I signed a contract w/ MR. Exteriors LLC, gave a $4500.00 deposit and never heard from Malcom Shipley again. My next course of action is civil court.

This is my 2nd project with Mr. Exteriors. We're working on our 3rd for my front deck. What I love most about this company is that even though we didn't get started on our project right away, he always communicates, even with his personal life. When he did come, he was on time and the work is quality work and timely for just one person. Not to mention almost half the price of the competition. So I saved a lot of money. I'm so happy I went with this business. I also got it done and completed within 3 weeks, which the other contractors wouldn't even make it out to see me in a month, and that was just for a site visit! So MR EXTERIORS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for me. I will continue to use their services. I'm extremely excited and cannot wait for the front deck to be completed. I know it's going to look amazing when finished! THANK YOU so much for being able to come out late to fit my schedule. It is very appreciated!

I signed a contract with Mr Exteriors on 5/10/22 for a garage siding job and sent them a deposit of $2,250 for materials
I signed a contract with Mr Exteriors on 5/10/22 for a garage siding job and sent them a deposit of $2,250 for materials. On 7/13/22, they told me the permit was approved and the project would start on 7/18/22. They said they would be there around 10AM on 7/18/22, but at 12:36PM they said they couldn't start due to illness and would start the next day at 9AM. On 7/19/22, they said the work would still start that day, but their employees never showed up and they didn't answer my calls or messages. At 7PM, I asked for a refund, and at 1AM on 7/20/22, Mr Exteriors replied and asked for a few more days to handle the project. I agreed to wait and asked for communication about expectations. I sent follow-up messages on 7/22, but as of 2PM on 7/24, I haven't received a refund or any communication from Mr Exteriors since 1AM on 7/20. I want my $2,250 deposit refunded.
