Shoppers Drug Mart - The shopper drug mart pharmacy at bayview and 16th

I am I client who completed a prescription at shopper drug mart.

Here is the story:

My MD faxed the prescription to shopper drug mart at Bayview and 16th,

This medication is completed every 90 days.

When I went there on May 5 at 830 pm, the pharmacist name ' NEVA"said you have to pay 150 $ for your medication. I told my insurance covered 85% consistently. She told me your insurance policy is changed. I told her if it was altered, and they informed me. Then I request her to send my prescription to the Costco pharmacy. When I went to Costco pharmacy. Costco said the previous pharmacy did not cancel the order, and your insurance can not pay for it. Since May 7, I called the pharmacy several times, contacted them to my insurance through my phone, and contacted them on twice because they were not picking up the phone. I went with my phone while the insurance was connected to take it to the pharmacist. On May 20 at 630 pm and May 31 at 705. my insurance guided them on how to cancel the order on May 20 and gave the pharmacist" Neva" the number t be cancelled. On May 31, I claimed my medication and still had the same issue. I went to the shopper drug mart pharmacy. The guy said we could not d anything, and he was insulting me.

The summary: the shopper drug mart pharmacy did not take the responsibility to cancel the order and has not followed up. The pharmacist, on May 20, did not write an excellent commute action based on the conversation with and insurance and did not follow the direction that she received.

as a result of this incident, I still do not have my medication and do not know what shall I do and to whom should I turn to get help to solve this issue,

Note: The pharmacist on may 5th claimed the medication/order the medication three times in one day (I do not know the reason).

Desired outcome: To solve the issue to teach the pharmacist how to consider the clients' needs amd respect the client
