Despite having sufficient funds in my account, I faced a frustrating situation where I couldn't access my own money due to the bank's internal system flagging potential fraud when accessing the app from another country. After reaching out to multiple hotlines for help, I was left feeling helpless and abandoned by the lack of support from the bank. It's disheartening to realize that simply having money in your account doesn't guarantee you the ability to use it. As a result of this ordeal, I have decided to close my account with BB upon my return to Brazil and will caution others against opening an account with them. It's crucial for a bank to prioritize customer service and provide reliable solutions, which unfortunately was severely lacking in my case with BB.
