Wish we had never heard of Wintek. First they called and called to set up a demo, even when I asked them to stop. Finally said go ahead shows the demo. Wife signs contract I refused. Windows were supposed to be installed and we took off work. Called to say installer sick and reschedule. Went back and forth on dates and we had to delay because of tooth injury to kid. (Ever had construction going on nearby with a toothache?) Water heater leak damaged house and we have to fix a lot. Called and asked to delay till August because of financial issues. Threatened collections. Had lawyer contact them to stop collections and tried to get them to cancel contract (we read other negative reviews and because of the threat no longer wanted anything to do with Wintek.) They of course refused even though I never signed the contract and my name is on it. My job contract ended and decided not to renew. We really had too much going on with the house repair but Had them installed in August. Saw termite damage and mentioned to installer he Said he would "just foam it". Took thermal imaging of the windows in master bedroom and thermal imaging shows hotspot between the windows. Installer circled the completion survey and asked how good I can sign my wife's name (would that not be fraud?) I said I can't. Called the office to see if he had to send it in or just for office. Had me sign it (I just scribbled a little because I had to pick up my sick daughter from after school care and didn't want to leave them (the installers) there with my other two children. Put insulation panel back up. Got run around then Owners came after I posted a bad review. One with gold chain was rude to wife who had to go to work and kept saying "I don't want to argue but". The other was amicable. Then said it was installed correctly with out opening up the trim and temperature gun did not show difference (insulation panel had just been removed so it didn't have time to change). I didn't realize that until later. Had me sign that it was ok (even though I didn't sign the contract) Opened up the bad trim which was supposed to replaced according to the contract. Found it was nailed into termite damaged stud and no insulation between the windows and studs. Reposted bad review. Got message shown. Said they would sue me for bad reviews, called me a liar. Did not get the windows we were shown, found the ones shown on their website. Can't post the pic here because of possible copyright. I Filed a complaint with BBB.

Finance company was good though even wrote it sounds like we are being bullied to make a purchase we don't want to.

MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN A DETAIL OR TWO BUT IT'S BEEN A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE! (Just in case the owners try to use a missing detail to say I am not telling the truth.)

The installers are amazin. They did a great job, super nice, explained everything. Cleaned up. Great guys and we hope to see them again.

The delivery and install was grate. Very professional and worked diligently to finish in 2 days. Great team! And my windows are FABULOUS! I'm keeping the sign up in my yard!

I was supposed to get 13 windows installed in June. I can't contact my representative, and every phone number I find is either not set up to answer calls or out of service! I have several thousand dollars on the line here!

I was really happy with the work done by WinTek USA, LLC. The guys were super professional, they cleaned as they went along to the next window. The guys were really consistent with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The installers were awesome! They were professional and super friendly! They made a really hot and sweaty day much more enjoyable! The windows look amazing and we thank you WinTek for your service! We would totally recommend WinTek!

The crew was great. They worked real good, even the neighbors said they were fast and kept everything clean. Always on time. They showed me how to use the windows and were honest. If they found something or had an accident, they told me straight up, which I really appreciated.

If you need new windows, I highly recommend Wintek USA! They will bring a sample to your house and talk you through step by step of why their products are amazing! And I promise they are! It was the least stressful home project I've ever had done. They are professional and do high quality work! Thank you Paul and Tammy for everything!

Having experience in home construktion with charitable organizations, we new there would be some industry delay in acquiring our replacement windows. The installation crew and Wintek's owner more than made up for this with their obvious concern for detail and satisfaction. They finished twelve windows in less than 9 hours, even making some minor modifications on site. Extremely pleased with the results!

This company is relentless in its outreach. I decided to go with another company, and have asked them to stop contacting me multiple times as I do not need their services. They text so many times that I am forced to block them. However, I'm writing this review to warn others unless you think you will use them for their services to not even reach out to this company for a bid, as they will not leave you alone even after requesting it multiple times.

We bought WinTek windows a few years back. The windows are great and we got a fair deal (after a lot of "let me call my manager" car-sales tricks). But customer service is really all over the place. I have many stories about struggling to get them to call me back for problems, but the guy who refers people is constantly calling you to set up a demo. Here's the bottom line: The product is good. The installation was good. The guarantee is good. But you have to push these guys if you have an issue. Raise your concerns and don't believe them when they say "I'll check on it and call you tomorrow," because they probably won't. WinTek is all about sales first, window installation and service second. They're not great at keeping you satisfied, they're great at making the sale.

We bought 7 windows after a good demo of what my windows would be like. They replaced old drafty windows. My new windows are nice. I compared them with Window World windows and WinTek has better quality. One of the windows had rust at nail spots in the frame. I called them and when they came back to Jackson MS, the guys brought paint to cover those spots and left the little paint bottle with me so I can cover other spots if they come up. The first installers came from Arkansas and did a good job in two days or so. They cleaned everything up. Customer service keeps in touch and I've referred them to others. They are a good investment and good home improvement. The best looking windows in the neighborhood.

We bought ten windows from Wintek USA. We were happy with our windows and we told another couple about them. They also bought windows. We were supposed to get $50.00 for referring them, even if they didn't buy windows. The people we referred bought windows a year ago in March, but we still haven't gotten the $50.00 referral check. Also, one of the windows they bought is broken. They told me that they called Wintek USA months ago, but the broken window hasn't been fixed. We feel bad because we thought we were recommending a good company to our friends. The customer service at Wintek USA is useless. They keep calling us for referrals, but they never call us back about the $50.00 referral check or the broken window. We want this company to do what they promised in their presentations: give us our $50.00 referral check and fix the broken window for the couple we referred. We all paid a lot of money for these windows.

Windows not installed to our satisfaction. Window nailed into termite damaged stud and no insulation between the windows and studs. Not the windows we were shown to begin with. Different locking/ tilt mechanism. Contract stated damaged trim to be replaced and they didn't do it. Plus contract was not completely signed to begin with. I informed the installer of termite damage and he said he would " just foam it up" when I had boards that could have been put in on the driveway.

I was told by the lady who called me first, and by the sales guy (***), and the boss (***) that I would get $***. It's been 2 months! Nothin'. After the lady who sells on the phone told me I'd get $*** for doing the sales talk, and then the sales guy, ***, said it would be sent by mail, 3 weeks later I called the manager. *** said they send it on the 1st and 15th. That was 2 months ago.

We was told we would get *** per referral. It's now 6/8, and I just got *** of the *** I was promised. Me and my husband bought windows from WinTek and they asked us to refer friends. We got two referrals, but they said only one counted 'cause one couple didn't qualify, which they didn't say at first. The other couple did qualify, but didn't buy anything. I called WinTek many times since the presentation in November, and today, 6/8, I got *** not *** The other couple did get their *** card. Every time I call, they say they'll send it on Friday. I keep calling and texting, but nothing happens. We just want what they promised and for them to stop lying to people like us.

When we had the Wintek sales person, Tim Mattingly, show us the windows, we were given the paperwork for a $50.00 gift card. This happened on Nov. 19, 2019. My wife filled out the paperwork on Nov. 20, 2019, and mailed it. In Jan., around the 20th, I talked to Cole from Wintek USA about the card and other problems we were having with the finance company. He said he would get a lady named Tammy to give me a call. She never called. On the 28th, I called Cole again to tell him that nobody called again. He said he would see if she would call. Cole said the card was mailed on the sixth of January, but we never got it. I have made other calls, talking to different people about this, and all said they would give Tammy the message. My last call was to Janee on 02/13, and she said she would give Tammy the message. My last call to Cole, before his phone number says it's disconnected, he said he would see if they could resend the card. A total of five people said they would give Tammy the message, but I have had no calls, no card, and no word if I am still going to get the card! It's just $50, but I purchased 13 windows with a lifetime warranty on them, and I am wondering if anything happens, will they fix it!
