2 months ago I have order 2 laptops .
1st one was 15 inches ( silver color, i5 processor )
2nd one was 17 inches ( silver color, i7 processor )

Receive 15 inches black laptop and 17 inches pink laptop .
Call customer support and they offered me 50 $ to keep the 15 inches black and they will send me an silver 17 inches instead of the pink one plus free returning label . I decide to keep the black one but to exchange the 17 inches ( pink one ). After a week I have receive again PINK laptop and i told my self its a joke ... Call again their customer support and...

Dell - No warranty support for screen

I used to love Dell.As an IT professional and social media expert, I would recommend Dell to family, friends, and followers.

I can no longer do so in good conscience due to their terrible customer service. I recommended Dell to my mother in law how babied the laptop and never took it out of the house. The screen cracked one evening when she was closing the lid. There was no abuse and the screen was handled gently.

The screen cracked from the inside and is an obvious defect. After talking with several oversees representatives, I was told that they would not due the repair.

DELL IS IN THE DUMPS. In four years I had two replacement laptops and continuous issues. This last month with Dell has been the worst. I call in to complain that my computer doesn't boot up properly. I finally speak with the Escalation Team who realizes that whoever sold me my extended warranty made a mistake so he's taking it away and leaving me with no warranty. As a one time "favor" they will fix my issue..they replaced my hard drive 3 TIMES! in 3 weeks and I'm still having the same issue. Nobody to talk to because they took away my warranty that THEY CALLED TO SELL TO...

I have dell inspiron laptop with service tag 64FY8R1, from past 20 months. Its under warranty. Since past few months I'm having problem with the main board particularly the nVidia graphics card, the USB hub and the heat sink. I requested for the replacement and the complaint was registered almost a month back with Service Request Number 882678134. While registering I had undergone a torture session of about 2 hours in the name of diagnostics, I'm ok with that but after that session nothing happened from dell side, everyday some random guy from dell used to call me and hung up the call...

Absolutely, Positively, Totally done with Dell ... screen on my laptop went kaput ... they sent someone to replace the screen, it looked awful, they took control of my computer, screwed it up, & sent someone to replace the mother board, still looked like crap, they took control again, screwed it up again, sent someone else out to replace the screen & mother board AGAIN because they realized they had NOT replaced them with HD stuff, this time a driver wasn't installed properly, they again took control & screwed it up, sent someone out this time to replace the hard drive & memory ... things...

Dell - new computer has problem on 1st day

I just bought new DELL XP5 computer in Thailand for about USD900, first day I use it in my office 1. the keybroad tap for space doesn't work either on left or right hand side, you have to tap right in middle. 2, The quotation sign doesn't show when you tap on it. 3.The plug does not fit in the socket, it goes in only ¾ way, so it is dangerous with part of it sticking out 4. The SSD flash memory shows only50+ GB while the rest of another 60+ GB is partition elsewhere which can not be access and after calling their Thai technical support their guy can fix it either and ask me to call...

I bought a laptop DELL INS N4050e Teknosa on 09/25/2011. Approximately 1 year after using the HDD and some of the keys on the keyboard does not work with the problem I have met and continue to use it with an external keyboard. Contact with liquid light up the screen until he comes out. I also do not deal with call center for these faults.
Call your service center address can not be given by any technique, dubbed such a tragic incident must have been trying. Call center staff wanted and the picture does not help in any way indicate that there is an obligation in this regard after the problem...

On November 30 I purchased a leather case for my laptop. Such operation was in the Dell booth of the Galleria Mall in Houston. The payment included an amount for express delivery. The payment was done by means of a gift card I acquired in the Galleria Mall. Dell cash my money and never deliver the leather case. I sent a letter to the president of the company Mr. Michael Dell. A lady named Maria Anthony contacted me and for 3 week she was incapable to solve the problem. Finally Dell got my money and never deliver the leather case. A clear case of fraud....

An Open Letter to the CEO of Dell

Hi Michael,

We bought a computer as a Christmas Gift for our son from your online store this past November. You notified us today, you will not be able to deliver our sons Christmas Gift until next year. We could understand if Santas Sleigh broke down, but it would have been nice to know sooner, as it is now too late to order another computer from somewhere else in time for Christmas.

Originally, our sons Christmas Gift was to be delivered by 12/7, then 12/15. Then, you had to cancel the order because of some snafu....

The Dell W4201C, has been an issue with my family since purchase. Within the first year under warranty they replaced it due to the HD portion of the unit failed. Now after being in storage for about two years . We unpacked it and after a few days it started with the bottom half of the screen going black... Dell shame on you for such a poor product... You too can fall because of your lack of product performance. Just a note: the tv we replaced was a twenty year old RCA console ... I do think a class action would be great......

1. Purchased a "no interest" laptop. was billed for a service agreement I never asked for. took 3 calls and as many hours to remove the charge.
2.Computer has never run better than one I had over ten years ago. They don't care/won't help.
3. I called to get the balance on my no interest account as the 12 months payoff was coming up. Turns out my payments have not been going to this account. They told me that I have to call them to have my payments go to this account as they otherwise go to your interest bearing account. Nice way to surprise you with the years worth...
