I placed an order with you end of November 2022 but still haven't received it. Contacted you via email several times through December and January requesting a refund but have been ignored.
Courier service "Evri" have had numerous issues with deliveries and it appears my parcel was lost in transit so I'm entitled to a full refund for my order.
Your customer service is extremely poor & response to emails are claimed to be within 24 hours which just isn't true
Desired outcome: An apology, compensation for poor customer service, full refund

13 October - It was ready to collect Haul no. X58A-KQ75-2QF9-3 - The store did not have any record of delivery.
01:05 PM18 October - I received another message - Your haul is in transit.
Which is which?
I ordered it for a holiday, I have been and back and still no product!

Beauty bay- Order was two half tools
I ordered two expensive hair tools I needed for an occasion, never delivered and not getting enough feedback as to why it's taking so long, told me I need to wait another20 days, doesn't make sense as I feel at this stage they aren't going to be delivered.would rather a refund at this stage !

Ordered for the first time in August and never received the order. Notified them immediately (by email since that's the only way to contact them). They placed the case under investigation with the carrier and I just got an email saying there was nothing they can do about the missing order since the carriers GPS shows they left it at the right address. No signature request or anything. They also said I logged in and requested the driver leave it, which I did not do. Filed complaint with federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
non fulfillment of orders & lack of customer service
5 items ordered from BeautyBay in 4 orders. One order was specifically paid for next day delivery. To this date 4 orders remain in the warehouse at BeautyBay and not with the courier (confirmed with the courier in question, Hermes). One order is "lost" in the Hermes system.
BeautyBay are refusing to take ownership nor deal with the complaint regarding these orders. In total BeautyBay has not provided the goods amounting to £106.95
They are refusing to refund the additional charge for next day delivery. Whilst also refusing to take ownership of the refusal to provide the goods which have been paid for in full and the funds cleared from our bank account.
The only way to contact this company is through webform on their site, to which results in emails, or via twitter. Lauren at BeautyBay has blocked us from contacting them via twitter and there are no responses to any emails sent.
We are now left with no option but to go to our bank and put disputes on 4 debit card transactions for goods not received under the sales contract that was entered upon placing the orders with BeautyBay. This means additional stress for us due to the ineptitude of a poorly run company.
There are hundreds of unsatisfied customers who are also in the same position as us and are getting nowhere with this "company".
BeautyBay are rude, abusive, condescending and inappropriate in their communication when they do actually respond to any customer via twitter.
As we said, we are out of pocket by £106.95 by this shambles of a company, and would like our money back under the Consumer Rights Act.
We only have a PO Box address for them as they don't disclose their actual location.
delivery
Order was placed on the 17th Oct for the Anastasia Beverly Hill brow kit. Contacted BB on Monday 22nd Oct to see when I would expect delivery - was advised delivery was attempted. This wasn't the case as I work from home and nothing came. BB then advised me my address was wrong - again it wasn't, confirmed on a call that address was right. Hermes have had my address incorrect . Been in touch through Twitter who have been trying to speak to Hermes. Was advised I would recieve this by Friday 26th 8pm- again nothing received. This morning I've asked again where my parcel is and been advised that Hermes are now conducting a search of the warehouse to locate my parcel but this could take a further 48hours . It's been over 2 weeks since I made the order and no closer to having this. I wouldn't mind but the parcel cost £35 in total and no one can seem to give me an update which is beneficial to me!
As you can imagine I am not happy with this. BB on Twitter have said that they will let me know 3 times once Hermes have replied and they haven't - ive had to chase this each day.
I feel that the journey I have had has been awful and I would like to know when I will finally recieve my order

Very annoyed with one of your customer service agent as well as Hermes. I had my parcel delivered to my neighbours on Saturday. I have been trying to retrieve it since Sunday and no luck, neighbours wouldn't open the door. I have not been notified about my parcel being out for delivery, normally Hermes sends and email or a text message as I would have arranged to be home or for my flatmates to be present. I explained the whole situation in an email to your customer services and a girl named Colie said "The tracking advises your parcel has been accepted by your neighbour at number 71. Could you kindly check with them ?"
I mean, seriously? Clearly she hasn't even read what I said, what does trying to retrieve a parcel means? I am quite upset to get a generic email from someone who couldn't care less about their job and customers as she couldn't even be arsed to read my query. I can read the tracking and I know my parcel is with my neighbour, what I'm saying is my neighbours have not been opening the door and I am quite upset Hermes left it with whoever without notifying me the parcel was out for delivery.
Please advise further steps and how are you going to handle this.

never received my bonus gift
I was promised a Cover FX contour bonus if I purchased Cover FX products over $75 on the Beauty Bay website. The bonus was never sent to me, which is very upsetting. I contacted Beauty Bay's customer service dept twice and no reply. Never ordering from this site again, which is a shame because I'm in the makeup industry and purchase a lot of products.
dreadful customer service
24.11.17 my order was due to be delivered - didn't happen. Apparently got delievered to a house 6 doors up from mine! Went to check and surprise the parcel wasn't there. A ‘investigation' was carried out with the delivery furm. Almost a month later (20.12.17) I messaged again as I still hadn't received my order, or a explaination telling me what was going on. It is now the 8th of bloody january and i'm still without my order and without a refund! Sorry but it's absolutely ridiculous, when I order something I expect to receive it!

Customer service have ignoring my multiple emails.
I have contacted customer services via email and website requesting support and requesting a refund. I have not received either.
The worst online shopping I ever had. I ordered sth and couldn't cancel it after 30 minute because the order transferred to warehouse. but when I returned the order it took 45 days to refund and they didn't know the exact amount and what did I returned. they refunded in 2 times after 50 emails.

I placed the order several months ago, as well as I have paid for the order on time and waited for confirmation email or the tracking number. The seller never sent it to me, so I sent several emails and asked about the status of my order. Later I found out that he charged my card twice. I sent more emails, but no answer from them. I fed up with their silence. So I wanted to open a case against this seller, please leave comments if you haven't received your purchase.
