I went to best buy on october 3rd 2023. They did open their doors until 10:15. I went to the help desk and said I am a dissabled senior do you have dissabled carts he said I dont know go over there pointing to the other end of the store bad customer service he should have said I dont know but wait here and I will find out for you I went across the store and the same exact thing happened he said I dont know go to checkout and ask them I went across the store and was told no carts only wheelchairs. I went back across the store to windows to buy a laptop. I asked for the cheapest laptop he showed me a pile of computers marked $119.99. I went back across the store and it wrang up at $129.99. I again went across the styore and told the guy at windows, he scanned the computer on his computer and he looked confused then went to another and again he was confused. He then said it is a cpmputer problem then he took the $119.99 sign off the pile of computers and put it behind the counter and said wait here and went to the back he just flat out lied to my face he put the wrong price on the computers and lied saying a computer problem discusting customer service he made me wait 15 minutes and handed me a laptop I said how much are the ones marked $119.99 he said $129.99 I said you marked it wrong I want the $129.99 for $119.99 because of your mistake he said no aint gonna happen I said can I please talk to a supervisor he got mad raised he voice sayng I am the supervisor aint gonna happen, I will never go back

Desired outcome: $100.00 dollar gift card and an apology
