I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with Browze.com. I ordered a bagel cutter, but what they sent me instead was a real piece of junk - a flimsy, collapsible hamper made out of some cheap fabric. When I contacted their support team about it, they said they needed to "review" my claim and wouldn't promise that they'd actually do anything to fix the issue. I even sent them a picture of the hamper they sent me, but it seems like that didn't get through to them.

Overall, I'm pretty peeved about my experience with Browze. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody - it seems like they're just out to rip you off. If you value your time and money, stay away from this one.

When the product arrives damaged or with a defect, it leaves you with no choice but to just tolerate it. To summarize, I would give them a 2-star rating due to their poor communication with customers.

So I thought I gonna try Browze.com for a change. I put in an order for these two items like, well, over a whole month ago now. I thought it was all good to go, but they just hit me up today and tell me the order won't happen no more. Turns out the vendor didn't even have the stuff for delivery. Saw this cool thing on facey and thought, "Hey, I gotta have that!" Covid has got me not wanting to go places, so I'm all about that online shopping. Browze had these sick iced tea spoons with "Love You More" and hearts all over it. I knew my family would be stoked on that, so I hit up Browze on December 9th to order 17 of those bad boys. I was hype, thinkin' this'll be the perfect gift.

So I'm waitin' and waitin' and watchin' the tracking like a hawk. It's all good and dandy until December 17th when the tracking just stops. That's when I got suspicious. I contact Browze on December 19th-20th 'cause now I'm worried that my order won't come in time for Christmas. Browze's people couldn't give me any more information and told me to check back later. Typical.

Today, December 29th, they finally arrive. "What's the big deal?" you might ask. Well, by this time I've had to travel all over the place to deliver them to my loved ones. Needless to say, I'm fed up. I won't be buyin' from Browze again, that's for sure. Their tracking system is trash and their customer service peeps can't do much to help you.

So, let me tell you about my experience with Browze. Apparently, my orders were charged to both my Pay Pal and Capital One, but when I went to their website, I couldn't find my order. I was pretty frustrated and sent them an email letting them know that I haven't received any confirmation or tracking information and that I was worried it was fraud. It was definitely a big disappointment, especially because I was genuinely interested in their products. I wasn't sure if I should cancel my orders or not, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

However, I do have some good news to share. I received an email from a real person apologizing for the inconvenience and assuring me that their company is legitimate. They even mentioned the delivery of my products. That made me feel a lot better, but I'm still waiting for my receipt and products before I can fully trust them.

The experience I had with Browze was extremely frustrating! The merchandise was really disappointing! Despite my efforts to contact them, I was unable to get through to anyone, which made it even more overwhelming! The images displayed online were completely different from what was delivered to me! I was really disappointed with the quality! I placed an order for nine items and only one was up to scratch, a large heart with a red cardinal, having a beautiful message of "I am with you always" printed on it. That was the only item worth giving as a gift, else everything was terrible!

What's more disheartening is that I had to pay for a year in full for all the items I wanted to purchase. The company said it was expensive to buy one item at a time, so it is better to sign up for an annual deal of $20, in order to cut down on costs. However, this didn't hold up, as it turned out to be a complete waste of money and I hope they do not charge me again next year for the same awful service, or else I will escalate to the Better Business Bureau!

I still cannot fathom how this company is still operational, given the poor quality of their products. I was really disappointed! I wonder if they have any conscience in selling such low-quality items! I would have loved to return the entire order, but the cost of shipping it back is not something I'm willing to bear.

Browze.com ain't good, y'all. When you've got a problem and reach out to their customer service, it's like talking to a wall. And even if they finally answer, all they do is waste your time 'cause they can't fix squat. And to make things worse, sometimes they just shut down the ticket without even solving the problem, leaving you high and dry. It's a joke, really.

I had ordered some stuff from them and they messed it up completely. No updates and the package was days late. I reached out to them and the response took forever. Finally, I get an answer and the issue still isn't fixed. They're telling me they don't know what's going on with my order and can't give me any specifics. What kind of answer is that? Got this wooden stubborn man from Browze last November 2019 and to be honest, it wasn't what I was expecting. I've reached out to the company a few times now to ask for a refund on the item as I was really unhappy with it, but I still haven't heard back from them.
