Cell C - Bad service delivery and solving of technical problems

On tuesday evening at 20h00 i did
A balance check, approxiamately 8 hours of talk time, 300 sms’s and 600 mb of
Data were available. Wednesday morning
At 09h00 all were zeroed. Problem was
Reported to cell c at 10h00 and since then no suitalble solution were given and
Still waiting after 60 hours because the technical department apparantly could
Not resolve the problem.
We had to phone them several
Times a day and plea for a response, evertime referred to a new call centre
Agent and team leader.

The wrong phones were delivered to me on the 5th
of May 2014. I phoned them within the 7 days to collect, and I am still waiting
today is the 30th of June already, I posted a complaint on hello peter
and a guy by the name of Derik phoned me telling my they would collect the
following day, when I phone in to speak to him they tell me that they can’t put
me through to him and that he will phone me back that was last week and still
nothing. They are taking their money but I am not allowed to use the phones because
I am still waiting for collection....

I did an upgrade and was told that my contract will include BIS and sine November 2013 they been billing me for it, I have been trying to sort this out since then, to ate the call centre cannot get anything right, they are incompetent and if ask for a manager they just give you their buddy sitting next to them, I had a passing of my sister 24th May 2014 MY CELL PHONE LINE WAS SUSPENDED I WAS ON THE line with Call Centre after 12 am as i needed to call my family members but no they said I never paid my account so it had to remain suspended why bse cell c billed me for BIS again every month it has...

I just received a SMS that a Debit Order of R430.00 went off my bank account for a upgrade that I never done, spoke to customer agent and she tells me I took a upgrade the 4th of feb 2014 and I did not I actually cancelled 1 contract in January 2014 why would I take another contract out if I cancelled 1 really. So I visited the store today at 14:45 because they've issued me with a second 'brand new defective mobile' I took a contract on 27/02/14-informed the store that the microphone wasn't working-only received a new mobile on 19/03/14 that's 21days without a mobile! The 'new mobile' now has a defective loudspeaker, that was my reason to visit the store today. I have two contacts with cell c, and there is always problems with them. In the first place my contract are top up m contracts and not open lines. For one or other reason I sometimes get billed exstra. I have paid my account on 29 December 2013 R370.00 for both contracts and on the 08 Jan 2014 the deactivated my lines. In October 2013, I had problems with the handset, was told to take it in for repairs, 21 days later got the phone back and after a week experienced the same problems. I was told to hand it in again and 2 weeks later was told I will be getting a new phone. Three months later I am having problems with this phone and also realised that it is a refurbished handset. The problems occurred within the guarantee period, why was I given a refurbished phone, I am paying a monthly fee that goes towards the payment of the handset which eventually becomes mine after 24months, and now I am given a 2nd hand phone....

1. We took a cell contract at cell c polokwane and after they packed every they said every is in the bag including the contract X only to find only cell phones. Since then I tried to get that contract but they say they gave us.
2 .On this contract nokia limit 920 I discovered thay the phone was book in for repair in Northern cape, that tells me I was given an old phone. In 8 months now this phone got stuck several times even though they gave me 3 new phones they all went off the same way
3 The phone is very hot even if it was not plug on the charger....

I bought a Galaxy Y-Pro
from Cell C and had absolutely no signal in my area (Triomf) since day
one, I phoned Customer Care hundreds of
times and none of the promises of sending out technicians etc were
fulfilled. Eventually on 8/6/2013 I
handed in the handset at the Cresta branch and Larry Mashua promised me that

Cell C - Handset not repaired / replaced

I took out a contract 1 June 2013. On 20 December 2013 I took the phone to Samsung as it was a Samsung. On 30 December 2013 they reported that they cannot repair it as it need to be replaced by Cell C. They phone was taken to Cell C 30 December 2013. It was booked in for repairs. On 15 January 2014 I received the phone from Cell C. All they did was a software update. A day later the phone gave the same problem and on 17 January 2014 it was again taken to Cell C. I am reallly unhappy with the service received from Cell C, i logged a query since I was charged for almost 3g of data that I did not used. The consultant advised that I downloaded something on blackberry. How is that possible since I am using a Samsung galaxy s3 phone, they were alos unable to advise me what was downloaded. I requested contact details of the Ombudsman to report the incident due to the fact that I could not be advise what I have downloaded and I must pay for it. The service is poor, poor, poor!!! I recharged via cellphone banking and the bank sent a message to show the money had been deducted from my account, but didn't receive my airtime now the help desk is telling me about scanning and emailing a bank statement and fax as proof of purchase! Did I mention that its cellphone banking now I have to go through all this trouble not all of us have access to fax and scan machines that means I have to use the public one and pay for those services out of my own pocket for something that is not my fault.how exactly is this helping me its like having to buy the same voucher only paying twice...

I am struggling with Cell C since February 2013 to sort out an account which is according to Cell C, in "arrears". In short: Cell C don't want to cancel my contract which I cancelled on the 20th August 2013 already and which was supposed to end on 20 September 2013. According to Cell C I am in arrears. I am just about fed up with Cell C customer service. I was contacted by a Cell C sales person and offered a new deal: A Samsung P5200 Tab 3 on Smartdatapostpaid 1GB 24 Months at R349 pm X 24.

I accepted the offer but informed them that I am going on holiday. They were instructed to deliver the package before the 11th of November or wait till I come back. They ignored my instructions and try and deliver this package 3 times at my home while I was away. I then contacted Cell C again and told them that I will be back on the 25th of Nov at work and they must deliver the package then....

Cell C customer service is a ongoing dissapointment. My cellphone was paid on 08.10.2013. I have mailed and faxed the proof of payment that was a internet transfer numerouis times. On the 15 th the could still not pic my payment up. I faxed it again. Everytime I phone cell c somebody else assist me, a few of their staff members can pic the payment up and if you [hone the next day then they cant seem to find the payment again.

I went to Cell C last week to apply for a new contract. The assistant was helpful, he asked for all the necessary documents and called the authorization office to verify. They asked for my MTN contract statement to verify my credit record. He told me to bring the statement when the phone is available in stock. I got a call from him on Sunday morning to say the stock was available.
