Lounge suite
I bought my lounge suite in May 2021 at Oshana mall, they started cracking and raised a complain with them, they came to pick up one of the sofa to fix it, when they brought it back it has two different color, they put new material on it because they cant find the old material, but they did not put on the whole sofa only on the seats, now there's two different material on the sofa with different color, I raised a complain with them again two weeks ago but they did not come back to me upto now
Desired outcome: I just want my suite to have one colour and one material,
Broken sofas / almost a year now
I'm writing this complaining again since we're not getting feedback, and if there is feed back its with empty promises and lies that is told by managers and regional managers, for almost a year now I have been complaining about the sofas I bought and nothing is done. Now just to be told by the regional manager that its fine if we want to go to lawyers we can waste our money like that with no help from him in order to solve this problem so we will be returning the sofas to beares the grove Namibia as we can't no longer pay for broken items. And we have gone to extreme to be assisted with this

I bought sofas in march 2020, 2 weeks after I complaning that they are broken, a store started of we are under lockdown and this continue for few months until august 2020 thy decided to fix my sofas after I told them I will return the sofas my self, this got fix on 23 aug, sofas got back the same day to my suprise it came back broken and I called them to inform them thy keep promising it will be fix and no im left with broken sofas that im still paying

I Klaudia Nghipukuula ( Kauna) please ignore my previous email. I bought Sofas code 704694 in October 2016: In December 2016 the Standers started falling off, the pillows started falling off as the zips are not strong, I informed the shop to come collect the Sofas for repair. They came to collect the Sofas towards end of 2018 after I decided to stop paying my account, dropped back the Sofas in July 2019 without being fixed. After a long battle with different Managers they came to collect the Sofas on Friday the 13 th of March 2020. Monday the 16t of March they started calling me and threatened me that they will write off my account if I do not pay without them fixing my Sofas. This is poor Service and to me they are robbing me. Please intervene, have my Sofas fixed then I will start paying my instalment. Please remove my name from ITC as it is not my fault the account is in arrear. I do not use the Sofas I use my old Lounge suit I bought from Beares in 2011 I never used the new Sofas.
Prices are lying
This company advertises and then offers products for different amounts. This is false advertising, and someone should step in.
