I paid $15, *** for a three ton unit, insulation, and duck work. The duck work is insufficient as per the duck manager (Cahale) and the unit keeps turning off for hours at a time. I was given a mini-split to make up the difference for the insufficient duck work and that unit is not working cohesively with the main unit. I never intended to have two unit running as this will increase my electric *** monthly . I would like to get another company to come out and complete the duck work properly.

Companies employees may have taken the buildings security key and my door keys but I cant tell because the lockbox no longer functions.I tried to explain the situation numerous times but they are only interested in their final ***.The last conversation was disrespectful and the office worker laughed at me.Im not interested in speaking with the disrespectful help again. I need to speak with the owner.

Last year we got All Year Cooling to install an AC unit in our Condo . We wanted a new unit because the one that was there was too loud . All year cooling said that they could install a quieter one. After the installation we thought the new unit was still loud and called All Year Cooling to fix it . We have had 6 to 8 different mechanics look at our unit and nothing has changed .They say the noise is the way the unit should be . They also said the noise is because of where the unit. Our warranty is about to expire and after discussing the problem with different managers nothing has changed . We asked for a better unit but did not get one. I was promised return phone calls on numerous occasions did not get any.

We have a 10 year warranty for parts and labor with this company to repair our air conditioner when it is broken. We called them in to see what was wrong. Air conditioner is leaking. No air conditioning since 7/15/22. It needs a new coil. They scheduled it for Friday 7/15/22. 11:00Am They called and said they were delayed to 8:00PM We rescheduled it for Monday, 7/18/22. For 11:00AM.The did not come saying they were backed up. They company again rescheduled for Tuesday 7/19/22 @ 11:00am then 3:00PM. They never came. Air conditioner was shut off because it is leaking. We have no air and it is 93 degrees. When we call they say they will be there within the hour and then they make an excuse that driver have to go somewhere else and help them.

They charged me for my permit and did not every open it. I come to find I am being fined $150 daily by the city for work without permit. All Year Cooling Not only had an expired license to permit in the *** but have been incompetent in assisting the completion of the job they had neglected from the start. They are costing me $150 daily and more importantly holding up the sale of this property. I am in disbelief their customer service or lack of it thereof. They have no sense of urgency or care as to the damages they have caused to me for this illegal matter. Shame on them.

I have had multiple repairs and or replacements for HV*** system from All Year Cooling (motor, condenser, leaking, no refrigerant, freezing, blowing out warm/hot air, coil repair, coil replaced) on this unit since it has been installed on [protected] and just recently had the coil replaced on June 20 2022, and now the *** is having the same problem again and *** is blowing out hot air, and this has been an ongoing problem with this . I am very dissatisfied as it has caused an unsafe environment for my disabled parent that I care for as well as my household with the heat inside the house, loss of income from work - taking extra time off for multiple service calls, monies for shipping fees, increase in utility bill, other damages to *** as it has to work harder to compensate, moisture in the walls where the unit is located as well as separation at the baseboards due to moisture, oversized unit for the space, total nightmare, etc. Technician came out yesterday evening, 7/31/22 and inside the coil area was frozen again, and the outside unit was cut off and just the fan is on, I live in South *** and currently the temperature inside the home is 88 degrees and no technician has been here yet to complete the repairs and or add refrigerant. I need an immediate resolution as I feel I was sold a lemon.

In early April 2022, I contacted the *** permitting department to find out about an open permit as I was interested in selling my home.I was told that my initial inspection failed and the contractor failed to have a reinspection done. Dosh from All Year *** returned my call and scheduled someone to come to my home. After the the All Year staff member came to my home, Dosh said that the only things needed were the name and model of the *** unit. Also the brackets need to be changed. She would schedule someone to come out the week of April 18th. The last voicemail I received from her on April 15th, she stated that she "received the pictures to upload to the *** to provide them with the information they were missing."In the following weeks, I was unable to get a hold of Dosh, so I left a voicemail. When I received a call back from All Year, I was told Dosh is no longer with the company. A female representative, I did not get her name, said she would call and update me on May 2nd. I have not heard from the company. I left a voicemail on May 12th at 2:10pm and I still have not received a callback. I sent an email on June 8th and still have not received a response. The Permit #: 10-[protected].I feel I am being ignored by the company after emailing and leaving multiple voicemails with no return call.

May 11 Air conditioning not working. All Year Cooling came to alleviate problem and advisedunit out of freon and we needed a new unit. Purchased and installed on May 13. .May 21, May 26 and May 29 they returned to change a ***, and add freon 3 times to this new unit. They then performed an electronic leak test to discover a leaky valve.. Replaced. They returned to clean tape 2 plenum, 1 return, and 14 drops. $455. ad emptied pan. May *** line. June 4 the replaced copper line. September 19 Discovered mold on garage wall from leak in unit. Started remediation and informed All Year. September 22,2019 They came and drained water from pan and supposedly repaired a leak. October 11. 2020 air off and they vacuumed water from pan and flushed drain. October *** repeat, October 28,2020 they recommended the unit be leveled by two men. November 4, 1 man showed up and blew drain which was not needed. Refused to give me record of visit. This unit was not leveled and we hae been having the pan fill on a regular basis shutting of the air. My husband and I go into attic to empty pan to get unit working again. Recently contracted with *** and they recommend the unit be reinstalled as it was a poor installation job. The All Year should do it and it should not cost us a dime. We were snookered by All Year and have a monster in our attic. BTW We are elderly.

1- We have talked about CLAIN to All Years Cooling, which started by phone to their offices a day after they replaced the System Coil Evaporator (06/02), which was received by *** - who introduced himself as customer services - requesting at that moment photographs of Damage caused in the repair by the technicians, which were sent and verified by his supervisor of technicians days later, I align the panels including the one of the filter (same notified). The Coil evaporator came defective and lost the Gas, occasions that required service and completed its technicians, until the System collapsed and detected the hole in Coil located in place that only the manufacturer could correct, decided to change it. I reaffirm that as I observed a Major Repair in the equipment, which required welding to fix the Coil, and that at the end of the work the panels did not adjust for the position of the Coil, the force was used and that seemed to me ABNORMAL in the staging , and split the parts, but the system worked blowing cold.2- The panels were ORIGINAL and in good condition, until the technicians split them because they applied the force to adjust them to their place, which concluded, that the work was incorrect, to be able to visualize and feel the great amount of air leak through the panels, and this degenerate into: A) Deficient cold b) Greater work of the compressor to cool c) Greater consumption of energy. Understanding your arguments DO NOT ACCEPT MY HYPOTHESIS, but as I knew that the repair was -with defect- request in her moment to *** written of my CLAIN, and she sent me the PART INQUIRY as backup of my CLAIM, and although this cost her position according to you. I affirm, I have a gap of doubt regarding the silence and breach of my CLAIN or claim in knowledge of so many people / departments of All Years Cooling, in such a way that understands that we talk about the details exposed in the following emails, explained and sent to MICHEIL in parts
