I bought the crackers January 3rd at Kroger's grocery store in Mount Morris for a family gathering when I took them out of the box most are all of them were either crumbled or broken which made it very difficult to make a nice tray with cheese with broken crackers I always buy Ritz crackers because they're the best how are we going to resolve this problem I'm not exactly sure where the serial number is so I'm going to send you the two and hopefully one of those are it 044000031121or ms2085

You ruined them all cheap [censored] no longer buying your crap... Way too much salt and flat and not even baked all the way... Not buttery and flakey very flat and hard theyre [censored] just like everything you touch and ruin w yur cheap corporate greedy hands... You completley ruioned this product along w many others... I will be sure not to buy any of your products in the future

As you can see from the photos i found in this product an unknown object. Of course I informed the company I did a complaint in the national food control body. But the huge problem is that no one allows me to speak with the appropriate persons. The only persons that communicate with me they are liars. I demand fully report of my sample. They didn't want to tell me where the analysis will take place. This is anacceptable. As a consumer I feel more than stricken!

I purchase a box of Honey Maid Cinnamon Graham Crackers, 14.4 oz Family Size Box during the end of June 2023. I open the box today 8 /15/23 and was so disappointed with the product. There was no cinnamon on any of the crackers. You actually had to take a picture or rub your fingers across the cracker to notice there was no cinnamon applied. I paid $4.69 plus tax for a plain box of graham crackers that was supposed to have cinnamon on them. Nabisco's quality has really gone down the drain. This is the second time I have purchased this product and the first box was the same way. Now Nabisco is selling sub-standard products with high ends prices. I purchased a store-brand product of cinnamon crackers and they had more cinnamon on one cracker than the entire box of Nabisco Honey Maid Cinnamon Graham Crackers had. The Nabisco Company should be ashamed of sub-standards, and low-quality products they are making. This is not the same company I grew up on. I have provided pictures to show. Maybe the batch that had 05DEC2023MM120719:12 went unnoticed for cinnamon.

I purchased the bags of crisps yesterday at schnucks on o'fallon, missouri 63368. When I opened the bag I was immediately disappointed.. The crisps were all burnt and that is all I could taste.. It is extremely disappointing for this to happen... I grew up in chicago, illinois and could smell what was being made in nabisco almost everyday... So sad that the quality of your products have suffered so much... I would include a photo but everytime I try to is lose this page so will not try again... Email is [protected]@aol.com

This is at least the 3rd family pack original ritz crackers that I have recently bought & when you go to take them out of the sleeve they crumble & break up. My family goes through so many boxes in a week. This is the only cracker I buy & now too many to count I am not able to use because they are broken. Please resolve this as I cannot continue to waste money on buying these. Thank you,

I bought your box of Premium Crackers and they taste and smell like paint! I even had the employees I work with smell them after opening a new package and they all agreed that they smell like paint! I ate a row of them on Sunday, Dec.18th, not realizing it and kept throwing up all day and was light headed so much that I had to stay on the sofa all day. I still have them that are left and the box they came in

I recently purchased Ritz Peanut Butter crackers in packs in six each. Usually I order Austin brand peanut butter on cheese crackers packs of six each, but Walmart was out of Austin crackers so iI tried Ritz. Not at all happy, very salty, smaller and hard to taste the peanut butter. Maybe the cheese crackers make Austin brand so much better. I will donate my unused crackers to our local food bank. Compare your competition. Thanks for listening.

My husband and I always buy Nabisco Graham crackers this evening (7/19/2022) we had them for a snack as I took my first bite my taste buds burst with a chemical taste it was vile after I spit it out the taste was still in my mouth. I'm not a happy camper about this my grandsons were excited for S'mores but that wasn't happening!

Purchased this item today at 11:25 am. The product in the package is incorrect. It's plain. There's no flavor.

I brought for the 1st time this cracker/chip. I opened the bag and all of the crackers/chips were in half sizes. Like they were smashed. I took a picture of them in the bag. They taste wonderful. But I am very disappointed with eating crumbs.

I just sat down to eat some soup and grabbed my Nabisco crackers that I bought a couple months ago. I had never opened the box until just now. I bit into the cracker and was totally disgusted by the taste. Omg! What is this?!?! It had this weird smell and taste. Kinda tasted like fish oil. I decided to eat another cracker to see if it tasted the same amd it surely did. Then I immediately regretted eating that second one to verify the taste. I called my daughter to smell it to make sure it wasn't just me. She was like "EWWW"!. I thought that maybe I should check to see if there were any recalls and I ran across all these other people complaining. Then I really really regretted taking that 2nd bite. I still do not see a recall. Why is that? Obviously someone at Nabisco made some huge mistakes. Now I am praying that I don't get sick and die, because I do not know what I just ate.

I purchased a bag of Ritz Crisp & Thins, Barbecue flavored, and they do not have any flavor whatsoever, not even any salt on them. They look just plain. They do not taste good. I've had these once before and these do not resemble the crackers I had before. The expiration on the package says 18Aug2022XEZ21S2 22:08. I bought them at Kroger in Bowling Green, KY on Friday March 11, 2022.

I purchased 2 boxes of nabisco ginger snaps after the workers came off strike and I noticed a big and disappointing difference in the flavor, color, and texture of the cookies. Because everything about them has changed in a bad way, I will no longer be purchasing them, and it's sad because I was buying a box almost on a weekly basis and there wasn't a cookie out there like it. Now I consider them of the lessor persuasion and they have undoubtedly fallen on my "no-buy list". Did nabisco bring in new workers who changed the complete formula? They're obviously skimping on the ginger... It clearly only says ginger, not molasses as it did before. Do they care that people are very unhappy about the change? Wondering if they plan to fix it. This is the second box of Ritz Crackers we have purchased from Walmart in Abilene, Texas that smelled and taste terrible. The smell reminds me of an old molded shipping container. The last box, we noticed, was shipped from Mexico. The second box we purchased was a different size but still smelled the same. The UPC on the box is [protected].

The store we purchased from is very clean. The odor came from inside the box and saturates the cracker.

I only eat or serve Ritz Crackers but unless this is resolved and for a good length of time I will not be purchasing Nabisco Products.

I love Ginger Snaps, they have been hard to find in the grocery stores lately….so today when I found them I was so excited, but when I opened the box I wondered if I had picked up the wrong item. They are tasteless, snapless and much lighter in color than the original ginger snap cookie. I am so disappointed, It seems I wasn't missing out when I couldn't find them. I will not purchase again unless they bring back the original recipe. Why mess with a good thing?

I wasn't feeling very well so I asked my husband to bring me some crackers we bought at Sams. The first cracker tasted like chemicals were on it. I ate another one because I thought it was because I was sick. After the fourth cracker down I thought I was poisoned. It tasted like the crackers were sprayed with cleaning supply. They even smelled bad. My family took a look as well and we all agreed.

I purchased these at a local Dollar General, I opened one pack of them and ate a cracker. Immediately it tasted like chemicals or mildew. I spit as much out as I could and figured it was a bad box.. About 30 minutes later I began feeling tightness in my chest. 20 more minutes the roof of my mouth is tingling and my lips feel strange, almost numb. I am short of breath, coughing, my sinus is swollen, and my chest hurts. I am almost certain I am having some sort of respiratory reaction and am VERY concerned. I have been speaking with poison control and am considering the emergency room if this keeps on. I contacted nabisco but they weren't much help at all.
Very disappointed and concerned for my health. Starting to feel scared honestly. I am pregnant also.

Extremely disappointed in these new Ginger Snaps. Been buying these cookies for years and loved the strong Ginnifer molasses taste..They now taste like mild, skinny, Graham crakers. I ways looked forward to eating these cookies around the holidays especially and now they are not even worth the calories. What in God's name made you change such a classic cookie.
