Today Nov 9 ,2023 about 2:30 I went into the best buy in Danbury CT to purchase a 55-inch tv. I came across the Samsung 55 series 7 for about 349. I asked an attendant if it was good and he replied that it was, but the q series was better and pointed them out. When I went to look, I found a stack of TVs that were all together assorted by size. I looked at the label on top of the 55-inch Samsung it read 599. Trying not to make a mistake, I move the tag over and took that tv, the other prices that were there were for the 65 inch and bigger. No other prices were available. I grabbed the tv and went online. After waiting online, the TV rang up 1399. Called for the manager.

Again, after waiting for the Manager She agreed that the TV was in the pile but did not have a price on it. She offered me the 599 tv but did not want to acknowledge the fact that this was the third time going into that store to purchase an item that rang up different when you got to the register. I've wasted more time arguing about the point of seeing a price, waiting on a line and being so disappointed, I walked out never to return.

Claimed loss: 30 minutes plus travel. Plus, aggravation

Desired outcome: Not that I will ever return to any best buys, they really need to fix there sloppy and unprofessional customer service.
