Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics review: Implant

I went in for an implant and was told it would cost me $1800 out of pocket, I agreed and had the implant and paid the $1800. 3 months later I went in for a crown impression. the dentist assistant was talking to a coworker and not paying attention to me or what she was doing and ratcheted the implant lose. the pain was so bad it brought tears to my eyes. the assistant said "oops my bad". the implant came out and I had to wait 3 more months for my gums to heal to have the implant put in again. I now have a balance of over $1200 and im not sure why that is considering I already paid the $1800 cash after the first time I got the implant. I did not go back for the crown because of the bad experience i've had with them and now im having problems with getting my implant information so I can have the crown put in else where.
