I personally visited the Windsor/SR office in Northern California for my dental implants, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. The staff, from the front office to Dr. "Tad" himself, were all incredibly empathetic, supportive, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.

It's been over a year since my implants were put in, and they're still in perfect condition. I'm so grateful to AffordableDentures for giving me back my smile and my confidence. If you're in need of dental work, I highly recommend giving them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

AffordableDentures is not what it seems. It's more like a factory than a dental service. They treat you like a number and don't care about your needs. They will even lie to protect themselves. I started the process of getting "snap on" dentures in October of 2022 and still don't have any teeth! They promised me teeth that were both attractive and functional, but that was a lie. After my procedure, I was given upper teeth that were so big I couldn't even close my mouth around them. The bottom teeth didn't fit at all. I complained to the dentist and the technicians, but no one listened. I had to keep going back for liners that didn't help. Finally, I demanded that they remake my teeth.

When I saw the supervisor at the lab, he took one look at me and said, "those are big teeth that you have." He promised to work on them personally the next day, but when I went back, he wasn't there. I sent pictures of my teeth to the lab, but when they came back, they were still buck. They wanted me to sign off on them, but I refused. They told me that if I didn't take them, I would have to leave without any teeth. They even threatened to charge me an additional $500 to redo them. I felt like I was under duress and had no choice but to take them.

I have never been so embarrassed in my life. People stare at my teeth because I can't pronounce my words and I'm constantly battling to keep them from falling out. I have to pull my upper lip out with my finger and can't wear lipstick because my teeth stay colored. I take my teeth out to eat at restaurants because they're too big and I can't eat with them. The glue for the teeth makes me so thirsty, but if I drink something, they loosen up. I got a second opinion and the dentist told me that he would never let someone leave looking like that. He said that the overbite was too big and that I would never be able to eat with them. He also said that the teeth themselves were too long and pointy, like a vampire's.

AffordableDentures is a terrible place to go for dental work. They don't care about their patients and will do anything to protect themselves. They don't listen to your needs and will lie to you. They make teeth that are too big and don't fit properly. They even threaten to charge you more money if you complain. I have black mold on my dentures and my left ear and jaw are killing me. I wish I had known all of this before I went. I beg you, please don't go to AffordableDentures. There are cheaper places with better quality.

I went in for surgery. I had a appointment at one. They called me to come in asp I had to rush to get there made it about eleven. I had to pay beforehand that is normal. She told me what to pay gave her my card I thought she said 6067.00 and my card will only do 6000.00 at a time so I had a hundred so I said I will pay the 67dollars. She did not correct me she said we all have had are oats this morning and still did not explain it to me. The other lady that was in there smirked. I called the office manager an Thursday August 24 and it is Monday 28 I have not received a call yet. They need to be more professional and apologies to me. I don’t won’t her to get fired I just won’t her to be more respectful to the customers.

On or about February 2022 I went to Affordable Dentures in Tulsa Hills. They took impressions and x-rays. I was told it would be a couple of weeks and I would get screws for the 2 implants I needed. They sent me to the Jenks location to get the studs put in. My appointment was at 2:20 and when I arrived at the Tulsa Hills location "Arthur" (office manager) said, "you are supposed to be at the Jenks location". Nobody told me that. He gave me instructions on how to get there, which, by the way, were incorrect and I was lost. I was 10 min late arriving for my appointment. They were going to charge me $300 for one valium to relax me for the procedure and I told him no thanks I would provide my own medication. I sat in the waiting room for 4 hrs before they took me back. First girl in said, "which teeth are we extracting?" to which I replied, "no extractions I getting teeth not getting them pulled"... the dentist finally came in to deaden my mouth and he asked me the same question, "which teeth are we extracting?" and I told him the same thing, "no extractions I getting teeth not getting them pulled." He then proceeded to put the screws in my mouth (one on each side so my whole mouth was dead. I finally got out of there at 7:10 PM after being there almost 5 hrs. I should have gotten up and walked out but I had too much time invested in that appointment to start over another day.

During the following months I waited for my bones to heal and hold the screws. Finally they started calling me to come in for more impressions. I had to do this 4 or 5 times. When I asked why I had to come so many times (taking off work) and he said, "the lab didn't do a good job on the teeth so we have to reorder" this went on until September or October when Arthur called or texted to say I could come and get them installed. I took a day of vacation and that morning at 6:40 AM Arthur texted me to say, "we don't have a dentist today so I have to postpone"... another wasted day. By now, I have driven out there at least 7 or more times. Every SINGLE time he texted me it was more lies about why the teeth weren't there. They do not have a dentist there full time some guy from Bristow comes in as needed I guess.

Now it has been a year and I still don't have the teeth but the screws are in my mouth. When I complained he refunded me my part which was $2,000 and it took a month to get that check, "coming from corporate" was all I got. Finally when the check arrived they would not mail it but made me drive out there, again, and he wasn't even there when I got there.

I have called Delta Dental (my insurance) to explain what happened and they need to get their money back because I still need the implants and will have to go somewhere else. I don't know if they got their money.

At this point Arthur will not answer the phone or text messages. Since this has happened to me I have talked to other people that used them and their experiences were not good either so this is clearly a pattern of unprofessionalism and fraud. In fact, I work with a gentleman that paid them $35,000 cash (no credit no insurance) and it's been over a year and his teeth are now breaking off. He got a lot of work done.

This has been nothing but a disaster from about month 2 or 3. I am a senior citizen (76) and don't know if it is just me or they treat other older people like they have treated me. Disappointed doesn't begin to cover it. He said I would still get my teeth but that hasn't happened so I'm done and going somewhere else and hope my insurance pays their part or I cannot afford to get them.

This is my second attempt to have this problem resolved. I got my full set of dentures in 2019 and the top denture has never fit right. They were relined once by the Scott, LA office where I purchased them at no charge. Now I am told that I have to pay to have them relined and also for pay for new gaskets for the snap in bottoms which up till this point were no charge. I paid $8,000.00 for these dentures. The immediate dentures I can never wear again because they are way too big and now these top dentures keep falling out after every meal even with denutre adhesive cream!

I have been trying to take care of this problem for around 3 years Now they just contacted me with an insulting settlement.

MY dental work was not completed and now I have to find a dentist that will have to pull out the two pins and start over again because the pin are not not where they should be. I have had another dentist exray my mouth

and he told me that the whole procedure would have to be redone and it would be around $7000.

I paid affordable dentures $7500 up front. and now they offered me $1900

to settle my claim. So now I have 2 pins that cannot be use and a crappy dental

plate they stuck in my mouth that was a tempory one that is ill fitting.

I just want them to be fare and give me at least $4000 so that I can get my dentures.

I went thought a lot of pain and suffering and also lost wages.

They need to be fare.

This Dentures have not fit since day one. They are too big. Very painful. The dentist has told me I have got to use adhesive. I have tried every adhesive that is available. The Dentures continues to be very ill fitting. Can not eat any thing with them. After using adhesive, I wait 30 min to eat. Clinched teeth in my mouth, very painful. Adhesive squeezes out all around the the edges. I have tried every thing. The staff changed considerably after I paid 3,199.00. Telling me that there is nothing they can do. I am scheduled for another adjustment on the 9th. They say I can not get all my money back even though they say 100% guaranteed. Please any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Affordable Dentures in Wichita Falls, Tx.

These employees are not compassionate, nor are they qualified to do this job. I was humiliated in front of other patients and will be filing a small claims lawsuit, for being mistreated and HIPPA violations, as my information was blatently yelled out by the employee who more or less didnt care about the situation, because they already got my money, they dont care.

I paid for the ultimate denture. The Friendswood, Tx office has attempted to pass off economy plus that don’t fit five times. The last time the tech said take the ill fitting, falling out of my mouth denture home because it would shrink. That was a lie. Now I’m back for 8:30 appointment and it is 10:15.. they have taken back people that came in quite some time after me. This is not first time. Ready to obtain lawyer and sue them!

I had my last 6 teeth on top extracted and 4 implants placed in November 2021. After waiting 6 months for my implants to be uncovered and my denture fitted.. it has not fit right. I've called the office I went to in Arlington Tennessee and have been back in several times, I have asked them to remake the denture. They just keep adding filling to the inside of it. I've called corporate and filled a complaint and was told that they would remake the denture. I went in and they did not they just did another hard reline. My teeth touch on the left side but not the right making it impossible to chew. The denture is very thick and I can not wear it more than an hour without being in severe pain. I paid almost 8 grand and still can't smile. I just want them remade properly or refund my money so I can go elsewhere and get a new pair made.

I called to make an appointment and they called me back so say that since I

I'm unhappy with them, They feel that I no longer need their services and I will be contacted their Attorney. That was over 2 Months ago. Did not hear anything

from their Attorney. I was told that I would get some money back.

I send a registered letter asking for my Medical Records, which by law they had 10 days to send my records, but it took them over a Month to send them'

They sent a whole lot of nonsense half that was not true.

I paid them up front for all of the procedures.

I am filing a complaint with The Florida Board of Dentistry.

This was my first and last time I will ever go to affordable dentures in Texarkana Texas. I was sold a set of economy dentures for a premium price. My old set was an economy set, and I had them for over 20 years. It was as if they just polished up the old set and charged me around $1400. I went back several times but they did not make a record of that. So now I have to go somewhere else to get a real set made as these keep breaking. Make sure you read everything. Pay close attention to what they tell you. They are so slick. Especially when it's someone that doesn't quite get it.
