Activision Call Of Duty Modern Warfare (2019)

This company has had a long record of their anti cheat falsely banning people since the beginning of Modern Warfare 2019, its about time they make a public announcment dealing with this. I was falsely banned on october 20, I had Logitech Ghub up and my game was crashing twice before that and i tried repairing the game. I am not a cheater and this was legit the first game ive been banned on, please manually review my case and actually find out what exactly happened. I was also banned on a games ive never played before so that doesn't make sense either.

In the screenshot im posting 2 screenshots. 1 from when i was banned on 3 games and i where i was banned on 4 games. (note that warzone 2 wasn't even out, neither was mw2 when i was banned)

Activision Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II

Unjustly banned. Played for 20 minutes and then labeled as a cheater. Can't even get my money back.

I have attempted to file support requests, filed complaints with the CA AG, and every other means of being heard, but no one will listen.

Activision has not acknowledged the issue at all. There are hundreds of us that have voiced our frustrations on Reddit's /r/activision, and hundreds of us actively in a Discord together.

We need help, and justice!

Activision Warzone 2.0

Played the game for a couple hours with a friend the other day as he raved about how I should get it woke up today opened it to a caserma rhino ban, didn't cheat didn't even play for longer then 3 hours now i'm bewildered as to why I would be banned.

Activision game quality

I paid $69 for COD MW2, and $59 for COD MW1. MW1 came with glitches and errors requiring daily or weekly updates for the entire three years it's been available. Then comes MW2. I figured they'd already fixed the game, because it wasn't attached to WarZone etc. Turns out, the game is broken, and still requires frequent updates. Also, sometimes you can't even get into the game because the servers aren't working as they should. Perhaps they can upgrade their servers with the millions of $s they get from a poorly built game.

I suggest Activision hire, or take lessons from, the programmers and developers at Rebellion Developments who seem tp produce the Sniper Elite games which do NOT require updates at all, and work faultlessly out of the box.

Desired outcome: Fix the game and the servers.

just saw your post and did a quick search to get some info on the rebellion dev game.

1st: all games need updates after a while. since MW1 is 3 years old the game needs 3 years of updates, MW if i recall has mmo status which means it needs to be updated when they get reports about glitches and bugs.

as for Rebellion...they do patches and updates too. if companies updated the discs with every update then people would have to buy a new disc when its out.

though this is just from what i searched up and have seen with games i play having updates every once and a while.

Activision Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (2022)

For some reason, I was banned falsely 4 days ago with the code "CASERMA RHINO" now appearing accompanied by a permanent ban message when trying to load mw2 up from steam. I don't get this ban as I spent 120 hours grinding out the game to try and unlock the Orion camos within the game. I literally haven't even thought about cheating on the game. Also for some reason, the ban was applied to the mw2 open beta version of the game and not the main game, not sure why but either way I didn't cheat on the beta or the main game, why would I, there's no reason to. So this ban really came as a shock to me. I tried appealing this ban on the Activision ban appeal support page and I was slapped with the same automated reply that everyone else gets with this same issue. So to sum it up I bought mw2 for £60 and played it for 120 hours relentlessly, just to get banned for something I didn't even do.

The only cause of this would maybe be from verifying my game files after a crash which seemed to be happening more and more. (I noticed the ban a few hours before the 6 pm launch of mw2 season 1)

Desired outcome: I would like my account to be unbanned from Modern Warfare 2 (2022), and the game ban to be removed from my account. (Activision ID - nooty#8578990) (Email - [protected]@gmail.com)

Activision Warzone 2.0

I was permanently banned from playing Warzone 2.0 on 11/19/2022 for what they allege was for "Chimera Rhino". I do not know what this is. I played the game for only a few minutes earlier in the day, Came back to play again, my connection appeared to glitch out, and then I was banned. I sent an appeal and got an automated response.

Additionally, as your software has had access to the kernel level of my computer, I am requesting access to the data and logs that show evidence of the unauthorized software that you claim was running on my computer. Furthermore, as your reply seems like a blanket automated reply, I wish to make an access request under Article 15 of the GDPR regulations for a copy of any information you keep about me, on computer or in manual form in relation to the above incident including the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and meaningful information about how decisions are made, the significance and the consequences of processing.

To summarize, I am requesting an investigation into the unauthorized software you claim was running on my computer along with the logs and personal data you have obtained from me. In relation to the email sent at xx:xx on the 19/11/2022 stating that my account "has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data" and that my ban will not be overturned is completely unfair for someone who has paid $65 for the game and has never run any type of cheating software on my PC or any PC for that matter.

Looking at my K/D ratio and my stat's it would be quite obvious that I'm not cheating and I have been playing COD since 2007. I not a heavy duty gamer as am I working on shift which I play the game at odd hours.

Additionally, as your software has had access to the kernel level of my computer, I am requesting access to the data and logs that show evidence of the unauthorized software that you claim was running on my computer. Furthermore, as your reply seems like a blanket automated reply, I wish to make an access request under Article 15 of the GDPR regulations for a copy of any information you keep about me, on computer or in manual form in relation to the above incident including the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and meaningful information about how decisions are made, the significance and the consequences of processing.

Activision Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 / Warzone 2.0

Unlawful ban on Steam account. Got banned on early access that i bought from steam. I played singleplayer only and when the launch day hit, I launched the preloaded game on 27.10.2022. instantly got banned a message pop up saying you have been banned and caserma_rhino code. It seems like your anti-cheat has banned me for using integrated file repair tool on steam when the game crashed. I have appealed my ban but got the automated answer about not overturning the ban because file manipulation or cheating. You have not provided me with any support on behalf of this issue regarding thousands of paying customers

Desired outcome: I already got a refund from STEAM against their return policy but my steam account is marked for life because developer (activision) marked me as a cheater. I wish the removal of my bans in any and all accounts related to this issue.

Activision Wrongly banned

i had to research the "gdpr" regulations to have some type of answer for you.

while you can request it the organization doesn't have to provide it [from what i can see that the regulations say]. also it only affects EU citizens from what the regulations mention.

as for their game guard program [the anti cheat program] it might not right away see an issue. another player may have reported you for possible cheating, it set off a check from the game guard and found a program that is suspect running in the background [even if it is not for their game]. it could have been a player you beat and were getting even with you.

though this is all based off what i know and found in my research.

Activision Modern Warfare 2 2022

I was falsely banned 3 days after MW2 released and my appeal was denied within a few hours. However I have not been able to make contact with anyone from Activision for over 2 weeks now. The ban appeals are obviously automated and their anti cheat has been false flagging innocent consumers like myself who spent $100 on the game.

Activision MW2/WZ2.0 false ban

I have been wrongfully perma-banned by Activision. I played the new WZ2.0 for less than 3 hours and got kicked mid-game with an alert that my account has been banned. Mind you, I had been spectating my teammate for almost 5 minutes. I hadn't played a game with over 5 kills and have 0 wins,

This is a VERY wide-spread issue after doing less than 10 minutes of research and has tons and tons of false-positive Ricochet identifications causing thousands of innocent and loyal customers to be, quite literally, robbed; with no method of recourse.

Activision has not done anything to remedy the issue, they don't take their ban appeals seriously and their customers are nothing more than a bottomless pit of money to them. Meanwhile, there is SO MANY REAL CHEATERS in the game still, ruining the experience for everybody still a year later after Ricochet's launch and the ones suffering are the innocent, die-hard fans that have treated COD and its series of games with the upmost respect. If swallowing a $110 pill after putting 200+ hours of camo grinding in multi-player to prep for yesterday's launch is something that can be disregarded by Activision, then I think the community needs to re-consider the amount of support we give them. Not to mention the [likely] hundreds of dollars spend on in-game purchases and 2000+ hours of game time from WZ1 on the SAME ACCOUNT. All of my game purchases, all of my in-game purchases, all of my hard work and grinding has literally gone down the drain without the bat of an eye or a sliver of sympathy.

PLEASE remove this BAN from my account until Activision can rectify their own issues. The appeal process, from my understanding, is a joke and there are huge legal strides to get Activision to answer for the millions of dollars they are stealing from their customers without any level of arbitration or understanding. We are talking about ROBOT CUSTOMER SERVICE and BLATANT SCAMMING. This is illegal and should be treated as such.

Activision False ban mw2

Good evening,

I’ve recently been falsely permanently ban due to “unauthorized software and manipulation of game data” which i’ve absolutely have not done at all. This is truly ridiculous i spent 100$ on this game to get permanently banned for no reason. $100 I can’t afford to lose and so much time this past week grinding my guns and levels to get banned for no reason at all. This is truly not acceptable and it’s ridiculous that theres 1000s of players dealing with the same issue. Please fix this and get my account back. My activision ID is imperial#6604751

Activision The false bans on modern warfare to for(Unauthorized software and game minipulation)

Ive been banned on modern warfare 2 for unauthorized software and game data minipulation. So in october I wanted to download the beta and try out the new modern warfare 2 because I pre orded it. I only played 2 or 3 matches then went to sleep. When I woke up I noticed that I got permanelty banned. I tried to appeal a ban on activision support but that didn't work. I've been banned for at least 3 weeks please fix this I just want to play your game. Also many people are complaining about this so please fix this. Plus I got unbanned from modern warfare 2019 because the same thing happened to me twice this is outrageous.

Activision Activision Account/MW2

Dear Sir/Ma'am

In relation to the email sent at 15:55 on the 10/11/2022 stating that my account "has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data". I have appealed this and then inform that my ban will not be overturned. I am deeply disgruntled by this as I have paid £84.99 for the game and has never run any type of cheating software on my PC or any PC for that matter.

Looking at my K/D ratio and my stats it would be quite obvious that I'm not cheating, I just enjoyed playing this game (for the few hours I was able to play it) as it brought back happy memories of playing the original Modern Warfare 2.

I had constant performance and server connection issues with the game through Battle.net and on almost every crash I submitted a report and verified my game files in efforts to resolve this issue. I followed all the official guidance to update/install drivers and move copies of the game to my C drive but nothing seemed to work. On the night prior to my discovering my ban I was playing CoOp with a friend and could not progress beyond the first checkpoint before the game again crashed to the desktop.

From my research online, unless I'm mistaken, I've been led to believe that there has been a number of accounts falsely flagged in similar situations to myself. If this is not the case, I genuinely have no idea as to what software that I have installed that would have triggered the anticheat system.

I did address this in support requests and ban appeal through Activision support but have not had any response to this which I must say I have found disappointing.

I would like a review of this ban and an actual reason provided as to how this has come about because as it stands I am worried that I will not be able to play any further Activision titles which is one of the few ways I find myself able to unwind with my friends when I am away from work.
