baunat.com review: Weak clasp and no change of it

I bought earrings for my wife from www.baunat.com. I got all necessary info from the seller, and the delivery was fast. The seller also provided warranty, and after I got my order I understood that I would use this warranty. The earning had weak clasp. The seller agreed to change it, and after I returned the order, he never contacted me again and he didn’t change the clasp. Total ###. I won’t ever again buy from him. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
