“I had a very unpleasant interaction with your concierge and “general manager”. I’ve never been so disrespected for doing what I’m told.

I was there earlier to pick up my new key, and the concierge was in the back, and there was another lady there before me waiting, and she had to go in the back and ask for the lady to come out and help her ,then five minutes later, the lady came out from the back to help.

She had a very nasty attitude and knew who I was, she gave me my key without me having to ask.

I later came back to pick up a gift that was received by TK on the 20th of December.

I got emails and texts about this package so I went to pick it up when I got back from my break.

I had no attitude nor said anything negative to the concierge. I went to pick up my package, I said “I’m picking up a package for p505'' and she want into the doorway and said “I didn’t see anything for P505”

I understand if you don’t have it, I would like to know what happened to the gift, especially if your team received, signed, and entered into the system.

I have the tracking number that was sent from the MSM system. It's a gift. I told the concierge that I’ll just come back tomorrow and someone can look for it.

That’s when she started yelling “you’re not going to get your packages with an attitude”

She was so disrespectful and this isn’t the first time she’s caused problems.

Then the general manager steps in asking for the tracking number and all this stuff that was sent from your system and I asked him if he could just look it up and I got the worst reaction. Both of them refused to go to the computer to even see if I had a package because they insisted that I didn’t have anything because I couldn’t pull up the tracking number right away.

How difficult could it be to pick up a simple package?

Not to mention that when we were standing there, I even got a text from MSM saying that my package was picked up. That’s where I’m getting confused. Do you have a package? Can you not find it? Is it not in the system? Am I the one lying, I don't know what I do wrong?

It’s just a food basket so it’s not the end of the world if it’s gone but I would just like my package when I go to pick it up and it’s okay if it’s lost in the piles of packages but it’s not right to yell at someone and that they can’t have their packages because they have an “attitude”.

The manager sent a condescending email to his entire team that was not there acting like everything was fine and resolved and nothing happened.

I’ve tried contacting the manager multiple times since then, but I haven’t been able to reach him. And the same woman that works at the concierge is still there, and I feel very un-welcomed and the management is against me.

No one should feel this way, it’s embarrassing that this awful management treats people this way a disappears.

I will definitely not be renewing my lease, in fact I wouldn’t mind paying the early termination fee. This place is just not worth it.

Keep your sanity! Find somewhere else to live

The way this management has handled the situation is very unprofessional and strange.

I say strange because the way they treat people here is unacceptable in any live situation. You start to think if they’re even human beings; to be doing your job and treat other this poorly is almost unheard of.

Desired outcome: I tired to reach out to the manager and I haven’t been able to get a hold of him and I keep seeing the same concierge’s woman at the desk.
