Cabelas in Richfield, Wisconsin once again ran a sales add and didn't have product. I went in first thing as they opened on day of sale, Feb 5th. I asked for the gun advertised, told by Steve it was sold out! "Sold Out", you been open 30 seconds and I am first person in store. I was told to come back later, had guns in back to check in yet. I purchased a man's vest online as a Christmas gift. It was shipped promptly but I returned it because it was not the kind of vest my husband wanted. There was a return shipping label inside the box with a note that $7.50 would be deducted from the price of the refund. When I got the notice that they were going to refund my money, they deducted the $7.50 from the purchase price of the item, and did not refund any of the shipping charges. Went to Cabelas in Glendale AZ to Purchase a fire arm Waited at gun Counter ONE AND A HALF HOURS Because og people cutting in front of me and the sales clerk would actually wait on them! Bought the gun went to check out line waited another 1 hour and 10 mins only to be told that I had a four day wait to pick gun up. receive poor sevice from the gun library. while looking a gun I was ready to purchase the sales rep would answer any questions about the gun. He went on to tell me not to pull the trigger, or rack the slide as this was not good for the gun. He was very rude and told me that I was taking too much time to make a decision to buy. I have purchased several products from cabelas in fort worth, along with several guns. I have always received good service before, but with the attitude of this employee I was so upset that I will look to other gun stores from now on....

I ordered a product from cabelas 9 months ago and they still haven't sent it I keep getting the run around ranging from they would sent me a gift card for value of product and sending the card to the wrong place to losing order and payment in computer so I'm going to try and find a lawyer to do a contingency basis class action lawsuit anyone interested in joining lawsuit can email me at seannamae@msn.com please leave your email address and possible second way of contacting you....

I have bought several hundred dollars of giftcards from the local grocery store (QFC) Actually around $800 so far. and have recipts to prove it. I spent them at Cabelas and never recieved any Club Rewards. I buy 1 or 2 cards evertime I go through the line at the store. Then once at christmas time, our neighbors carpool to Lacey Wa to buy stuff. So I called the customer service and they said that they don't give points when redeming the gift cards. She said that if you purchase a gift card from the store then you get points for buying the gift cards so they can't give points when you spend...

I have found that representatives from this company are dishonest when stating facts. I had a cabela's visa and have been making my monthly payments. I make my payments online and according to there corporate office they are able to see all payments wnen they are processed. I reviewed my payment history and the day after I made the payment and the payment shows processed they will call and ask when are you making your payment. I do admit that the last 2 payments were a few days late but the payments are being made monthly. The corporate office stated that they can see the payments when they...

Missleading the Consumer to get the Credit line they offer, , you make payments on time Every month, Not late, so you can accumulate points, when they review the account, the NEVER take into consideration your payment history only points by an outside credit agency.

Also the Points towards merchandise your suppose to get is Canceled when they cancel you.. obviousely they don't want to live up to what they Promiss the Ignorant consumer, they are out for themselve's to hell with the Consumer....

Don't do business with them. They offered a good deal online. Afther the purchase, they provided a tracking no., but never shipped the merchandise. When I called in, they tried to find different reasons to cancel my orders. Bad business. Stay away!!!...

I have been burned again and the last by Cabela's club visa. I was hit with the 0% interest thing my self. I also recieved a letter in the mail from them it read. Due to information obtained from your credit report we have decided to cancel your Cabela's credit card account. I haver contacted them and I got the old switch and drop phonr tag. I received a letter in the mail from Cabela's stating that they were decreasing my credit. When I called they said it was because I was three times late in the past year and there is nothing they can do about it. I am a busy person and paying the late fee was no big deal to me. Yes...I was late but I paid four times the minimum amount due. I am no dead beat and I "ALWAYS" pay way over the minimum amount due. So, by reducing my credit it appears my card is almost maxed out. They are not customer friendly and do not look at a customer's history thoroughly. Every year I buy approx. $400.00+...

I had been a long standing customer of theirs for years and have a small balance on our credit card. Recently due to the economy, I had to take a pay cut, our buisness has dropped to litterally zero and my wife has not been able to find work, we had been late on a couple of OTHER credit cards, but not Cabelas. In fact until this year we NEVER had been late on any bill, EVER. So what does Cabela's do? Raise our rates to 21% from 9.9%. Talk about getting kicked in the teeth when you are already down! So I decided to take care of the companies that were working with us to help us out of this situation....

Several things have been noticed lately.
1) Removal of their long time no questions asked returned policy with an extended warranty policy. If you buy this policy and use the service it is good for only one year and may negate the manufacturers lifetime warranty because the items do not go to the manufacturer for service.
2) Quality. Chinese made products especially the Cabelas rifle scopes are of appallingly low quality. Horrible optical distortion-junk. The Cabelas Trekker bow case is thin plastic over cardboard with aliminum edging for over $100! The Doublr Bull Blinds which made...

I have got to order one time threw BILL me Later and ever since I have be turn down threw the other stores ! What kind of scam are you running ? You all make it sound so good and somebody and then you continue to turn me down. This is fraud and I will go higher up to see that this dont happen to me ever again ! You all need to make things right to the customers that you false advertisement to ! How can companies like you live with themselves knowing what you are doing to your CUSTOMERS ?...
