CVS has a ECB deal on Atkins Bars.. buy 2 and get 5.00 ECB and pay 16.00 for 2. The cashier told me I would not get the Atkins bars at 2/16.00 unless they were the same flavor... which limited me to 1 flavor. Have never heard of this before on ECB and the circular did not mention it either. Also, she would not accept the CVS coupon for 50 cents off Gold Emblem candy and also told me I had reached my limit on the 1.00 and 2.00 off coupons I had printed online for the Gold Emblem products.. I had 3 different coupons but was told there is a limit of 2. She also kept the coupon and this has happened...

I have recently ran into a problem with one of your employers. I feel as if this is a racial matter. I have not had an issue with anyone else on your staff. Unfortunately this gentleman goes out of his way at times to give me problems when it comes to filling my prescription. And the reasons he has shared with me make no since what so ever, for example . He says I'm the only person who can call my medicine in. Which is not true. He said my grandmother and wife are no longer allowed to call it in. He has made threats saying he will no longer fill my prescription and I will have to find another...

The company has recently slashed the hours of the pharmacists and there techs at the store. This is what is wrong with corporate America today the economy is starting to bounce back the stores stocks are as high as ever. So what do they do they decide to take hours and money away from people that need it the most. The hard working pharmacist and tech who sometimes never get a chance to eat or take a break. cvs should be ashamed of itself and I as a consumer will probably never step inside the store again. Great job CVS. Take way from the people that make you the billions of dollars...

Today 12/21/2014 was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire 24 years of life. I am a single mother full time student and after school counselor I often am doing too many things at a time. during my usual craziness I misplaced a few thing and was on the way to pic up my daughter and I walked out CVS located at 129 Fulton street. I was apprehended by security with brute force. Although I was complying and told him that I was in pain he continued to pin my arm in a way that caused me pain. sale starts on sunday i arrived at 730 am as soon as store opened the 3rd person to enter store. in this weeks circular there was licensed flipeez hats disney elsa for the price of $19.00 the store clerk could not find them she called the manager on the phone to inquire about them he told her to tell me they were sold out. instead of him coming out to talk to me personally. also how could they be sold out if the sale just started today and i was the 3rd person in the store.and the only one inquiring about the hats. some thing is wrong with this picture. could it be that when something is on sale...

Manager inappropriately told a child not to try a color of a crayon in a space full of colors( like a trying space, or testing space)
Did not apologized and was rude when i pointed out that the colors in that space were misleading( looked like the space was there for that purpose)
The manager named: Montie continued talking without listening to my explanation as a customer. Raising his voice at me ( the customer)
I had over 200 in merchandise ready to pay. Of course i left and didn't buy anything.
I can only imagine how he treats the employees if he treats a client...

cvs had a sell, buy $30 worth of food and get a $10 gas card, here's the thing, it was a shell gas card.the failed to tell me that greensburg doesnt have one, i saw the shell logo right before i left and i said stop, but she said that once she scaned it there was nothing she could do.so i complanied about it and i said that they need a sign for that and that they would put one up, well that don't help me.thats not right, why sale a shell gas card when greensburg doent have one?...

I have had my prescriptions filled at the same CVS pharmacy and location for the past 2 years. I moved down to Florida From Ohio at that time and went about getting new doctors and this was my neighborhood pharmacy. Today I went to get the same 6 prescriptions filled that I always do and was told by a new and very rude pharmacist that he would not fill them. When I asked why he stated that I needed to go to a different pharmacy? I asked him if he was refusing to fill all my prescriptions and he said he would not fill any of them. The women in the register names "Marisela" with dark hair, Mexican, and brownish skin was one of the most racist person I have ever came across there. Why is CVS the worst place to get your prescriptions.One month it is ok get refill a few days early other months it depends if the tech didnt take his/hers daily MEDS.Online dont waste your time not worth it because it is 90 per cent wrong all the time.I hate going I hate asking and feel like a loser because it is pure B.S.People who get prescriptions are usually sick in need and not all pple are seeking drugs and if they are it is because they need it.It is easier to methadone from a clinic than to get your prescription and that is sad and maybe if they were nice to pple it would be better for...

the pharmacy at 144th and dixie hwy, miami, fl, has been one of the worst place to go, the parmacist gives you 30 tablets when its for 60 and he says he put 60 in the bottle, but clearly he is either blind or stealing the medication, this has happened may times, something croocked is going on there or there colpletely incomptent, something should be done about this, , , , cvs has lost all of my family buiness, and i will tell everyone i know not to use that cvs, , , bocoted until ulimite changes are done, lets hope someone takes this as a wake up call, and really does something about this your your...

Why does CVS Pharmacy never go into the computer and look to see if there are refills or scripts on file for patients. They always send a request to Doctor and the Docs always tell them " look you knuckleheads they have refills!" Is their computer system that bad that they can't see refills! I will never go back to CVS because they like to waste the time of the consumer and the Docs!...

I work for a marketing company as a rep for local cvs stores. When i complained to a district manager at CVS for poor treatment at a particular cvs store where i was mistreated where i felt store employees where being racist and uncooperative towards me... i was told the manager would try to resolve the complaint at store level. After a week went by my company disabled my reporting portal and didnt tell me why and when i tried to contact the company they didnt answer. I was basically fired without any prewarning or even anyone saying anything to me or calling or emailing me as to why.i was fired....

I've been working at CVS for a little over a year now. I was fully trained in photo, I'm a cashier, and I've gone through two store managers. My last store manager literally did not listen to me at all. I'm a full time student who went to school 4 days a week. He'd schedule me on when I was in class, making me leave class early or skip class just to be at work on time. I sat with him numerous amounts of time to tell him and he said he was sorry and fix it and never did. I would have to talk to my professors and go in on my own time to make up tests and work that i missed...

CVS pharmacy at the Longview location has really stepped up their service in the past few months all employees are very polite and helpful. When I realized I was over charged I went to the front register, this was my big mistake!!The manager Mandie Parker at the front of the store is a young female who is very very rude she was standing on a top display decorating for Christmas yelling down at me that I was wrong about pricing on Dr.Pepper..I told her it is tagged at 88 cents, she said No you are wrong over and over, she finally got down and walked over to the Sale Tag and said OH SOMEONE MUST HAVE...

I asked at the CVS Pharmacy "Where do I get a flu shot. A clerk who was doing nothing told me I had to get in a line of four to fill out an application. I did and it took twenty minutes just to get to the clerk..(So much for minute clinic) After I told the one clerk waiting on customers that I wanted a flu shot, she took my medicare card and then told me they ran out of flu shots. Why didn't the first clerk tell me instead of making me wait twenty minutes? It seems like the advertised "Come in any time" has turned into "Come in many times"....

I have chronic back problems and i take pain medication daily. I need my meds to function normally. This being said. I go see my doctor the day before she retires and get a new script with 3 refills until i can find a new doctor. I use cvs because walgreens wasnt accepting my insurance at the time, anyway i get my first prescription filled, which wasnt ready at the time promised and i waited in the store for over an hour waiting on that one, which isnt the worst of the problems, i get home with the medication and notice that they put refills will require authorization, I call the pharmacy and tell...
