Cricket Wireless Stay away from cricket wireless

Cricket customer service is the worse. I had a line reactivated and then moved to a new account. The rep charged me the $12.00 to reactive the phone and then realized that I had to many lines on that account so we moved the new line into a new account and I paid the monthly fee. The rep however did not move the $12.00 to the new account and because she did not do that my 5 lines were shut off for non payment due to the customer service reps fault. Now they want me to pay to restore all 5 lines when it was not my fault that they were shut off. This was no fault of mine and I have to pay the price for the mistate that there rep made. I have been with them for over 10 years and this is how they treat their faithful customers. People do not get a plan with cricket they do not care about you only the money.

Recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM CRICKET

Cricket Wireless Cricket should be called Dracula

This Cricket are bloodsuckers. They needle you for every nickel and dime, suspend your account if you are 1 day late with your payment, then overcharge you 18.00 late fee plus your required payment! I've had a Cricket phone for at least the past ten years and this is the first time I have ever been late with a payment and that was only because I changed bank cards and THIS is how I'm treated? Might be time to find another provider.

Recommendation: Unless your pockets are fat I'd recommend going with a cheaper company.

Contact Cricket Wireless’ customer service, explaining that this is your first late payment in ten years due to a bank card change, and request a waiver of the late fee as a long-time customer. If they refuse, consider switching to another provider with more lenient policies and share your feedback publicly to inform others of the issue.

I would like to say I'm very happy with my service. I went to the cricket store in Tuscaloosa alabama highway 69 south the sweet lady that worked there Indya was helpful & she is a very sweet young lady & takes her job very seriously. She is pleasant to talk to & very helpful. She deserves a raise. It's hard to find people like her anymore. I give this location & miss Indya 5 or more starting. God bless the sweet & helpful lady.

Cricket Wireless Customer service

Luz is an amazing worker, she was so kind to us (and my son).
Also she remembered my boyfriend and I, she was smiley and funny and was just very informative. She knew what she was talking about for sure! I am so happy she was our helper and we are so grateful that she remembered exactly what we were going to be coming back for today! She is so sweet and I hope to get her every singe time we come back in to pay our bill Some of the best customer service I have ever had. Thank you missy!

Cricket Wireless Amazing Workers

I want to give Jackie & Sam a Shout out at the store 1678 W 4100 S Salt Lake City, UT ***. Jackie is an amazing manager at this store she helped me get a new phone with a really great discount! And today was Sam's first day and he did very well. Jackie helped me out by giving me a really great discount on a new phone Thank you Jackie & Sam! It really made my Friday to leave with a new phone i really needed it. I would recommend this location to have Jackie & Sam to help you with your phone needs. Thank you again.

Cricket Wireless Best customer service experience

My friend told me about cricket phone, I went to Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and the girl was not so nice with me. I told my friend about the experience and she told me to go to Greenville, Michigan, after waiting 25 days I went to Greenville office and meet a super nice person named Candice, she help me transfer my phone number from straight talk to cricket, made sure know all the cricket policy's and what a great phone service cricket is. I had the best, no the greatest experience with any phone carrier. Candice was very helpful.

Cricket Wireless Enough Said

Cricket after tearing up a phone on my account, then refusing us upgrades we could afford, thanks to their bait and switch scheme. Display phones under $100 then refuse to sell them, "we only sell phones priced $100 and up" several reps told us that. One [censored] said "pay $100 for a phone and it will last you 100 years" I told him he was an idiot. Let's see hmm $375 plus taxes and fees to stay with Cricket or $90 for service plus taxes and fees plus 3 free $150 phones. Total cost $150. Yes, we switched to Metro PCS and you should too!

Im a trucker i had t mobile for 10 years bad coverage on back roads with t mobile i switch to cricket wireless no drop calls coverage where AT&T i went area t mobile has no coverage cricket wireless works grat plans i can get customer service great dial 0 to talk to live person im owned a business with cricket wireless i have coverage i keept my t mobile phone gsm Samsung galaxy s8 active works 100 % better on cricket wireless i kept my number also i have 4 lines business account with unlimited data $190 month its worth price ( cricket wireless great company)

Cricket Wireless Customer service help with phone warranty

I was told by the warranty company i needed to do two extra step to get my. Replacement phone. But ms. Anxora Addison called the company and gave store number and explainwd my. Situation. I was given wrong info and she walked me through it all. I was told they may have the affidavit i needed come to find out i dont need one. She was very help. I was very worried that i didn't look for application to compleye the paper wrk correctly. She was great.
And she help me with selecting the right phone for a additional line she wrote dwn everything i am older and forgetful. Thanks ms Andorra

Cricket Wireless Customer service is terrible

I was 2 days late on bill. I went to the cricket store and was told I would have to have a new phone number and they did not tell me I would have to re-apply for ACP again,that was in May at the same time I signed up for auto pay. In June I was billed $90.00 it was removed from my account when it should have been $30.00. I called to found out they never cancelled the old line and was charging me for 2 lines instead of one and they had removed the ACP account. I call customer service and was told there wouldn't be a bill for 2 months, but that was wrong. I got another bill. I called again and was told to contact my bank, I did. The bank put the money back. Now my phone has been turned off and they are saying I owe $70.00. If they don't get this right I will contact my Attorney General. The customer service is terrible.

Cricket Wireless Customer Service

I went to Cricket to purchase a new phone. I already have Cricket service. It was very crowded on the Saturday I went and had to wait in line ***@5-10 minutes. Numerous people kept coming in. I met with Johnny. I am older, very technically challenged and get frustrated easily with technology. Johnny walked me through all iPhones available. I am on limited income and he did not try to upsell me to a more expensive phone. He asked many questions about how I use my phone. We finally selected a phone. He guided me in purchasing a case and screen protector combination which saved me a lot of money. In transferring my data from my old phone to my new phone, I forgot my Apple ID and started to get very impatient. Johnny calmly stated he would guide me through the whole process which he did. It took almost 2 hours to transfer all my data. I have trouble standing and Johnny found a chair for me to sit on while it was transferring. It took a lot of time but he kept helping other customers but kept coming back to me stating how the transfer was progressing and how much time was remaining. It finally was completed and I left the store to discover my apps were not downloading. I returned to the store very frustrated at this point after all the time I had spent in the store. Johnny helped me again by resetting some things on my phone to get my apps to download faster. THIS is why I continue to use Cricket. Your store was slammed on this day with 3 employees working but each customer was given undivided, individualized attention. I was never looked down upon for my lack of technology savvy but supported and encouraged through the whole process. Unfortunately, customer service is a dying art in today's retail sales market. NOT the case at this Fond du Lac location. Kudos to Johnny and the Fond du Lac team. This was superb customer service and I will never go anywhere else for service but Cricket. Keep up the good work. Fond du Lac is a leader in providing help to ALL kinds of customers!

Cricket Wireless excellent way to steal people's money.

I am enrolled in the ACP program do to a low income at the moment, on November 2023 the bank detected unusual transactions on my accounts so automatically blocks everything, my cricket payments are due on the 20th of each month so by that time i have this bank issue and i am trying to pay with my cricket application already logged in and trying to enter another payment method and this trash is asking me for my password and pin to make changes or make the payment, i always forget a lot of things because my personal problems that i am going through right now and then i try to talk to somebody by calling 611 with my phone but just the automated voice system and the same questions were asked, and when I used my wife’s cellphone and called 611 automated system came up and I was able to make the payment without any problem just following the steps entering my name and card information and it went through without asking for any pin or password, four or five days later I called 611 to make a complaint about this nonsense (if I am in my app on my own phone this trash don’t accept my payment but using a different phone it goes thru right away) but they were just giving me the run around.

In my opinion I think they do this on purpose to over charge and to take advantage of people I’ve been a customer for over seven years without missing any payments and this is how they responded to the minimum mistake and they have to do this when I am broke do to a disability, this is not fair they stole $20

Cricket Wireless Mobile phone; internet; upgrades

I have been calling crickets ever since I have this phone fir over a year. Everytime you want to speak to someone or see someone they want you to pay. My apps and upgrades aee necessary for me to have because of school, work, volunteer servive. I had to drop out of school because system would not upgrade and could do the verification. I could make payments online. Part my job work uses different and the internet we have connect and security. My line has hit with alot if spam that I have blocked and reported.I do ARC. Volunteer work and having problems with the apps and them contacting me in emergencies.I asked do I need to reset the phone and no one would answer me. I have problems payiny my bill on your online site. I have to insert information multiple times.

Claimed loss: My biggest lose is with school. I am a Nurse and was going to attend classes at gateway. Due to the system no being able to upgrade my verification did not go through because I am still on the old system.

Desired outcome: I seem to need a new phone since cricket can not fix this problem. Plus, the custumer service needs professional training. They do not seem to care about the customers.

Cricket Wireless New phone activation by store personnel

I went to the Cricket Wireless store in St. Ann, MO for a replacement phone. I had used their phone service for around 5 years. I paid cash for the phone and activation fee. The store personnel could not transfer my contacts from the old phone to the new one, so it was useless to me. He tried contacting customer support with no resolution. I left the store and both phones with the employee for 2 hours so that he could resolve the problem, with no success. He then berated me for not buying an insurance plan (which would have had no effect on his ability to transfer my contacts). He mocked me for having such a cheap phone (which I bought at that same store). Since I could not use the phone without contacts. I chose not to purchase it. Cricket Wireless refused to refund my activation fee for a phone that they could not properly set up and that did not leave the store.

I went to consumer cellular with my old phone the same day. They sold me a phone, plan and transferred my contacts within 1/2 hour.

2 words to the wise. The young punk employees do not know what they are talking about or doing. Never pay cash.

Claimed loss: $30 activation fee refund and about 4 hours of my time at $28.85/hour ($115.38)

Desired outcome: Refund of $145.38

I paid my entire bill ordered a new phone with a new line. Double checked with them that they sent it to my new residence instead of my old. They assured me it was coming to my new address. It was wrong. They sent it to my old address. And it was returned. Now they turned my service off demanding that I repay my service to start over from today except it's not due yet and your not I'm not getting these couple of weeks plus 4 more. So there taking my already paid service away. Claiming they did a payment reversal that my bank statements do not reflect. And that's because I didn't get it. So they won't refund any of my money or turn my services on. Basically robbing me.

Claimed loss: I lost a whole nights wages $130 plus the bill which is $110 plus the $51.87 for the new line and phone.

Desired outcome: My service restored and my new line and new phone ready and available for pick up at my nearest store.

Cricket Wireless BRIDGE payment

Call 1800 cricket on 1/21/22 @ 2:29pm, to make a 2nd bridge payment on my account. The business was closed, so decided to go back and used the automation service to make the payment. because if you don't pay by 11:59pm YOUR SERVICE IS OFF AT 12.05AM!

The instruction is listed below in a text message the system sent me.

The system ASKED me if I want to pay full amount of $68 or make a 2nd bridge payment. I press option 1 for 2nd bridge payment and the SYSTEM told me what to pay ($35). Which I did plus $5 for the auto service. so on TODAY 1/22/24 @ 10am, my service is off. I call the1800- # again and was told the system took my payment as a REGULAR bill payment. which is not a complete payment of the $68.

ITS NOT MY FAULT HOW THE SYSTEM DECIDED TO APPLY THE PAYMENT. I know I chose 2nd BRIDGE payment. NO MANGER CAN TURN MY PHONE BACK ON? They are asking me for the FULL payment today. If I had it, I would have PAID IN FULL ON 1/21/24.

ME: My name is Angie and my sim card has been cloned and criminals are intercepting my calls and texts and emails, incoming and outgoing. Can you do anything to stop them?

CRICKET: I regret to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your hacked account. Your outreach regarding this matter is greatly appreciated. Recognizing the significance of maintaining operational services for our customers, I am eager to provide you with assistance today.

ME: ok...it's really bad... This isn't the first phone number that they've done this to and I really don't think you will be able to stop them. ...when I register for a service, and log back in, I get a message all the time that my own device is a 2nd login!

And they will try to open another line on my account and put me as a child or secondary account holder.

One line is all that should ever be on my account...one person...one line.

CRICKET: Im really sorry to know that, have you registered to any site or application recently?

ME: I registered for Text broker today and submitted a writing article...first red flag when I logged back in and it said there was a log in from a new device. I see this message often but was never sure what to do.

Then I got a weird email back from text broker and I just know they did not write it.

CRICKET: Thank you for the information, my suggestion will be changing your phone number and you will be good to go.

ME: I think I sent the article and someone made it look like I was using a different IP... Then when I logged back in it said I was using a different device but I don't have a desktop computer. Just one android I got from cricket

Really? That will fix it? But there is a charge right?

CRICKET: Yes, that's right, there's a charge of $15.00 that is needed for changing the number.

ME: I don't have that of course. Is there anything else you can do to secure my account?

What about esim?

CRICKET: If you will convert the physical SIM into e-SIM, this will not impact your phone number at all

ME: Can you do something to make sure That there is not more than one line on my account?

CRICKET: Iunderstand by changing the number your number will be de-register from other site/application.

ME: I don't want to change the number.

I want you to secure my account and make sure there is only ONE LINE EVER

No additional lines added to my account...only the original one ...simple...ok?

CRICKET: I get what and this could be your old number however, if the hacker will be having this phone number in his account/ phone he will be easily able to empty your bank or may get other information using your phone number.

ME: What do you suggest I do?

CRICKET: Yes, I can see that you have one line in the account and for the security purpose, let me help you with resetting the account passcode and Cricket account password too.

My suggestion will be changing the number to avoid any major loss of your personal information and money.

ME: How will changing the number help again please?

CRICKET: If you will change the number, the hacker will no more have access to your account/ personal information.

Yes, I am aware about SIM cloning and you can put a SIM lock in your phone, covert the SIM to e-SIM and then change your number.

Once that is done, we will change your account password and passcode too.

ME: And that will stop the hacker that has my cloned sim?

Cricket Wireless Prepaid balance theft

I have had a credit balance of $114 dollars with cricket wireless since September 2020 and I have also been enrolled in the Affordable conductivity plan and eligible for lifeline before that.I called them the last 3 months to give them and ACP application ID # approval 3 times due to the numerous email and text reminders they send to recertify.My last call was in October 2023,I rechecked and verify they had all the billing approval information and everything was verified but hem and they resurgence they had everything they needed for the next 12 month

Claimed loss: $30 and 5 -6 hours of calling to resolve issues

Desired outcome: $114 refund

Cricket Wireless Cricket customer service and chat

Called Cricket on a Sunday and the customer service was not available of course...and I went to my Cricket app to chat with an agent so I start the chat and the guy name is Anthony he was very polite and attentive and I was in a difficult situation so I explained it to him I initially got a bridge pay and then I got an extended bridge pay so that left me with a balance of $26 because I have two lines.

Well I couldn't pay the balance and I was in a very difficult situation so Anthony work very hard to get me a $15 credit he asked me if I can pay the $11 and I told him that I would try to come up with the money and I did I specifically asked him do I have to call back or what do I have to do so it won't be any confusion once I pay the $11 he assured me don't worry the $15 credit has been applied you won't be disconnected you pay the $11 and that's it's so that's what I did I came up with the money I paid it the next day I was disconnected so I called and they would not help me they would not connect me saying that the credit wasn't applied but it wasn't my fault the agent reassured me that it would be applied and they try to charge me the whole amount no matter what I say or proof I had it's horrible customer service the people you barely can understand and they are non-sympathetic to anything they had everything in their notes and they still wouldn't help me so as of today I'm changing my service because I have never been late or been in this situation it was their fault and they still would not acknowledge it

Cricket Wireless Personal issue with employee

On Nov 13, 2023, my phone line was suspended 2 days before the payment due date. The reason was because my device was “reported stolen” however, it was not, and the following morning on Nov 14, 2023, the customer service representative said that it was in fact, NOT reported stolen and immediately restored service. I also have a second line that was conveniently NOT affected by this matter. Upon checking my Cricket Wireless account online prior to calling, my device read “Apple IPhone 5s” IMEI [protected] which was not something I had ever had for a phone. I happen to have a small personal discrepancy with an employee at Cricket whom I happened to be in correspondence with just before this issue occurred. I would like to have this further investigated, and have any information regarding this sent to me in email or via telephone. This is not funny in any way, as it cause me to piss $200+ in wages that evening due to not being able to deliver via door dash, where I am employed, as well as nearly losing my position entirely. Please help me resolve this issue as I do not want this happening to anyone else, as I take this extremely seriously. I will be more than eager to provide all necessary information on this employee, in order to conduct a thorough investigation of this matter, upon receipt of this message/complaint, to whom it may concern. Desired outcome: Loss of position and/or suspension would be ideal. However, I am mostly concerned with my nearly lost job position DoorDash which was 1 night of work, $200 minimum in hourly wages +tips, and gas mileage reimbursement.

Cricket Wireless Prize won but unable to get

Good afternoon, our city held a Hispanic festival on 9/30 I believe in Augusta GA. The Cricket Wireless booth was holding a raffle, I purchased 10 tickets at $1.00 a ticket. As I was in my car leaving I received a message I won a toaster. I was told by unsure of the name but she is the lady who called to say I had won. Well I have been trying to retreive my toaster since then. I have called 4 different stores in my area, and I have been getting the run around, nobody seems to know where it is or how I can get my toaster. Im reaching today, because today was the last straw. I have contacted the North Augusta Store the Aiken Store The Deans Bridge Road store and the Hephzibah store, with no luck in getting my toaster.The Hephzibah store which I just called today, 10/25, the 1st lady placed me on hold for about 7 minutes, all of a sudden the phone disconnects, call right back and a different sales lady answers the phone, I state the reason for my call and the other saleslady hung up on my, OH MY GOD she was so rude like I did something wrong by attempting to get a gift I won from your raffle. I need help with this matter.

Cricket Wireless My Bill

Greetings. On the 18th of this month, I paid my bill in full. $60.00. On the 19th, my service was disconnected and I was told my bill was not paid. The transaction shows up clearly on my bank statement. I tried to contact by chat and phone endlessly and gave up. I paid $25.00 towards Bridge Pay just to get my service back. I finally got someone of the phone today and he insisted that my payment did not go through on the 18th. To avoid getting disconnected again today, I put another $25.00 towards bridge pay. What is going on?

Cricket Wireless Not fixing the issue with my caller ID

I have been calling Cricket for months trying to get them to correct the name on my caller ID. It has had three different names that come up on the caller ID and none of them is mine. They kept sending me links to Hiya and Hiya keep telling to that it will fall off and it hasn't. The last time that I contacted Hiya (after a couple of work orders) they informed me that it is correct on their end and it needs to be corrected with Cricket. When I contacted Cricket again the guy that I was talking too overlooked what I was telling him and still sent me the link again after I told him I didn't want it. That was very rude and very unprofessional. Clearly I could see that he was unconcern about my issue. His attitude was well I don't know what to tell you.

I have been with this company for a long time and I never been late or missed a payment and I am beginning to think that it is time to change . All I asked was to get the correct name on the caller ID and it seems like they can't do that. :(

Desired outcome: I would love to be appreciated and felt like Cricket cared about me and my concerns and I want the right name on the caller ID (my name )

Cricket Wireless The phone cricket in Bluffton sold me does not perform as guaranteed

On August 16th cricket in Bluffton South Carolina sold me a phone. It does not hold the typical SIM card I was promised it could work without it. I am unable to retrieve the data from my other phone I had to buy an additional cable because that he said that would fix a problem. I've been in the cricket three or four times since to try to resolve this issue to no avail basically they have told me to find a different phone company because I have no choice but to use this phone for the next year. The data on my other phone is very important to me and despite the fact that I haven't purchased a new phone in 5 years I can either return nor utilize their program to get another phone. Despite the fact.

Despite having called cricket customer service where I was insured assured that I could go in and replace the phone at the same rate this one was purchased at something about it new phone price or something. People in cricket then held a private conversation in language I don't understand and basically told me I'd be happier somewhere else with another company in other words. I didn't want to return the phone or the $120 worth of accessories they sold me for it for a refund I just wanted to be able to buy a different phone that worked as I was promised by the people at cricket customer service.

Since it was the fourth time I've been in the store and they had no other overpriced accessories they could sell me they were rude inconsiderate and kept moving me to the back of the line until finally the store closed.

At this point I attempted to recontact cricket customer service and was given over to a texting service that I'm pretty sure was a robot with pre-recorded answers. So I now have a phone that gets very poor reception turns on and off on its own drops calls as well as interrupts almost every app I try to use and most importantly does not allow me any access to the very important information contained on my other phone because I can't put a chip in it. In that I'm experiencing health problems my veterans administration data is now lost I don't have the individual's names or phone numbers or anything to try to pursue remedies to my health problems. Problems that are getting worse and are aggravated by this joke almost everyday dealing with cricket.

I made it very clear to them when I purchased the phone that I needed to be able to retrieve the data from my phone my old phone which for some reason just literally came unglued can't explain that one. And was promised I would be able to. When I attempted to do this with the special chords that they said were now common and they're not they also said one would be included with the phone which it was not and the frustration of trying to figure out what they meant because I had the wrong cord. Both these phones came from cricket and they were supposed to be compatible with each other supposedly. I'm not talking about one Android and one apple they're both Androids but the new one is terrible it's the only word I can think of. It doesn't seem to work right or do anything the same I also made it clear I needed to have the ability to do a Wi-Fi hotspot so I can connect my security system to my phone when I was near my work. This if it does do it I can't figure out how.

The manager at The cricket in Bluffton then sold me another cord for 20 bucks 20 plus dollars because he told me I had lost the one that came with it which I guess was possible because I didn't recognize the court he sold me. However when I got to the house I found the cord that came with the phone and it was nothing like what he said it was a standard USB with a type c and that was no way to hook it to between two phones. So he then played on my lack of tech savvy or whatever to make me feel like I was just too stupid to figure it out. Having spent another $35 on accessories I attempted for hours to try to do what he was saying to do with the two phones and never recovered a bit of data very important data that I have to have and I don't know what I'm going to do but I'm going to stay on this. Anyway the man was supposed to sell me another Motorola phone today it's Sunday memorial Day and it was written in my file and it was all worked out with cricket and he just basically just blew me off he wouldn't talk to me he put me to one of his underlings they disgust me extensively and some foreign language that I don't understand laughed jokes and basically told me I'd be happier with somewhere else. Which would be fine except that I've now spent another 300 bucks on a phone and phone service that doesn't work and apparently is never going to work and that I don't have a remedy unless I wait another year to trade my phone in or whatever they do with them. I was willing to accept that part and just buy a new phone but they won't even sell me the phone as as directed by customer service. I'm guessing there's no incentive for them to do so in other words they don't get to rape me over the calls for a bunch of stuff I don't need. I'll need a phone a screen protector a case and possibly another sim card.

In conclusion the phone which cricket sold me apparently under their own brand name does not perform as promised. It does not do function as promised it doesn't have the capabilities I was read to believe it would have and it has failed to perform up to any reasonable expectation. On top of the phone I've been sold 100 plus dollars worth of accessories which will not function on any other phone they made that clear. So I feel that I should be afforded some kind of protection against a defective product if it's returned with the receipts and all that stuff within a timely manner and we are talking hours not days which I began the pursuit to try to fix this problem. I was in there on the 18th the 23rd I talked to cricket on the phone two or three times and I've called that text line which is a joke at least six times. Not only is there behavior rude I was made to feel that because I'm white I'm stupid and shouldn't be spoken to in a language which I understand. I really feel that the customer service in at cricket in Bluffton has been terrible. The other phone which I bought at a different cricket thing also had several problems with the charging ports and screen not working right and other stuff which I had close to $300 on two different occasions just in repairs. And then in the end it literally came on glued the screen popped off one way the main body of the phone was separate and the battery had pushed the back off. When I contacted the repair place they said I don't have to do is take the chip out and put it in my new phone and everything would be fine. They still sold me a phone that doesn't accept a chip and acted as if I was stupid for not having kept up with the technological advances in this piece of s*** phone they sold me. It is not technologically advanced it doesn't work half as well as the old one it's reception is terrible in the exact same places where my other one functioned perfectly. All my apps all my info on my data on my travel all of my customer service things on my Google stuff where I had rated companies all that's gone. The only thing I recovered the only thing I was able to recover was my Google account and he put in so many codes that I don't think if I switch phones I'll be able to remember them all or get to them he told me I needed to change all of my passwords and all this other stuff so I'm having a hard time working between the two phones I guess I don't know. They're arrogant they're disrespectful and there they are without a doubt the most rude people I've ever met. I'm especially tired of this making little jokes about me in a foreign language that I don't understand. I understand freedom of

speech but I don't like the idea of people slandering me in a foreign tongue I'm an honorably discharged Marine which they know and I have to get that VA information out of my phone please tell me what to do..

Cricket Wireless Phone Without Charger

Bought a phone and had it registerd and atavacated at the store lady put box in bag said your ready to go got home started to put phone on charge there was a cord with no charging device.Went back the next day they said had to buy charger seperate cost me wear and tear on vehicle.Still havent got a charger had to borrow a friends hell of a company hugh.

Cricket Wireless Bridge Pay

Help me to understand something. I could not pay the full bill of $110 so I signed for partial payments. To set up bridge pay, you must pay $70, then $50 7 days after. Ok cool. But I Hurricane Idalia was in my direct path where I live and I asked for an extension which in turn the customer service rep say, I would need to pay an additional $70. I said, "Sir, my remaining bill is $50 so why would I pay and extra $70?" He said sorry ' I don't make the rules" and processed to speak in another language. I said so if I pay the extra $70, I'm paying more than what my bill is so I should get a a credit, he says no. So my question is, where is the extra money going and why is there no corporate number for these types of calls instead of it going overseas? I feel that policy should be changed, but again there is absolutely no one to talk to.

Cricket Wireless Phone Service

We have been using this service for years now and have NEVER once been late on a payment. We have our payment set up on auto pay and the card we used was exp., we received a message from Cricket letting us know. This was 2 days before the payment was due, as soon as I got the message, I updated the card information. Got a text message from Cricket saying the Auto Pay for acct. is complete of [protected]... This morning 8/23 we woke up to having no service and our phones shut off. We had to pay a reactivation fee to have our service turned back on and our payment was not LATE! I called and got hung up on and then chatted and was told they couldn't do anything; we were late they say even though we were not. Shopping for a different service after this.

Cricket Wireless Billing & payment history

I have been reaching out to Cricket Wireless for copies of my previous Billing & Payment History for 2023 and have been told that because I am no longer an active client, I cannot have them.

I have called their Customer Support Line.

I have used their chat feature.

I have walked into a store.

Cricket Wireless Cricket cell phone service

The last four months of cricket service has been the worst I've ever had, It has

1... Dropped calls

2...Unable to make calls

3...Continues to lose signal

4... Constantly buffering

5...Takes hours to load a 10 minute video

6... Constantly flagged OFFLINE

7...Have reset system over 20 times, Same results..

8... Purchased 3 different Sim cards, same results..

9... Purchased New Phone, Same results..

10...Called 611 many times, Same results..

Still I've gotten no satisfaction from any customer service representative, and only credited for one Sim card...

Next month I'm switching to a competitive carrier and will never recommend cricket service to anyone...
