Cheapoair.com concealed critical information related to their flight package and resulted in horrible emotional and financial consequences for my family. Their deceiving and fraud business practices HAVE TO BE STOPPED BEFORE THEY HURT MORE CONSUMERS.

On July 29, 2011 we booked our trip from Detroit to New York thought the cheapoair.com website.
In couple hours we recognized that dates on returning flight where not right. We called phone given on this website and change the dates on reservations.
