I brought my Rv in for repairs and upgrades. CW damaged the body @generator compartment area. I stopped payment. I left for my vacation and on my first night that I could expand the slide out the topper which CW adjusted (verified by my mobile mechanics I had to hire ($200)) caused my slide out to jump track and brake. My extremely expensive brakes they installed are leaking and I worry now it’s dangerous to tow.

I now have a damaged body, $5000 new leaky brakes, a worthless removed $500 slide topper, broken 12’ slide and costs for a mobile mechanic who can verify all this(slide/topper) issue.

We also missed a family wedding we’ll never get back and had to return early not using the slide outs at all.

Im asking, as in my emails to CW, that CW repair the slide with the appropriate parts (I have a quote from another company for @$1200), fix the brakes properly, and as a courtesy for this insanity install new fabric on my two awnings as a good will gesture. I even told them, again all by email, not for free as I always want to be fair. I can buy the fabric.

Hopefully CW can see this is bad and will absolutely end up in court.

My first bill I cancelled was $1970.77 MUCH more than estimated. That aside I’m not going to pay it until CW repairs the body damage or I get an estimate to do so elsewhere. If there’s a credit I’m happy to pay it back to CW. My Credit Card is aware of all of this and has all my documentation including pictures as today.

Todays emails CW stated they’ll look at the brakes but that’s it. Im awaiting their reply to move forward.

I have documentation with pictures for all this. I have the mobile mechanic who said they will attest to the cause of the slide out damage.

This is already well beyond small claims and I hope we can work this out.

The pictures and video are too much to upload for this program. Please reply with an email for the documentation.

Desired outcome: Fix the Rv completely(brakes/slide out)! I ask for them to install the new material I’ll order and pay for for my awnings. Cancel first debt or fix body damage.
