I ordered two rings for my wedding (#12541) that is gonna happen next week. It arrived quickly, which I thought was wonderful. However, one of the rings was too small and I decided to return it for a larger size. They replied to my e-mail immediately telling me how to proceed. I did everything right and sent the ring back to the company in Galway. First, they said it would be returned that week (first week of April). Then they said it would arrive by last Friday, April 13th. Now they no longer answer my emails and I can't find a valid phone number to call.

I'm very sad because my dream was to get married with Celtic rings and now I don't have time to buy any more.

I'm very, very, very disappointed!

Had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. Order the Christmas gift that was guaranteed to be delivered by December 19th. Contacted them when it did not arrive and was told I would for sure have it by Christmas. Still had not arrived mid January so I asked for a refund. They refused and said they re-sent the item. Replacement item arrived on February 27th. I'm furious because I can't use the item now that Christmas is over and they refuse to accept a return. They eventually offered a ten percent discount which was never applied to my credit card. Emails from customer service were rude. I repeatedly asked to be escalated to a manager and never was. Will never order from them again because they are unreliable.

I ordered this Item 5/6 weeks ago approximately.

Saying I didn't put my address down all they need was a postcode home number and town.

Cant track order they didn't tell me there was a delay until I chaced them up.

Now giving me absolute attitude after I asked for a refund.

Wanted to send me another for good wil.

I said I would rather go some were els and they absolutely was so rude.

Communication with this place is the worst.

I have requested a full refund of 400 euros from this company four times ...the quality of the item was very poor and fragile not work the money paid for it.. the item was returned the day after delivery by registered post so i could track it ...now they are trying to make a fool out of me by saying it will take four weeks or more ... email them again today ...just a joke ...offering 10% refund and i can pick something else which i do not want..

I ordered an item which cost $620 NZD in December, before placing the order the estimate delivery date was 4th January 2024. But after placing the order I received an email saying that I’m going to receive it at 16th January, I tried to cancel the order but I received an email which said they just can cancel it with 5% refund!

I said that’s ok I’ll receive the order but I haven’t received it yet and they don’t respond back my emails.

Discovered: No registered address. No legal entity. Incognito online presence.

A merry-go-round of promises deflections avoidance referrals investigations etc etc

Awful service. Taking orders for Christmas that they can't fulfil and asking people not to email about it. Do yourself a favour and use a better company.

There's lots of positive reviews came in quickly after all the negative ones to hide them. I assume they are by staff.

I've had to open a dispute with my bank as I never got the product.

Do not use this company at all costs.

Still have not resolved the issue over a month later.

Hi I ordered my first necklace on 10th December I was told it was shipped and still has not been delivered it is now 12th of Janruary it has been more then 12 working days I contact them many times they told me they will investigate where my parcel is but they did not do anything about this.

I ordered another necklace on 18th Janruary paid extra £18 for express shipping before I paid for it I spoke with customer service they told me this will be tracked and will be delivered by 21st Janraury I have made many communications with them they told me each time that manager will be investigating no one investigated no one helped me I am tired of this they will not refund me either I feel stuck in this situation they told me a week ago that by the end of next week so today 12th of Janraury I will receive a response by manager I want both of my order to be refunded. It is not fair for me.

We bought a set of wedding rings in October 2023 and only received one in November. It was the wrong size so we sent it back, at a cost of £17, but asked for a full refund but they then sent the second ring. We didn’t sign for it the postman shoved it under our gate. We then got a ring sized and I’ve sent about 9 emails and no one has responded with either telling me that my ring is on its way or it’s not. It’s nearly £500 and these were our wedding rings. We now don’t have the money to order others until we get a full refund from them.

I ordered my partners ring on 19th of October 2023 and it was the wrong size so I have sent it back on 19th of November 2023 and have tracked it on Auspost and it has said they received it back on 20th of November 2023 I haven’t received anything about when it will be delivered I have tried contacting glencara on two occasion's and have only got a reply that I will get a response in 24 to 48 hours and have got no response both times

[protected] Ring ''guaranteed Delivery By Christmas, still NOT delivered i opend three 'chats' before Christmas each one was closed without reponce I have opened a complaint via PayPal but will have to wait fro a resolution, ive tried twice to open chats today, again they were closed down, very rude operator, absolutely disgusted

[protected] this order was delivered in time, ordered in October, never took it out of the box, gaver it to my wife Christmas day she took it out of the box, the clasp was done up, but there was/is a massive knot in the chain! How can someone put a knotted chain in the box after putting on the pendant!?

I have given this company the best part of £1000.00 but feel that my custom is worthless to them! They have zero understanding of customer service and NO Customer Care

Ordered jewellery on the 3rd of December, delivery date was between the 14th and 16th of December, im in the same country and national shipping takes 3 days. I emailed again on the 18th of December for an update and I was guaranteed delivery for Christmas, It’s now the 28th of December, I have still not received the order , the customer service is shockingly bad, and with no tracking number sent I am left in no man’s land. I’m now trying to get a refund through PayPal as glencara are no help whatsoever. Their online reviews are obviously fake as upon further investigation I’ve found several unresolved complaints. I’m writing this review in the hope that nobody else wastes their time and money on this company, I am obviously at a loss but you can still save yourself the hassle of dealing with these bandits..

The package appears to have had a delay and has not yet been delivered, based on the tracking information that has been provided. And I contacted multiple times on customer support. And the customer support person told me. Your ordered has been already delivered. And I had argument the customer support through chat. Please re send my percal because I didn't receive it so after that the customer support person told me Due to Christmas holidays your item not delivered on time or misplaced or stolen. I said please give my money back so the customer service person told me. They don't have any policy's to return the money. So I said the customer service support person what should I do. So on this point customer service support person told me. They're send me the new percel, and you I'll get the new tracking number on my percel on next day. But still I didn't receive my percal or any tracking number.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent order experience on glencara.com. Despite paying for express shipping with a promised delivery date, the item has not arrived as agreed upon. Numerous attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered until a week later, with a disappointing response that the order cannot be cancelled and will only arrive next week.

This unacceptable delay has forced me to make a local purchase, rendering the ordered item useless to me. Despite my repeated requests for a full refund, your offer of a 15% discount is inadequate and does not address the significant inconvenience caused.

This experience has left me highly disappointed and frustrated. I expect a prompt resolution and a full refund for the item that is still in your warehouse.

On September 15th I placed an order for a gold cross. To date I have not received the item. I have sent approximately 15 emails and done numerous online chats. I have been told "item delayed in quality control" multiple times. I was given shipping dates multiple times. To date I have not been able to confirm shipping, I have not been able to obtain carrier information and I never receive a timely response.

I just want to receive the item I ordered.

Did not receive the item. Could not track the item. Received a recorded message on the phone service in Australia. No one replied to my emails. Beautiful products but a huge SCAM if the items are not received. I have limited money and wanted my son to have a Celtic present to remind him of his Heritage. His birthday is ruined. Warning to anyone who is ordering from this company.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter. It showed that it was delivered. It was ordered at the beginning of August. I cannot seem to get a live person or even a real response from anyone. I always get an automatic email but no real person. I feel like I lost my money and I am getting frustrated everyday that passes. At least if I can talk to someone, I could get another one or have my money returned. This was more the $50.00. I have called a phone number that is listed and it goes to a machine with a man directing to send and email. I am livid right now. 😡

Glencara has had my wedding ring since November 22, 2022. Since then everytime I contact Glencara I get stories about: they are remaking the ring, it's due to ship next week, etc. It has been a nightmare. This company has provided zero service and support. I have a long littany of excuses from Glencara Customer Support, Glencara Service, etc. It is amazing how many stories, and mostly the same person, that I have heard and heard from.

The USPS Tracking number is 9500110055972318955843 of my wedding ring when I sent it to Glencara. It is a large heavy gold (real gold) ring. I don't know whether they lost it or are reusing the gold.

Terrible, terrible, did I mention TERRIBLE company?

I placed an order for a white gold and emerald Celtic ring on June 26, for what I thought was supposed to be delivery by July 3. Not long after, I got an email saying that the ring would be delivered between July 10 and 12. Confused, I emailed the company and asked what was going on. They said that due to a glitch on their website the delivery date for a ring with "heirloom" emeralds should have changed the date, which defaults to a piece with synthetic emeralds. Okay, fair enough; I was willing to wait a little longer for a quality product.

July 9 rolls around and out of curiosity I decided to email them and ask if my ring was still coming between the 10th and 12th. Well, that didn't happen because it was "delayed in quality control," and would be "shipping out on the 12th." This is where I began to get frustrated.

Anyway, July 12 comes and I ask them if it was shipped out yet. No immediate response. I used the chat function on their website on July 13 and a rep told me it was "shipping out tomorrow." This was now three different answers. I later got a reply to my email telling me that it was shipping out the following Tuesday. If you're keeping score, that's now four different answers to the same inquiry.

Unsurprisingly, it didn't ship out that Tuesday because "some orders were delayed in transit reaching us." Now we're up to five answers. It didn't actually ship out until Friday July 21. And multiple times in my email conversations with this worthless company, they suggested I could buy a gift card instead. If I wanted to buy a gift card, I would've bought one A MONTH AGO WHEN I ORDERED THE RING.

The ring gets delivered today by FedEx and it is the single most disappointing piece of jewelry I've ever seen. Super thin, barely visible emeralds, and looks like something out of a quarter machine. It's going back post haste. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
