Do not use this company! This is a company that employs unfair business tactics to acquire your business by serving up a very low initial quote price. Once you accept the low ball they require a deposit. That's to hook you. Your actual charge maybe double or triple the low ball quote. They are common thieves.

The call and setup were very smooth and efficient. Once the guys came they started negotiating for 4 guys instead of 3 guys as agreed. Once I agreed to pay for the 4 th guy too, the loading and the move went on very smooth. The guys worked in the hot sun without complaining. I gave them a very good tip at the end recognizing their efforts.

These people are liars. They were supposed to take $480 from me and ended up taking $960, double the amount. Now I can't seem to get the $480 back into my account. They are unhelpful and very uncooperative. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to get my money back, I'd like to hear it. I had to give a rating but it should be NO STARS!

THey were AMAZING! They were friendly, kind and courteous. Very hard workers, didn't even take a break when offered to do so. They even brought their own water and declined offers despite it being 101 degrees out that day. Moving is a HORRIBLE job and they were there to help it go so much better. I would highly recommend and would hire them in a heartbeat again!

Recently, US Relocation helped me do an inter-state move. The move went really well. The move team arrived on time, packed all the furniture well and delivered as they told me before. The furniture arrived with negligible damage (honestly speaking, that's expected in a 800 mile inter-state move). I was apprehensive about damages initially, but my major furniture such as Sofa sets, Single seat recliner, TV + Stand, Beds, Coffee tables, Wooden book shelves, standing lamps etc arrived without a scratch. Great Support from Chris and his team before and during the move. Thank you US Relocation !

I hired them thinking they were actual movers. Never was I told until they already took a $500 deposit and canceled my first move date last minute, that they are actually BROKERS and not moving company. So much for "coordinating" my move - which took 3 WEEKS for my things to be delivered. Furthermore, the sheer negligence and poor handling caused far beyond normal damage to my belongings. My things were trashed. Since trying to find out SEVERAL times about being reimbursed for damages, they have been unresponsive and silent. So incredibly unprofessional, misleading and unethical. In fact, ComplaintsBoard.com should track the *** addresses of these so called glowing reviews to see if they are legitmate. I highly doubt it.

Do not use this business at all costs. They are brokers of the lowest ethical standards and will book you with the sleaziest moving companies. You will only hear from them when they are trying to collect payment, they could care less if someone actually picked up or drop off your stuff. At first they said my things would arrive no later than 10 days after pick up date, it turned out to be 14 business days, so 3 weeks. In additional they all have standard names like "Andy Smith", "Alex Murphy", "Chris Herald", but thy are all foreign with very thick accents. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but honestly that should have been a red flag for me to realize they are not what they seemed. Be prepared to tag on ~$700 to what ever they quote you.

Unacceptable:1. They caused somewhere between $1500 and $2000 worth of damage to my wood furniture. Much of the damage appears to be from brute impact (damaged/crushed corners, gouged tabletop).2. I received three boxes that werent mine. The company will not call back when I try to make arrangements for them to return the items to their rightful owners.3. Likewise, they will not answer calls to file an insurance claim on the damaged furniture.4. They were extremely pushy about payment, beyond what I would normally expect from a moving company, For example, they will not unload the truck until payment is made in full.5. They refused to reassemble my baby grand piano at its destination. There was no explanation for this last-minute change in terms of the contract.I have moved many times in my adult life and this company was, bar none, the worst one I ever worked with . AVOID!

We had a wonderful experience with US Relocation. *** kept us well informed throughout the process and his communication and focus on the customer made this smooth. *** and *** worked with me on a tight timeframe of 3 days from contact to delivery. I can't believe they were able to make this happen in the middle of nowhere on last minute notice for a very reasonable price. The movers themselves were incredible. I wish I would have saved their names. They were careful and respectful of our home and belongings. I can't get over how well they worked together, even with maneuvering some heavy and awkward items. This is our 3rd move in 4 years, and by far the best. I highly recommend this team based on my experience. Thank you! At the end of the process, they even refunded money based on how well the movers hustled and we're able to cut off time from the estimate!

Our 85-year old mom can no longer live alone so we had negotiated getting out of her lease as long as we vacated by the agreed upon time. Movers.com connected us with US Relocation which at first seemed like a reputable company. That all changed the day of the move. Not only did the crew not show up, every time we called we were told that the agent needed to contact dispatch and would call us right back. No one ever called us back. Finally we reached someone named Adam Nook who agreed to have a crew arrive this morning between 9:00-10:00. No crew and no explanation as to why. Our emails and phone calls are not being returned. This was the absolute last day the landlord gave us--now our mom who lives on social security, will have to pay another month's rent for a packed up apartment that she no longer lives in. DO NOT BE FOOLED by US Relocation's smooth approach. They have no problem shiving you in the end.

Would NOT recommend this company. - Don't be fooled by what seems like a low/reasonable estimate. Our final bill ended up being more than twice the initial estimate. - They charge a 30% deposit upfront and the final payment is due mid-move (when the movers arrive at the final destination you are sent an email with the amount due). When we disputed that we were being charged for more than twice the estimate + additional bogus fees, they called us by phone and said they would not unload the items from the truck until the payment was made. - The moving crew milked the clock. They were intentionally moving as slow as possible. - The moving truck was too small for the job. The moving crew packed the truck and then realized that not everything was going to fit. So, they unloaded all of the items and then reloaded again to try to get it all to fit. All the while, the clock was ticking and we were paying for this incompetence. Absolutely unbelievable! We still ended up having to transport some items in our personal vehicle. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with companies like this.

Worst service! Dont ever choose this movers!I've been told that they will come and pick my items at 7 am and came the next day 2am midnight. The worst thing they made me wait whole day saying they will come in an hr whenever i call them. I went through h*** for choosing the service. I have been told 1800$ for shipping my items and now I've paid 4450$ in total.and also all my boxes are badly damaged and i even lost an Extra large box with all my important items in it. All luggage and everything was fit in one row at the end of the truck but when i told i will take pics they moved everything from the truck and misplaced the items. And the worst thing dont believe them whenever they say they will make u happy and call you back in a day or 2. I went through this circle for over 3 or 4 weeks.I have all the pic's videos of my stuff. I had to ask them to leave everything outside in garage so that i can show mu complete luggage. I am planning to *** them with all the pics, videos and audio recordings. This is a scam. Join me if you went through similar experience. Utter incompetence and unprofessionalism. US Relocation are not movers themselves. They contract the move to outside providers. The crew assigned to do my move drove all the way from ***, for a move in central PA! I assumed they were returning from a move to ***. But no, they drove all the way here to do my move. They were supposed to arrive at 2:30 pm but arrived at 9:30 pm. They hit bad weather and traffic, so not their fault. It is the fault of *** Relocators, who should not have rushed them and should have contracted more local movers! The gentleman overseeing the move from US Relocation wanted them to come in at 9:30 pm and pack "for only 4 hours" ... seriously? I said no, they'd have to come back in the morning. They did and they turned out to be utterly incompetent. Nice guys (at first), but had no clue how to pack valuables. They moved entire bookcases with the books still in them! Not only putting themselves at risk of injury but the bookcases and books too... indeed, ALL of the bookcases arrived damaged., and many books as well. In addition, they broke 2 $400.00 lamps and valuable china cups. They left a $1500 Bang and Olufsen speaker out in the driveway. They were contracted to pack AND unpack at the destination. They just dumped everything, and suddenly, without notice, they simply drove away (and took a key with them). They refused to answer polite texts asking if they were planning on returning and complete the contract, and pleas to return the key. No response. There were footprints from their workboots on my furniture. They dumped a couch in the garage with one foot up on a step, which twisted the frame. They should have stayed in a motel overnight and completed the job they were contracted to do the next day. I hold US Relocation responsible! After telling me on the phone that they'd deal with the damage and get the key returned, utter silence. They have not returned my emails. They had the gall to call me and ask me to post a review of their performance halfway through the move. They insisted I write the review while they waited on the phone! Really? Stay clear. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

This company (US Relocation, Inc.) really did some damage to my stuff during my move. I sent them pictures of everything messed up on June 18, just like they asked. But now it's been forever and still no fix! Even though I've sent them emails and made a million calls, they still haven't done anything. Every time they say they'll call me back, but they never do. They told me it'd be taken care of in a week, but that was all lies. Chris h*** is the main person I talk to and still no help.

I hired US Relocation to help me move my stuff from one place to another. The pickup date was supposed to be on June 24th, 2022, but they couldn't make it. So, they came on June 26th, 2022 to collect all my items from my old place in ***.

I had already paid the deposit before the move, and the pickup payment was made as soon as it was requested. But I had to keep calling them to get the invoice to avoid delaying the delivery process.

It's now August 8th, and my items are still nowhere in sight. Every time I contact them, they give me different delivery dates, but it never happens. It's frustrating, and I just want my stuff!

listen up! I was almost a victim of US Relocation, Inc. Their sales lady gave me a phone number that turned out to be bogus. She texted me like crazy, but then stopped after taking my card number. And get this, her supposed personal number was also invalid! When I asked for the real company name, they stopped responding to my emails. And when I tried to get movers insurance, I found out they're not even a valid company. Straight up fraud, man! I want my $100 back. And why the heck are two phone numbers fake? And why don't they have any moving insurance? She told me they've been around for 15 years, but the ComplaintsBoard.com says only a year. Something's fishy for sure. Stay away from these daylight robbers!

I use US Relocation, Inc. for my move and it went down today, 6/17/22. What I didn't like was the end part 'cos they demanded a photo of my ID and credit card front/back after I paid online like they asked me to. They ain't said nothing 'bout needing a photo ID 'n all that before I paid, only at the very end. I felt shady 'bout it 'cos they could've told me upfront so I can decide. It's like I'm gettin' scammed or somethin' - they said they're gonna use the pics to verify my ID and payment with their accountant, but I don't know what they're gonna do with it after that. I need to know that my private info won't be sold and what they're gonna do to secure it 'n delete it after they're done. They gotta make things clearer so people don't feel like they're gettin' played.

This company barely responded when I dealt with them. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but at the end of the day they proved themselves unworthy of a high ComplaintsBoard.com rating. I had told them everything I had from the beginning. They said, "Don't worry, we'll send a crew with a truck that's big enough." They never told me that their team was with a third-party mover like U-Haul, or I would have said, "Forget it, U-Haul trucks aren't big enough." I even asked them several times if they would send a big enough vehicle, and they assured me every time, "Yes, and it will be bigger than what you need." Now I am spending another $400 to rent a U-Haul myself for everything that the movers could not accommodate. Furthermore, they declined to assist me with figuring out how to insure the goods they damaged. Movers damage things, it's just something that happens. However, after making multiple promises to provide aid, they backed out.

I didn't know that these guys were brokers, not real movers, until after they already took my deposit and after the first movers canceled last minute. Eagle *** Lines Moving and Storage came in on 7/1 and did the moving like my contract said they would, packing some of my stuff. But nobody, not the movers or the brokers, has gotten back to me about all the damage to my stuff I want to claim. It's been three whole months, and they don't answer any of my emails, which is not what it says in the contract. The movers, Eagle *** Lines, were really, really careless and caused a whole lot of damage and lost stuff on the move. I also think the law says that movers have to give you your stuff back within 21 days, but they took 23 days. Plus the brokers, US Relocation, told me I had to give them full payment before they would arrange the move, which isn't what I agreed to in the contract. I sent complaints about all the damage and loss to *** over and over again, but nobody ever answers. Check out my complaint against Eagle *** Lines.

i hire US Relocation on 10/29 for $1570.00. i gived $471 depostit. they give my propety to *** in Kentucky. *** come in big Enterprise Truck to pack. contract say they should bring straps, shrink-wrap and other things but they didnt. they ask me for tools and tape but i had toll them i got straps and 2 dollies. moving people drop my safe in wet grass. neighbor use tow truck to pick it up. they leave without say they done. they left a lot of things behind like refigerator, office desk, office chair, toolboxes, dinning room table and book shelves all listed on contract. i see my furniture upside down and only 1 strap and 1 blanket. i dont see shrink-wrap like contract say. they stop unloading and want more money. US Relocation call me and say i need to pay $500.00 more. they no see any shrink-wrap and only 1 strap. they not finish unloading until they get money. USDOT *** and MC: *** is registered US Relocation. *** is not register with Kentucky. they cant legally move household things and maybe no insurance. i ask for insurance to cover damage. Jessie J say i sign off on a scratch but i not see it on contract i sign. lots of things are damaged and one paper cant say it all. US Relocation people on phone tell me to send before and after pictures. no insurance paid.
