Starbucks Coffee

Hello,

My order was incorrect this morning, yet again. I spend $8 a coffee almost every day and I order it with light ice. This morning the coffee cup was fill more than 3/4 cup full of ice. Which leaves me about 4 sips through the straw of coffee. This isn't the first time this has happened, I'm just a little frustrated and can't take it any longer. Also was in the drive through for a good 12 minutes and I had 1 car in front of me. I had used the mobile order app too. Very disappointed in the overall experience when I'm paying a high-end price for coffee...Getting in touch with someone to resolve this issue has also been not the easiest at all. I've been on standby through live chat for 30 mins now with no one coming to chat.

Starbucks Service

Stopped by my local starbucks today to get my wife her favorite frapp. I get in the drivethru, order, wait in line, get to the window to pay. I hand them a $50 bill and they say they cant change that. A multi million dollar company and a meager $50 bill shuts them down. Needless to say I left with no frapp. The least they could have done was let me have it, would 1 free frapp throw yall into bankruptcy? It was already made so I guess one of them enjoyed it or either they poured it down the drain.

Starbucks Awful customer service

Sometime in Dec of 2023 I went into the Starbucks in SouthCoast market place in Fall River Ma. I did my mobile order as I always do for my coffee on this day however my coffee was awful I asked the barista Riley if she kindly remake it as it didn’t taste right that maybe something was wrong with the machine or something. I didn’t want her to feel as if I was complaining about her making my coffee as I did a mobile order and had no idea who made it anyways she picked my drink up looked at it and assured me that it was correct …I was very shocked by her response i assured her that something was of with it that I drank one everyday. She did remake it and it was great I went to leave and she rudely shouts your welcome! As I was leaving i was very confused on why she was so upset with me asking her to remake my coffee (only time I have ever asked a barista at Starbucks to remake my coffee) I never complained about Riley and the incident I let it go fast forward to 1-7-24 @10:46 a.m. I get my usual mobile order and on this day my children asked me for cake pops I went to the counter and asked the barista at the counter for my cake pops and guess who it is that’s right! Riley well I guess she remembered me because what happens next left me more confused than anything after taking my order she takes the next customer behind me proceeded to take his order (not an issue) once she was done taking his order she than walks over to the barista who is now making the gentleman’s coffee that was behind me. Here’s where I got very confused and angry although I said nothing I do not understand why she went to make someone’s coffee who was already being served instead of grabbing my cake pops which were literally right behind her when I first placed my order. Now once the gentleman who was behind me had his coffee and was on his way is when a barista went and grabbed my order. Now I’m not trying to be that nagging person but I don’t understand what I did to the barista to have her be this unprofessional to a paying customer I will no longer go to that Starbucks which is a shame as it is less than a mile from home but my fear now is that I’m actually complaining about Riley and her unprofessional service is she going to spit in my coffee or worse next?

Starbucks - App balance drained and cards closed

Starbucks Complimentary birthday drink

I went to Starbucks for a birthday drink on November 23. I ordered a venti caramel macchiato hot and had app downloaded on my phone and they denied it saying I needed to have had app on my phone longer. On app it does not say that. So I had to pay out of pocket. But that was a bummer because everyone says you can get a drink with app on birthday. I feel like that was negligence and false advertisement.

Starbucks Store closed when I got there

I went to pick up my bag tonight at 7pm and the store was closed and in total darkness when I got there so I havent received any food at all. £3.59 paid.

Starbucks my free birthday drink

I have a gold card since 2010 and I am always getting a drink from Starbucks. Well both last year and this year I never got my birthday drink. I sent them a email and this morning I received a reply with a mistake my name is Maria and they said dear Kate. They said that I need to purchase a drink before my birthday and I did that the Tuesday and Friday before November 6th ( my birthday) and they hope that I will get my drink next year and also they want my 16-digit number from my gold card to check the number is [protected].

Starbucks Coffee spilled in my car

The drive-thru employee spilled coffee all over me and my car, disabling the center console controls. At the time of the incident, I reached out to your local representatives, Stephanie Robinson and Jesse Romo, store manager, but as of now, neither has made any attempt to respond. It is disheartening to discover that Starbucks appears not to prioritize its customers or their experiences. On November 4, 2023, I relayed a comprehensive summary to the customer service representative.

My vehicle is already at the dealership in for repair now, so time is of the essence. I have several more videos, and will be sent under separate cover, as they are too large for this transmission. As well, I have a rental car for the next three days while they wait for the part.

Claimed loss: 10.30.2023

Desired outcome: payment for the repair of the vehicle and the rental.

Starbucks Cashier

10/27/2023

Went to drive through at store # 68777. Ordered a large cashier did not care that I did not use the correct wording. I had asked if the had toasted vanilla shaken she told me yes so ordered large toasted vanilla shaken espresso she did tell me out if oat milk so changed to 2%.

This is what I got Gr Ic Tst V O at E 2% Blonde Espresso.

I have ordered a lot from your stores in different locations never once have I gotten the incorrect size and I paid over 6.00 dollars for this…

She was very condescending at the window correcting me with the words used I stop here when I am heading to my cabin not sure I will stop at that location again.

Desired outcome: To have that employee have to have some kind customer service training.

Starbucks Customer service

Greetings to you all,

I recently had a problem at:

Starbucks branch

1450 Montaño Rd NE

Albuquerque, NM 87107

I contacted the district manager about this situation. However, it was just brought to my attention that I should also write an email about what happened to make sure that the matter was addressed.

I was at this branch on the beggining of October 2023. The person who took my order was unprofessional she kept ignoring me and wanted to charge me for a drink that I hadn't ordered. When I said something about it she got very upset. Thus, I decided to talk to the assistant manager about it, apparently the assistant manager was the only person on duty. The assistant manager fought with me instead of finding a resolution. She used this statement. I quote: "At this point, I will disengage from this conversation." And then she left me there talking to myself.

Both, the first employee whom I interacted with and the assistant manager showed to begin with, NO MANNERS; no customer service skills, no social skills, no sensitive training, unprofessional behaviors, and showed no respect, dignity, and self worth for a client/person.

My concern about this is: every human deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. If these two employees do not show such a respect to another human being who has a complaint, then, the possibilities that they have interacted with others or will interact with others similarly are very high.

Starbucks shoud be better than that when it comes to customer service. Thank you.

I have never experienced such rude and racially discriminatory customer service from teenagers before. Starbucks Holiday cups

It’s wrong to see you have these cups available and not be able to order them.

I went to Starbucks here in Leavenworth Ks in Sep and was told they sold out. Yet I see online they are selling them for hundreds of dollars. I was looking forward to getting the 2023, nightmare before Christmas just one for me to enjoy. Yet ever time I asks they say they sold out never once saw them on the floor. There has to be a solution where it’s not only certain people buy them all and charge triple the amount on the internet . You can say it’s first come first serve but something or someone is taking them all .

Maybe figure out we’re we can pre-order just one that would be fair.

Starbucks eliminating raspberry syrup and chocolate covered grahamcracker cookies

I have been a customer for several years and this is the second time you have

discontinued these items, why? The hot chocolate is bland without an added flavor. I have tried other flavors and they do not give the drink a pleasant taste. Please consister bring them back. I do not drink coffee, so hot chocolate is my only choice. So many people enjoyed this syrup and the cookies. I hope you have gotten many complaints about this issue, so you will reconsider your decision soon.

Starbucks Grady Hospital location, Atlanta Ga.

I order on the app ahead of time here at the hospital. Today, again my order was trashed. no refund, no nothing. This is unacceptable. This is about the 5th time this has happened.

Will you please get the folks there to stop throwing our orders in the trash because we don't always get there in 30 mins. Many of us are busy seeing patients and get bogged down at times. To then go to the counter to find out your order has been trashed is really a humiliating kick in one's crotch. They don't even give the orders to hungry homeless people nearby. I could accept that.

But no! You send it directly to the garbage. I have probably spent thousands of dollars with your company and today is the last day I will spend another red dime with you.

Desired outcome: You need to adjust your policy. You need to send me a card with unlimited potential. Lastly you need to issue an apology whether it truly insincere or not, make the effort. As it stands I won't be back.

Went to Starbucks 1901 West Imperial Highway:
I waited 60 minutes in the drive thru line! Unacceptable !
"No Apology" Late From Lunch! I ordered Two HOT Grande Macchiato's with an Extra Shot !
Made hot forever sitting on the counter, handed to me cold !
I want a refund and $25
My hourly wage for 60 minutes, car idling. Rude!

Starbucks Gift card

About a week ago, I received a gift card loaded with 75.00 for my graduation. I am a starbucks junkie so the card is going to good use. I have only used it twice before I misplaced it. Therefore I called the customer service number and spoke with yoon. she started a case number for me Cs 2438901. Yoon was very pleasant and assured me that she would close the lost card to save my gift. Then she directed me to purchase a new empty gift card and the new rep would be able to load it and I would be ready to go.

When I called back an hour later with a new empty card in tow I spoke with Liam. Liam was not great. Liam was condesending and asked how did I obtain previous card; had it beenpurchased or stolen?! Just wow!? After keeping me on the phone for at least 20 minutes while Liam conferred with a specialist five or six time. Liam told me that he had been advised that he would need to see a copy of my receipt? again what for? I can read it for you right now but okay. I felt my fuse was about to blow so I asked to speak with a supervisor. After that I spoke to Benjamin who was more less condesending. I then spent the next 30-45 minutes on the phone repeating everything that i had just told Liam and Yoon. To no avail, I will still have to wait 7 to 13 business days to receive a new card because "they" cannot verify my pin from the lost card. Well that's probably because it's lost! Nevertheless, I am dissapointed at starbucks and there representatives. I feel as though it is racially motivated. Like what business does that...I read the receipt off to Benjaman and Liam the store # location# trans# what next do you need my blood type as well?

I hate that I ever asked for the gift card as a graduation gift. As much money as i spend on butter croissants, hot white chocolate venti and caramel ribbon crunch venti I should be a VIP there.

Last, I was told that IF i had a Starbucks account that it would make a difference. But When I asked how would it make a difference in this situation Ben could not tell me. That's unfortunate and foolish.

Starbucks Unprofessional rude employees

The bad experience happened in Place Montreal Trust on Wednesday August- 9.-2023 around 4 pm with chair Ashley blonde hair she snapped my credit card from my hand and tapped it with double the amount while I was telling her the amount is wrong her manager refused to correct the mistake and she was impolite and rude unprofessional tell me what you call this stealing .I am still shocked it never happened that someone snapped my credit card from my hand .
