STC - Bad Customer Service

I have no idea if this complaint will be submitted to the correct person, I visited STC tahleya branch and asked of the customer service for some
very basic services tha are done for telecommunications, ofcourse I went out without having any service, the guy target was only to push me going to other branch becasue he didn't want to work and even he told me, "If you want this service, go to the other branch becasue the officer who is expert in this, he is absence most of the time"
what is this?? it is really amazing ?? everytime if I want to visit STC, I have to...

Our Internet line is not working since 2 Weeks. I already complaint to STC and they send technician. But he couldn't found the solution. Then we complained again and out complain Number is stop open. Unfortunately they didn't fix this issue. Losing our amount monthly charges....

On 15th of June 2015, I called 907 regarding Internet DSL, New Connection. The representative was like a Boss and was behaving like a manner less Brute. I asked him about the Internet Connection Installation Process, he said " BOX INFORMATION."
Being a new Customer, I DONT KNOW what A BOX would be? I asked him what do you mean by BOX.
He behaved very rudely and said " ONCE YOU HAVE IT, Tell me then". I don't know what he meant by BOX.
I tried to ask for Explanation, but he HANGED-UP.

I have never had the worse feeling than visiting one of the STC offices near Haram in Madinah. I visited the office at 9:40pm (20mins) before the closing times mentioned in entrace. The tokken number machines was broken and no one was present at the entrance for guidance so i went up to one of the customer care officers who was serving a customer already and i stayed there waitinf for him to finish. After 2-3 mins, the officer asked a bangali orginin gaurd to inform me that i wont be served as they will close the office in 20mins. I had my STC Land line 4092942 and wanted to cancel my land line, I went on 18th Feb 2014 STC king fahad office and paid last bill due at that time, but still I am getting sms message to pay bill, fist three four months there was no message, now frequently message is coming, I am really fed up with STC.

Salam hi i have a big problem when ever i call my dad and he have a stc no too means if i call stc to stc so there is a disscount and i already put my dad number in faimly service in family service they give us 25%off and when u call stc to stc there is 20% disscount but the stc company cut 2sr for 1min thats not fare where is the law i want justice...

From long time STC is cheating me with excess bills, every month my call will never exceed more than 10 to 15 SR, but STC is charging me huge bills, my Bills from the last 1 Year,
Bi Monthly 20/10/2013=175.92, 18/12/2013=188.66, 15/2/2014=156.31, 15/4/2014=146.16
now bills are monthly, in this case they charge me one month with a bill of SR 50+ and the next month SR 100+

STC APPS, I subscribed to 7 day Jawalnet Internet Package on 29/08/2014
and promptly STC deducted SAR 99 from my Sawa balance and sent a
message to my iPhone saying the package is active. However, when I

Since May 10, 2014, I am not able to receive calls on my land phone. Even after repeated complaints no action has been taken in this regard. STC is eager to upgrade your services, so that they can get more money from you, but negligent on complaints, as they raise invoice as per the package you have subscribed, regardless you are getting proper service or not....

STC - Facebook SMS Alert Service

I am subscribed to STC's Facebook SMS Alert Service through the short code 86677 and it is getting charged every day 0.40 SR.

STC is the only operator that is charging for Facebook SMS Service and all the other telcos in the world are offering this service free.

Even your competition Telco Zain in Saudi is also offering this Facebook SMS Alert service for free.

It is shame on STC that it is cheating its subscribers by charging the end users like this.

If STC need, I will give STC charity and please do not abuse the end users privilege....

I want to report a problem with STC( Saudi telecom) you should enquire into and publish as a headline.

STC is stealing customer's money by upgrading the contracts of customers without their knowledge and sending them very high bills which have to be paid, otherwise they will cancel you service. The upgraded contracts are bound by 1 year contracts, so you have to pay the higher amount for the entire year before you can downgrade back to the package customer wants.

I myself have been a victim and lost thousands of riyals on this. I have complained against STC again...

STC - Money deducted

On every week tuesday morning, 12 SAR get deducted from my mobile.
Till date I have already lost 60 SAR.
My mobile number is 535281321. I have not activated any special services and neither I had received any sms relating to any service getting activated on my number.
I tried to contact 902 customer care, but no one picks the phone which is absolutely terrible.
I tried STC outlet and they were unable to help me as they did not understand the problem.
Request you to please check and deactivate any such service on my mobile.

Somebody called me from “+0508626533”, who not disclose name He said that he is a supervisor in STC Company and calling from Jeddah. He said that my STC Sim serial number starting from 899660 is in the list of the lucky draw which include SAWA, mobile companies, and you won 200, 000 Saudi Riyals, he send me temporary password then told me give me password..One Feisal ali also talk from stc.Then I understood that this is a Scam.

Today 27/11/2012 at 5:00pm i got a call from 0537240980 . a person named IMRAN called me up saying that he is calling from STC services & saying that i have won 200.000SR in lottery.he was also saying that cross check the no on your sim i.e 8996601 than called back .i told him iqma no but than i find it fishy than i asked him some cross questions on the authenticity of draw than he said the same thing as previous compliantent have reported.than i disconnected the call .i think he might have understood that i am not going to trap easily.so, friends beware of these types of fake people & don t gave...

I am receiving a SMS from http://m.ar.ksa.skill2thrill.com and immediatelySR12& SR 5/- is deducted from my balance in two times,
when I check in my STC -SAWA site this amount is not appearing, but the balance in my mobile shows less this Amount.
