was in a 2 hour long meeting. In the middle of our meeting, we had a 15 minute break. I decided to check my voicemail and phoned Jennifer from Canada Pro Moving Inc back. She told me the moving truck was 15 minutes away from the destination. I explained to her that I was never notified the exact date and time the moving truck would arrive, so I couldn't plan for it accordingly. She repeatedly yelled at me and said, " yes I did. I told you it would arrive at 10:30 on Sept. 2 because that is what you wanted. I sent a email, I sent an email". I have the email thread and it does not mention the exact date and time of the arrival date and time of the moving truck. Also, on the invoice from the movers, it states the arrival date to be Sept 2 or 3. She told me to get their ASAP and that I would be charged an extra $100 (not included on the invoice, just a conversation)because the movers would have to wait for me. I had to rush to check out of my hotel, and take an Uber from downtown Vancouver to Burnaby and then quickly do a walk through in my new place in Burnaby with my new landlord. Once I got there and the movers were moving things, Jennifer phoned me repeatedly and telling me to send an extra $100 plus tax to her via electronic transfer because the movers were delayed because of me. I panicked because I was being verbally abused on the phone. They requested me to send $650.00. I sent it because I was panicking and wanted to stop getting all these rude phone calls. However, when the movers finished, they had me sign an invoice that showed the total to be $1, 276.50, which was the original invoice amount. Therefore, based on this invoice, I should of only sent $526. 50 to Canada Pro Moving Inc, instead of $650.00 because $526.50 was the remaining balance after the initial $250 and $500 amounts were sent. Because I have a hard copy of the invoice from the movers themselves and an electronic history of transfers in my bank account, I would like to be refunded $123.50, because that was not included on the invoice. The movers themselves said there shouldn't be an extra cost for the delay, but the office staff at Canada Pro Moving Inc. said there would be.
